So a deer hit into the front driver side of my van as it was trying to run away from another car coming around a curve on the backroads. This company fixed my van and helped with my window when it fell and we were getting bad weather coming in. I almost can't believe how nice and amazing this place is. Very polite people, well kept, and awesome work. They made sure that I understood everything that needed to be done, what the prices were for everything and what the final price would be. I highly recommend them.

5th And Oak exceeded my expectations. I brought my truck in to have some body panels redone due to clear coat peeling. Not only did they beat everyone else in price, the work done is great. They new paint blended perfect with the rest of the truck.The service was great, and everyone I talked to was helpful and nice. Great communication!

Elliott and his group with 5th and Oak has been amazing. I had several issues with my truck after striking something on the highway and they were on top of it immediately. As well as keeping me well informed on everything. I definitely recommend 5th and Oak to anyone needing work done to their vehicle.

Took my Jeep Gladiator in for some body work. Couldn't be happier with the work that was done, the car was very clean inside and out when I picked it up. The repairs were done on time and for the price that was quoted. Definitely will take my other cars there should they need it. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to the area and needed some body work done to an older car. They did a great job on the repair and fortunately the part which was needed for the repair came in quickly. Highly recommend 5th and Oak Auto. We received a free and quality rental, while our truck was being fixed. They kept us informed, did a great job with body work and paint and were extremely professional; taking care of the insurance end of the transaction. Elliot and his team did an awesome job on my SUV! Great prices! I went in not knowing they gave out free rental cars, but when they offered me one, I gladly accepted. The work on my car took a little over a week, but getting around obviously wasn't an issue. I would DEFINITELY go back, and I HIGHLY reccomend.

Went above and beyond to make sure my fiance could get our mini van fixed and that she had a reliable vehicle to use in the mean time. Worked around her work schedule to make the steps and process of this whole ordeal work perfectly. I'm very satisfied as a customer. Even cleaned out the van for her! Thank you 5th and Oak. I backed into somebody's car and offered to pay cash for the repair. He took it here and the cost of repair was way more reasonable than I had hoped. Good enough that I didn't even ask for quotes from other shops.They were professional over the phone and didn't make me feel worse for messing up the other guy's day. This place is out of the way for me, but I will make the trip here if I'm able to on future repair and recommend it to friends in Washington.Service: Body & Trim

I did not get body work done. I had a fast leak in a tire. I caught them before they opened and they Were nice enough to put enough air in my tire to get me to Rieker's tire shop. And gave good directions. I did get a tire replaced because the hole from a bolt was humongous. This was in Washington Missouri. They Were very friendly before their shift even. If my car needed body work, I would check them out!

Brought car in for door actuator motor. Actuator replacement, was quick and fair priced. However, when they returned the car to us, the interior door handle was broken and clearly not attached to the door. We contacted the shop the following business day and were brushed off and was told it would be $65 to fix it. Why am I paying for something you broke? Especially when it could mean a returning customer. I can now see why Parmentier Auto and Modern Auto are the preferred choices in Washington.

Amazing experience from start to end! We drove from wentzville to here because there service was so good! I stopped into 5th and Oak Autobody to get an estimate on my vehicle. There were several inexpensive fixes, however the back-quarter panel on my vehicle had semi popped off. Dan gave me a quote to completely replace the piece but offered to set the piece with an epoxy at no extra charge. I was completely blown away by their kind offer. Their entire staff is so courteous and friendly too.

We have used Fifth and Oak several times for repair work. They always have loaner cars for as long as they have your vehicle. Their work is always great. They are quick and the whole staff is friendly and they will do everything they can to make certain you are happy. We will never go anywhere else

I needed my front plate put on they did in less than 10 mins and were super helpful and nice will definitely be using this place for my auto body needs in the future 10/10 would recommd to anyone in the washington or villa ridge area

I brought my car for an easy job that was a bit out of my skill set. I had a turn signal socket which had broke after hitting a deer and it was in an extremely tight spot that I couldnt get to without taking my whole bumper off which I wasnt comfortable with. I called them up and seen if they could help. They were able to get it in same day, get it fixed up quickly, and since i couldnt make it there before they closed they even locked it away safely in the garage were no one could get to it!Having took it in for a job that the dealer down the road and a few other shops quoted me over 150$ for, I walked away happy paying only 1 hour of shop labor @ 65$... Im extremely pleased with their service and will definitely be taking my vehicles back here if they need any work done thats out of my ability!

Only good experience here is a free loaner car. My car was filthy, covered compound. They didn't even wash it. When the sunlight came out there were swirl marks in the paint even on places they didnt repair. I took it back and it was somewhat better but eventually went somewhere else to get those buffed out. I wouldn't go back here with my tractor.
