My car is notorious for having issues that are difficult to diagnose. 8th street auto is excellent at diagnosing and fixing it. Great service I definitely recommend this auto repair shop.

Very friendly place. He was honest reasonably priced. Got my AC fixed and did whole brake line on my truck. Would recommend to anyone.

I wish I could remember the mechanic's name for this review, regardless, he's a great mechanic! I've been bringing my vehicles to him for at least 6yrs now & I've never been disappointed. At other shops, I feel like the mechanics are always trying to up sell me on things that I don't need, but that has never happened to me here. The last time my car broke down, he was really busy, but he still allowed my car to be towed there, and he had it finished about 2 days sooner than he originally thought. He always seems to finish my car early, even when he's busy. I can't say enough great things about this shop and the mechanic, I reco it all my friends!

I called 4 different shops regarding my issue with my windshield wipers. Nobody had openings until two weeks after Thanksgiving. On the day before Thanksgiving, I finally reached to East 8th Auto (repair shop #5) as I could not safely drive my car in the rain with windshield wipers that wouldn t move. He allowed me to bring it up that day and he diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. He even suggested a temporary fix until the new windshield wiper motor came in.When the windshield wiper motor arrived, he got me an appointment in a few days and had the wiper motor installed in time for my daughter s tournament.The owner is honest, resourceful and his services are affordable. I was terrified that it would start raining when I was on the highway and I would get into an accident. Thanks to East 8th Auto I had moving wipers more than one week before any other shop would even LOOK at my car.

Mark is a wonderful mechanic and just an all around good guy to do business with. He has a very busy shop so sometimes getting in right away is difficult but worth the wait. He knows what he's doing and what he's talking about so do not be afraid to ask him questions. He's a no nonsense tech who does not take advantage of anyone for anything so ladies if you're afraid of going to a repair shop because you've felt you've been taken advantage of elsewhere, fear not when you come here! Great service, great prices and quick turnaround time, I highly recommend this shop to everyone in Franklin county.

If I could give Mark a million stars I would. I can't even explain how wonderful East 8th Auto is! He is incredibly reliable, beyond fair in pricing, and the most honest mechanic I've ever encountered.We had an issue with a used vehicle we purchased from a dealership and I just called to ask Mark a question - he told me what the issue was and what exactly I needed to do with the dealership to get it fixed. If he hadn't helped me, we would have been out THOUSANDS of dollars because of what the dealership did. We cannot thank him enough! I used this company to replace a front wheel bearing on my 2014 ford escape front wheel drive. I normally do all work on my cars myself however with the prices they quoted me and the equipment that was required to do the front wheel bearing I decided to have East 8th Auto do the repairs. They worked on my car promptly and got it fixed. They even gave me the part to show me the damage.They were extremely affordable and did high quality work! Im extremely pleased and happy I went there.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I have been very pleased with the customer service and work performed for me on my vehicles at East 8th Auto. An honest mechanic with a tremendous amount of know how. They have bent over backwards to help me when I needed something looked at or diagnosed. I will recommend them to everyone. He gets booked up quickly, so be patient if you can. The fees are very reasonable and he will make sure it's done right. I give them 10 Stars.Eric Davis

Mark is amazing. I recently moved to Washington and was referred by my girlfriend. Couldn't ask for quicker service or better prices. Very fair and good people. Great garage.

Been taking my truck there for a couple years now. It's just a one man shop so he books up quick but he knows his stuff and does honest work. Prices are extremely reasonable too.

Excellent shop mark is an extremely knowledgable mechanic he worked on my power steering and replaced my pump for far less than any other mechanic in town quoted I will definitely use his service again as it's difficult to find such an honest mechanic in this day and ageService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair
