We highly recommend this dealership. They exceeded our expectations hands down. Matt was caring, compassionate and so very helpful with the layout of the vehicle. Jim treated us like family and a man of his word. James explained every option thoroughly without extreme pressure. We could not of asked for a better group of men to guide us through this process. Excellent customer service!!! I ll be spreading the word.

Chris Auffenberg is a great place to buy a vehicle. Everyone is super nice and never pushy. I have bought two vehicles from here with great experience with each. The service department is also great. They always get me in and out as soon as possible. If I chose to buy another vehicle it will definitely be with Chris Auffenberg. Also a shout out to Leonce. He was my salesman with my last vehicle and he was the greatest.

Leonce is the best car salesman, bar none. This is the 4th car he has sold us, and every one has been a great car. Auffenberg Ford is the place to go to obtain good service as well.

I had some damage to the cront passenger sode of my fender on my Lincoln Aviator that someone hit in a parking lot. I took it in for an estimate and eneded up leaving my car to get fixed and the had it 3 days and it was done and looked great and my car was deltailed while it was there so bonus. The car rental was very easy and reasonable. I couldn t be happier. Thanks!!

These guys were amazing.. Matt A. Was my salesman he is awesome .. I checked out the website found a used vehicle I wanted.. called first thing on a Saturday morning to see if they still had it.. they did I went down. And started my paperwork right then. Even though my husband works out of town.. I signed my part they overnighted everything he needed to sign... Paperwork came back I went and picked up my truck... So excited. No hassle very smooth and if I was to buy a used truck or a new one It's worth it to go to Auffenburg Washington, Mo. Even if your drive is a bit further out.Thank you guys so much for helping me buy my new truck!!!!

I would look at other options before taking a Ford or Lincoln to this dealership. I thought I made the best choice driving almost an hour from home and it was the worst decision possible

Leonce was wonderful he explained the car with no pressure. He said people already know what kind of car they need. Hes there to give them info on what's new.. we left an went everywhere. He had given us brochures on the ones we liked. An we returned 2 weeks later an bought a Brand New car. All bc he didn't pressure us an we was able to look at them at home w no pressure. At the 10 other dealers people were rude, lied, an didn't spend time to answer questions if u weren't buying that day.. Thank u Leonce for bn honest. (2022 titanium escape) Love it.

I have mixed feelings! My salesman was absolutely outstanding! And I would recommend him 100%. His name is Tyler Ross. Ask for him and he will take care of you. But his manager Ted was less than satisfying. I am currently stationed over seas. I had been in contact with the dealer about 2 months before the transaction went through! We had come to the agreement that I would send the money via wire that way it was instant. My mother had power of attorney to do all things necessary for signing papers. But the sales manager Ted said no we can't do a wire transfer they would like a cashier's check. Which was odd. But little did they know it would take 3-4 weeks for a check to come from where I was. So I had to call my bank main office stateside and have a check sent from there. Which they waived my fee of over night shipping. Which by the way if you ever go through navy federal they are outstanding. At any rate they got the check the very next day. Said I would have to wait 10-12 business day for the check to clear. Well on the 13th day I called and asked if the check had cleared and they confirmed it was indeed a real check. Now out of the blue they wanted a birth certificate to prove they lady that was on the legal binding document issued by the United states government was my mother. So she had to go to the health department and get a copy of my birth certificate. Finally got that and took everything in and finaly signed papers on the truck. So just be prepared to be run through the ringer if you have to deal with Ted. If at all cost necessary stay away from him and just deal strictly with Tyler. He was outstanding! Highly recommend Tyler Ross for all of your sales inquiries.

My son has an older Lincoln that we bought used at a different dealership (not a Lincoln dealership). When we got a recall notice, I had to find a Lincoln dealership to service it. I set up an appointment at Chris Auffenberg because it is the closest to my house. They were very accommodating and fit me in while my son was in town for Christmas. I had a blinker light replaced too & the price for that was more than reasonable.

I honestly can not say enough awesome things about Auffenberg Ford! They worked tirelessly to help me when I was in a horrible situation and performed a freakin miracle to get me a new car!! And it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! I can't thank Joe and everyone else there that helped me enough! Hands down the BEST dealership around.

Needed to rent a car at the last minute, I was able to get one within the hour. Very affordable, friendly staff. No hassles like Enterprise Rental. Definently reccomend.

Not happy with their service advisors, was told I need a certain part, they did not offer to put it on and was yelled at in parking lot for putting the part on.
