Jordan in The service department took outstanding care of me. He explained everything they were doing to my truck in detail and there were no surprises. My truck repairs were completed one day sooner than I anticipated.The gals that set me up with my rental car were both awesome!!

We worked with Joshua Kierns to find our Navigator and he went above and beyond to help find the perfect one for us even when it meant going out of state to get it! He was very responsive from beginning to end and always followed up on every detail. He s very honest and upfront and even pointed out a small dent on the new vehicle which they offered to fix for us free of charge. The whole buying experience was smooth and stress-free and I definitely don t regret going with them. Highly, highly recommend!!

My wife and I would like to give a huge shout out to our amazing salesman Andrew at Auffenberg Ford in Washington! He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of cars, but wasn't the "pushy" car salesman, and he made us feel comfortable the entire time. He even let us test drive a vehicle for 2 days. Ultimately, we couldn't make that one work, but he found us pretty much the same vehicle (different make) with fewer miles and even more features for a lot less. If you are in the market for a vehicle, we highly recommend you reach out to Andrew and tell him Andy and Abby sent you. He'll treat you right!

Just purchased a new Bronco Sport. David York is an outstanding salesman. He is not pushy and makes sure you are happy every step of the way. He is such a nice person and makes sure you are happy with the vehicle you are purchasing. The process was seamless and took no time at all to be on the road with my new vehicle. Excellent service. Made appointment online and it was a week out, so I called and Mike Skyler was able to get me in the next day for our 2015 Ford Focus that needed the TCM replaced. Dropped the car off that night and they got it in a fixed the next day and called me when it was done. Not many dealerships will call you when your vehicle is done. Most of the time you have to call them repeatedly to find out.

A while ago my car got completely totaled in a car accident, and because of that I stopped by this dealership. I spoke with Andrew, who managed to help me find the perfect fit in only about an hour, and before I knew it I was driving home in my new vehicle the same day. Big shout out to Mike Skyles and the service tech, worked with me on a very unusual (and extremely expensive) warranty claim. He was very professional and knowledgeable during the process, and able to get things resolved, and my F-150 in the road. This coming from a guy who still does his own wrenching and oil changes. Thanks guys!

I brought my car to Auffenberg when it suddenly started shaking when I tried to accelerate. They were able to look at it that afternoon and had it fixed by the next morning. Excellent communication, and reasonably priced.

On Friday, I made a Monday appointment to see a particular car. I called at 10 AM on Monday morning. I then started my trip. When I got there, I asked for Andrew as instructed. We sat and waited for several minutes and we're then advised by David that Andrew was out for the day. David also told us that the car we came to see was sold on Wednesday of last week. He showed us several others that cost twice as much and we're not available to see. It was the classic bait-and-switch. Lesson learned.

I just purchased a f350 from here that wasn t even listed yet but they let me go ahead and buy it after the inspection checks. One of the best dealerships I ve worked with. 10/10 would recommend David as your sales person. And 10/10 would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Matthew was great as my salesperson..If there wasn't something he knew, he would ask and search till he found the correct answer unlike most salesmen who "make it up" as they go. The dealership even stayed open after hours on a Saturday to get me in. I never felt like I was being rushed and treated my wife and I with respect and kindness. I totally recommend auffenburg ford as a dealership..Matthew as your salesperson and James to handle the finances and paperwork.

This service experience has been very negative. The work done on our car was acceptable. But the service manager that worked with my wife on picking up the car, was very unprofessional, and was very rude with his comments. When asked our car was ready, he literally yelled at her over her phone, and said that he had left a message. And she needed to just listen to it. No message on her or my phone was ever received. When asked about the repair and any updates, he replied that if it was broke, they fixed it and if it wasn t broke, don t worry about it and that she probably wouldn t understand. His sexist attitude towards my wife has cost a family of customers.We spent $850 on a computer controlled part. Because of the service, managers attitude, we in good faith, do not trust the overall quality and workmanship of the repair. If I cannot that our best interest is of importance, how can I trust my car is performing safely after being worked on at this service center?

There were a couple issues after picking up the car but these were taken care of with very little problems. I would like to compliment the staff at Auffenberg who are very courteous and friendly to the point that you enjoy being there and feel like you're with friends. It makes for a very pleasant experience and makes one actually look forward to the next visit.

Took my truck in to show them what part was broken on my door. They insisted on taking it back to the shop to make sure I was right. They then proceeded to not fix my door, but make it to where it wouldn't even close. The service department then charged me $85 for their time, without a fix. Will never go back.

I had a wonderful time getting my 2013 Ford escape they hit the ball out of the park up until I went to get my paperwork and found out that the dealer lied to me and told me my car was safety and emissions tested and then seemed dumbfounded when i repeated what I was told then we give a complimentary oil change but cant ever get you in just give me a break load a poo this is. They lied to get me out then waste my time when I was there 1hr or more for an inspection for free but i paid 36 at midas and it was done in 10 minutes. I would give my dealer and his finacial team 4 stars and the dealership in a hole a 2 star, to sell a car and get things moving lie about paperwork. Never again.
