Friendly staff, the parts specialist was VERY helpful without coming off like a "know it all"... Good job! Had what I needed at a competitive price. No complaints here!

Went to Walmart to get cheap plastic floor mats, didn't have any. They have them here for $20. I like those to put on top of my regular floor mats. Very friendly helpful staff.

Simply tried to buy oil. The clown behind the counter was too interested in talking alkaline diets and politics with someone else than to check me out. After waiting politely for a few minutes I had to walk out.

The people working the evening of 9-28 were the best I've ever come across in a parts store. Genuine, very nice and helpful. Many times at all parts stores the employee will point you to where you search on your own, but when I walked into a very clean store, I asked if they had what I was holding and he came out to the aisle and spent time to help find a match. The other associate helped as well. I was passing through on my way home 70 miles away and pulled in. This was my first time at any Advance Auto Parts and they made a very positive impact. If I am near an Advance next time I need a part I will go there. Thank You!

Every time I go in to that place they act like it's a inconvenience to them that im there trying to get stuff and then some other people come in and they say hello and ask them if they need help right away I dont know if it's because I'm Mexican but I will not be going there anymore

Was in and out quickly, with all questions answered (I usually have a lot)! Polite, understanding, and actually talked to me like a human being. Experiences elsewhere made it clear I was not worth their business, while at the same time their condescending tone wished I would have sent the man in. THANKS ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!

I bought a part that said 100% new on the website. I had that part put on by my mechanic and he informed the part was indeed refurbished. Not only did I pay "new" price, but I cannot even replace the part since it has been installed. BE LEERY!

You would think a parts store would be cheaper on a gas can than a gas station but nope. Staff is very inexperienced. You better know what you're looking for if you go in here.

Hoping the guy that we dealt with behind the counter is not always as rude as he was with us. Lacked the zest required for customer service skills and definitely lacked business communication skills.

Good selection, they have everything you'll need to work on your vehicle and decent prices, but customer service needs to be worked on. The two guys behind the counter were to busy talking to their buddy to see I obviously needed help.

If I could give a negative 5 starsi would. They promised a guarantee on a part I orderedand failed to get it done. So I reordered it again and I got the same. I had a rental car while waiting for the part. When I asked what are they going to do about it? All they did was act like that it wasn't there problem. After two day of dealing with them, I ended up driving to St Louis to get the part myself. I will walk before I ever buy anything from them again.

Just walked in to washington MO location at 914am. Stood at the front desk for 10 minutes. Waiting to be helped. While at least 3 employees are in the back talking about random stuff. Older guy came out grabbed a tool cart that was 5ft from me. Didnt even notice me. I left and went to o'Reilly's.

The guy working today was super hot & helpful! He was very knowledgeable and came out to my truck and helped me while explaining everything...... which I was fine with! ;)

Jonny B. Was super helpful! I walked in looking for windshield wipers and he instantly helped me! Found the best set, went over the differences, and installed them all in a timely manner!

Ok place for car parts. Open late on Sundays till 8pm and M-F till 9 which I like. Easy returns but bring your receipts! I learned my lesson.

Employees are nice and friendly but everything is a bit more expensive than other part stores. Would have had 4 stars if not for the through the roof prices.
