Made it simple and EZ to transfer my account from Mid-Atlantic to Missouri. Only complaint which is very concerning from my perspective was that they reset mu number of years as a AAA member from 32 years to 1 year !?I have lived in Ca, Fl, Mi, Wa, NY, and NJ during those 32 years without having my membership time downgraded and are concerned it may impact my benefits ?

Stevie is great. I wasnt understanding the policy and she took the time to explain everything to where I did. And they have the best price for my car/home.

We had them for 24 years at first they were good but about 7 years ago it changed the rates would go up every 6 months we had no tickets or accidents for years they take from the haves to give to the have mots they are a rip off if you have them look for other insurance they are like Obama care

AAA is the best. Always helpful, pleasent, and if I need help via roadside assistance they're quick to get to me.. I love them.

I wouldn't give them that star I had been with them 23 years and they are bad raise your rates every 6 months even with a perfect driving record they don't answer their phone and they think like Obama they want the haves to pay for the have not I went to Gecico
