Stopped by with my son's car to see if I could get it looked at at some point as he was home from college and the engine light was on :-(Walked in and saw a lady behind the desk who didn't have a very happy look on her face. I gave a cheerful "hello" and asked if someone could help. The answer was simply: "no" :-(( With dashed hopes, I was glad to get out of there and go find a compassionate soul at a different place who was able to get us on the schedule.I'm sure Brinkman is a great shop since they have a solid rating. But I'm just rating MY experience. Don't let this deter you from giving them a try. Probably just having a stressful day.

I've been taking all of my vehicles to Brinkman's for over 20 years, because I believe they are the best repair shop around. They do great work and they're honest. I took my 92 ford festiva to brinkmans after it set almost 2 years, they got this thing running better than it's ever ran I love it!! even though it's uglier than a mud fence!! ha!ha! The whole crew at this place are awesome !!! They did a remarkable job on my car !!! They are well experienced, will explain in detail the issues , down to earth !! And nice as can be !!! They are fantastic!!!

My husband has been taking his vehicles here since he learned to drive. So, naturally when we got married, we took our vehicles there. Honestly, it is out of the way for us to take our vehicles there, but it is worth it. Let me tell you why.They are professional. They are prompt. They text us updates about what is going on with our vehicle. They fix it right, the first time. But most importantly, they are honest.I know this is lengthy, but stick with me. One of our vehicles died while my husband was on his way to work. Our vehicle was towed to Brinkman's. They called us and told us that the issue was the motor. We were understandably upset, thinking how expensive of a repair this was going to be. Our mechanic notified us that he thought this would probably be covered by the vehicle manufacturer, due to a recall. He walked us through what we needed to do and even arranged for the car to be towed to the dealership, once the dealership said they would look at it.Our mechanic was right. The issue with the motor was a recall issue. The dealership fixed the motor and it didn't cost us anything to have it repaired.Brinkman's did not charge us anything to diagnose what the issue was, since he thought the issue could be fixed by the dealership.Brinkman's has always notified us if they think something is covered under a recall and would be less expensive to get it fixed at the dealership. Even if it means they lose the money of that repair, they are honest with us. I appreciate that in a business.Tl;Dr: they fix it right, the first time. They are honest. I will forever be taking our vehicles here when they need repairs.Thanks Brinkman's!

I love Brickmans my husband and I won't take our cars anywhere else. Their not like some mechanics I've been to that try to charge you an arm, leg or your mortgage payment.
