This place is Simply Amazing. We transport animals around the US. They have gotten us in and our repairs made and very short period of time the mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly great communication I can't say enough good about them great experience

I love and trust this shop. Nathan is honest, very knowledgeable and fair on pricing. He and his crew are solid mechanics and do their best to deliver the right repairs in the estimated time frame. I've never had an issue here. Neither has my Dad or other family/friends. You can count on Sterling Auto. Busy shop because of that so plan ahead and make an appointment if possible LOL

The gentlemen at Sterling were very attentive to our needs and saw our car immediately when we broke down on our way to Arkansas. Their assessment of the problem gave us the knowledge we needed when calling the dealership. They allowed us to stay in the AC in their lobby for almost 4 hours while waiting for a tow truck to take us home. You rarely find small-town friendliness and compassion like this anymore! We highly recommend them! Thank you for your hospitality and knowledge.

Going to Sterlings for 15 years the time I need them to patch a tire on my work van they say they don t have the time with an hour left before they close. What s the point of having a tire repair shop if you re not gonna do an emergency repair. My business will go elsewhere. Edit: I went to another local shop who made time for me they were busy but understood my situation and got me back on the road. It s not about what s on the racks waiting it s about the emergency situation that a person is in when they need immediate repairs on a simple tire. With an hr left till close there s no excuses.Service: Tires

Great service, professional attitudes, zero complaints. We've been going to these guys for the last few years and have never had any problems. Nathan and the crew are good people and much more trustworthy than other local shops that I have quite a few complaints about. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here if you want the job done right.

My car died on the hill outside Sterling Avenue Automotive. Nathan took the time to help me, ordered parts, got the repair done just as he said. I was so impressed with his customer service and the repair cost was reasonable and fair. Took care of my oil change and nail in my tire. They were very polite and explained everything to me. Even let me know I should start checking my oil more often because of how many miles were on it. Highly recommend!

Love these guys to death! They've worked on my aging Dodge van twice now -- both times coming in at a lower price than quoted, and no cracks at all about our elderly vehicle. As a senior, I love that they have some semi-retired mechanics coming in a few days a week. Their shop isn't fancy, the waiting room can be a bit warm, but they take care of you and your ride like very few mechanics do, anymore.

We were on our way home from vacation and noticed a horrible sound coming from the front tire of our vehicle. I called and they said they would look at it even though they were super busy. Well it ended up being the front passenger break was hanging up. After they got that fixed the noise was still there. Ended up messing up the master cylinder and they couldn't get one till the next day. My family member said they would bring one up if the shop was willing to stay open and change it out. They stayed there till 7:30 making sure our van was safe for us to travel home. Amazing people they have there.

Went in a d seen the boss, told him what I needed done, They done a fine job and I would refer them to anyone. Fact is I'm going to call them and set an appointment for my car cause it's time to do the service on it

We were stranded 3 hours from home. They got us in right away and had our jeep repaired in less than an hour. The best part is that he is reasonable and so NICE!

Stirling has taken care of me well for years, and it's not unusual for them to go the extra mile at no additional charge now and then. They have fixed a few small problems for me without charge, and the owner even gave me a free ride home on one occasion. They are good about informing me what is went with my car in easy to understand language, are up front about costs, and have frequently helped me make informed choices in how it is repaired.

A-1, top notch service. I was away on a family vacation when my brakes went out and need them badly to pull boat back home. He worked on them after hours and made appt to come back to finish. The brakes are the best they have ever been. Great owner and employess. You can't go wrong with Nathan and his work and price. Thanks for the immediate help you gave me.

Shady people who will lie to you and then refuse to work on your vehicle. Charged me 300 to plug in a few wires that only took 25 min. ( In the mechanics words) save your money and frustration.

Satisfied with brake job that was done there. But found out was lying abt my problem with truck said would cost 275.00 for part no, and abt 450.00 o fix, no, it cost 75.00parts!!..
