I had an appointment. Got there 5min before the appointment. Stood at the counter for several minutes after the appointment time before being acknowledged. It took 47min for my car to be pulled back. It was 3min after driving the car back they informed me that I needed $480 of work done before they could do what I was scheduled for. They were not busy at the time of my appointment. No one went out to my car before the man at the counter got up from his computer and pulled it in. He then came to the other man at the counter and handed him my keys. That man then informed me of that they couldn t do my appointment until they replaced said item and made another appointment. No paperwork listing any needed repair items and pricing was given. I felt like this was a complete waste of my time and I had heard good things about them and they came highly recommended. I was able to get my work done at a shop closer to my house and in a timely manner. I will definitely not return to Benton County Tires.

According to them, they replaced the back shocks on my wife's SUZUKI. A few days later we heard clanking noises when driving. Did a visual inspection and saw that the top mounting bolt on drivers side shock had backed out 2/3 of the way.. Tightened myself fixed issue. Not sure we will be back.

Being new in Warsaw, I didn't know where to go for auto care. I was referred. I came in about 8:30am and was given an oil change, fluid check,tire rotate and brake check all within about an hour and a half w no appointment. They did an excellent job and my engine light that was on went out.

Great staff. knowledgeable mechanics. Good place to get an oil change. New tires. Transmission work motor work whatever you're interested in. Have a nice day

Pros: These guys take care of us when needed most. They know what they are doing. We know we can depend on them.Cons: They are more pricey than most around town.

Have been doing business here for over 10 years! Today is the last day. This place has been on a decline since the new ownership. Today they charged for an inspection they failed because they wanted to upcharge sales on a tie rod that was not bad a headlight lens that had been damaged but repaired and sealed with in the guidelines. And lastly, said can't pass it because of broken stud on the wheels that they had previously broken but did not fix while doing a tire repair.Before I did this review I called and was told do your review and hung up on me. Warsaw has several good tire shops. This shop is riding on the previous owners reputation but is nothing like it used to be. After several thousand dollars spent over the years and referring many people to them they will not see anymore of my business.Signed,Lawrence CooperCooper Trucking

Had flat stopped in ended up waiting about 35 minutes they had miss placed my repair ticket they fixed and balanced tire for free sent me on my way very very good people to work with 5 stars all the way

They've not let me down yet! Took me a while to find a good shop after my husband passed, he always took care of that stuff.

I m usually not one to leave a review. If I don t like a restaurant I typically don t go back. If I am unhappy with the work performed by a company I won t use their services again. That being said, The opposite is equally true. If I am impressed, they have me as a customer for life. And that is the reason for this review.A female friend of mine recently went to BCT. Shortly afterward, a problem occurred. She asked me to look at her vehicle and I was able to determine what the problem was. I called BCT and spoke with Randy and explained the situation. He told me to tell her to bring her car in (the same day) and he would take care of it. I appreciated that he owned up to the problem and was quick to resolve the situation. To me, that shows integrity and character. Two qualities that are sorely missing in today s society. He could have easily dismissed it and lost two customers over a minor issue. Instead, he did the right thing and gained two loyal customers. Thank you, Randy.

Fast and courteous service. Fixed flat tire very fast. Saturday and was busy but took care of us and lots of other folks!

For over 20 years I ve been able to depend on Benton county tire. When I restored my truck they put new tires and an awesome exhaust system. When I need an emergency repair on my work van they were there when I needed them.

First time using Benton county tires. I operate the Katy trail shuttle services out of ST Louis. I had a flat tire and they were very nice at the front counter and very efficient. The guy that fixed the tire went above and beyond my expectation. Thanks for all your hard work and next time I have your trouble in your area I will definitely bring it to you.

Have done business there on several occasions and have been more than pleased everytime. Today was no exception. Was told I had a tire that needed to be replaced as it was unrepairable. Ordered a tire and went to have it mounted. Showed them my tire and was told they would see if it was unrepairable. After about ten mins returned and were told it could be repaired. Was that great news and a two hundred some dollar savings. Wow. Very honest people and they do great work. Ten stars.

Had 2 flat over winter. Called they came out change all 4 tires as promised. Derrick was awesome to work with. Great experience with them.

These guys saved the day. I was towed here after blowing a tire just outside of town. Not being from the area I was pretty much at their mercy. They didn't have my uncommon size in stock but offered a used tire at a great price that would get me home. Nice, honest, and fast. It was a great place to be stranded.

A couple of years ago, I was in the area hunting. My water pump started leaking. I couldn't find anyone to fix it on short notice. They got it in and fixed that day. At a reasonable price. I was back there hunting with my friend about a week ago. A part broke in his frontend. They fixed it the next day. Very reasonable.

Shaun and his crew replaced my tire extremely quickly. They worked fast and were friendly throughout the whole process, and even gave me some advice about services I need/don t need. I really appreciated their help and the convenience of the repair.

Only got half of what I asked for, the work they did was excellent. I didn't get a diagnosis I requested so I still don't know what needs to be done to fix this issue

They took care of my vehicle in timely manner. The staff were friendly and polite. I would recommend them for any problems if they can't do they will tell you what is wrong so you can find a mechanic that works on the problem.
