These guys were fast and seemed to know their stuff! The guy that looks Irish was a cool dude, (name started with Dar), knew his stuff. Well informed and gave a couple ideas on how to get the trailer fixed. Thanks for a well done job. Good luck on your future endeavors and new journeys fellas.

We are on a 5th wheel trip from Nashville to Western CO. We pulled in at Flying J to fuel up the truck and took a walk around the trailer to check all the tires as I do at every stop. To my surprise the rear driver 3rd axle on the trailer was showing the steel belts on the inside of the tire. This was not good as we still had 800 miles to go today. We called the guys at Southern Tire Mart and asked if they had a tire to fit the trailer and they did! Not only that they said they could get us in shortly to replace it and get us back on the road.When they went to pull the tire from the trailer they found the issue, the rear spring hanger on the passenger side was missing the bolt causing the axle to not be square to the trailer and the tire to rub.They went above and beyond to not only fox the issue but spent several hours trying to source the correct bolt for us and even went and picked it up! Once they got the spring back in place and the tire back on the trailer is driving so much better!I can t say enough good things about the team at this store. They didn t have to spend the time they did sourcing that part and making sure we got back on the road just as quickly as we could but also safely. I highly recommend this store if you are in the area and are in need of any repairs on your truck or trailer!!

Got here on a Friday night The batters went dead and Southern Tire Mart was closed. I had to call the TA to come replace them.

The worst service, the agents are too disgusting for some reason, they always hang up and ask for much more money than they should

If I could give 0 stars I would. They argued with me the customer and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. They tried to tell me since my alternator was bad that I had to replace all 4 batteries also, because once a battery is dead it won't recharge. After telling them to replace the alternator and just charge the batteries the manager became very argumentative saying they would replace the alternator and just roll it into the parking lot. We do a lot of business with Southern Tire Mart, and I have never been argued with or treated like this location has done to me. I will not go back to this shop, and I suggest you know exactly what you need done before anyone goes in here. I do have to say the actual technician was wonderful and did what he was asked to do without argument and my truck is back on the road after 7 hours in the shop for an alternator.

Joshua was absolutely awesome. He did an oil change on my freightliner. He was super helpful when I was asking different questions, concerning my oil change and my tires. He even checked my psi on each tire and aired them up when needed. He went above and beyond. I definitely recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in about 10 minutes before closing time and they were happy to stay a bit late and get my coolant reservoir tank replaced. I had the parts so it was quick and easy, in and out fast, super nice people!

I was having a major battery issue and requested help, then a majestic bearded man in coveralls named Chad drive toward me in a red maintenance van. Solve all my issues faster than I could say jeez. Stopped by a few weeks ago in got a PM done by Josh and the new guy that he was training on 2nd shift and they did a great job. After I left I had applied for the Southern Tire Mart card, where I can now use at this location. Do to the services I will need. Yesterday I came back and got right in and Josh yet again proved he's the guy to get things done. He fixed a busted front-drive inside axle seal, replaced 4 batteries and the new guy fixed my trailer tire. I will continue to use their services when I'm in MO. From the front desk lady to the new tire guy 2nd shift appears to flow well if you can get in...

Joshua & Chad, as well the young lady @the desk are outstanding PEOPLE.. Joshua, is very knowledgeable for Freightliner & other vehicles too. He looks for all details on your vehicle to make sure its up to par & not only that he is "HONEST"!! A lot of other techs would had told me that this is needed; not Jash nor Chad tried to lead me to think this is wrong when it was not.As a Trucker, to all other Trucker Brothers this is the place to go if you are in this route.Services: Tires, Brakes

They're closed for 2 days now. I think they need education on what type of business they are in. They serve the 24hr/365day industry. If they can't bother to come to work at all. Then I suggest they get out of the business of truck service. There is no excuse to be closed for 2 days. If the Flying J Travel Center can have 7 employees showup(which is in the same parking lot) what's Southern Tire Marts excuse.
