Today was my first time here at Plaza tire and the experience was marvelous. Front desk was very nice. They sent me a text as to what was wrong with my car and what they were doing. Never had that happen before. This is my new place to take my car. Loved it.

Manager Kyle and his crew Ben, Chris and Caleb have gone out of their way to make sure I've received very professional service.. when I was stranded on the roadside they took care of me getting home safely and my car getting the necesary repairs. Also gave me good advice when my tires needed replaced. Being a single mom this was much appreciated!

The staff here was super helpful. I had a stripped lug nut on my tire that was super tight and these guys were the only ones around who could get it off. The staff was very cool, easy to communicate with, and they charged me very reasonably. The waiting area was clean and relaxed and I now have front tires that can get me where I need to go

I would like to say Sebastian greeted me and was very friendly from start to finish. He replaced all 4 tires in a timely manner and got be back safely driving. You just don't see this kind of work ethic or customer service often these days so I'd like to acknowledge him!! Great job!

Plaza Tire in Warrenton is top notch. They ve always taken care of anything I ve needed. This time around they took care of things that wasn t their issue to take care of. I had a recent horrible experience at a different location and the guys at Warrenton went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed. I was back on the road safely, quickly.

This store went out of their way to get me set up. Was traveling pulling a big trailer and had tires issues. The all pitched in and helped. Had to go to different stores for a set of 6 tires.Great job from sales and installation.Changed 6 tires in the parking lot.Thank you

Amazing service! Fair price. Very friendly and professional. My daughter and I are traveling and her tire pressure gauge started acting strangely. We really did not know where to go. I m very thankful that we found Plaza tire. They took care of everything so quickly and got us back on the road. Thank you!

I don't like how they don't put the prices of their tires, it makes me think that they might pick whatever price they want depending on who they're dealing with. They also treated me as if I were a lower class person just because my truck has some rust on it.

Lisa was amazing. I ordered tires about a week from my appt after calling and when they didnt show she personally got them for us. And when the team found a defect from the dealership they did everything they could to fix our car

All the guys at Warrenton s Plaza Tire were super friendly and accommodating . The sales team honored the price quoted and didn t try to up-sale me on higher priced tires. I would definitely recommend them.

Walked in, got two tires and walked out. Quick and smooth deal! Lots of friendly faces, especially the lady upfront! She is all smiles and sweet as she can be. Highly recommend.

These guys are great... I think tire plans for service was one of my 1st reviews 5 years ago and they have not failed me yet... These guys are fast affordable and if you can afford it to have it in the house credit card with no credit needed to enjoy a safe vehicle

Wow, super service. These guys are the best. Super friendly and fast. My tire has a bad leak and I was adding air daily, they patched it from the inside for peace of mind. Thanks guys!!! Mike, Hawk Point Mo.

Went up there today to get new tires put on figured I d have to wait a couple days got me in. Got it done within an hour and a half wanted an alignment as well they checked my alignment said it was good to go. Couldn t be happier with the service.

I has 4 Michelin Defender 2 tires put on today. I chose this location because my son bought 4 truck tires recently and said they did a good job. We he was correct! Kyle was outstanding and provides great customer service. While I waited, not to long, I noticed Kyles ability to provide a smooth customer service experience. I noticed his customers were young, older, male and female and he did a great job. The guy that put my tires on was very polite and his customer service was spot on. Somebody is doing a great job hiring/training customer service skills. This is my place!
