There is a gal that works here (short brunette with glasses) who is the reason we are driving so far for a different O'Reilly's. This little gal will argue with anything/anybody and cannot seem to find parts that we've ordered or proof that we've already paid for it. She's famous in our neighborhood for being difficult.She's even butted in while we've been working with another employee, who's doing a perfectly fine job, seemingly for the sole purpose of making things difficult. The first couple times I thought maybe she was new, but after a couple more times I give up.

First time here. Quick and easy to get in and out. Masks not required, as employees weren't wearing any. Only 2 employees were working around 430 pm on a Friday night.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in for a part my son ordered. As I don't have my car part lingo down just yet, the gentleman behind the counter spoke to my son on speaker phone to ensure I was picking up the right part as the other gentleman behind the counter went to grab some last minute things my son added. Love the customer service (in world that is seriously lacking these days) with the quick and efficient knowledgeable staff. A+++++ guys!!

Boys working were nice enough but couldn't figure out how to test my battery, had to go to Autozone and they had no issue testing it

The guys and girls at ANY o reilly s are ALWAYS super helpful and willing to help and explain things to me. I always choose to go here before any other auto parts store!

Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about automotive products and service, was very greatful that the young staff was able to assist in my difficult work ahead on my motor home. Sure did make it lots easier with the belt tool they suggested I use, thank you very much. Excellent job

I was sold a new intermediate pipe that goes between the Y pipe and the muffler and it was square on the end that goes into the muffler and I had to get it round so it would fit inside the muffler and from that day I haven't been back to OReillys. 2 years ago. I also had a fram air filter show up in a Wix air filter box. Why pay a premium price for a sub standard product. I won't be back there for any reason. There are other parts stores that carry great products and I will go with them because they haven't violated my trust and I'd rather be treated well than get screwed out of my money that I work for.

They seem to be more willing to take the time to find the parts more than auto zone. But can be hit and miss depending on who is working

Edu restored my faith that great customer service still exists. He greeted us and helped us get what we needed and even helped us recharge the AC. The kids were thrilled to have cold air again on such a hot day and I am grateful. We will return.

More than once I've read on the website what I needed was in stock, so I would then proceed to call to verify if they did or didn't have what I was looking for and be told they indeed had what I was intending on coming into purchase. When I arrive at the store to pick up the item is when I'm told they gotta wait on I to get delivered or I would need to go to another location to get the product.

This is one of the worse store to go to the employee is very rude and over all a negative person sad when I have to go to a different town to get help and or parts very disgusted with the way I have been treated there in the last few months went in the other day waited around for 20 mins to be helped I was only one in store the guys were back behind a wall just bs and never did come out to help so I left my home town store would never do this to a valued customer very sad and for me to be treated with the most disrespectful meaning I will not recommend this store in this town for someone to go to I would recommend any other O'Reilly's at a different town very displeased with customer service and the disrespect I have been given by one worker there

So since when is it Ok for the employes of this company to sit in the back and chain smoke to the point the entire building smell like an ashtray, and on top of that they seem upset that they have to come to the counter and do their job.

Was told my parts would come in today for sure at 1030 in the morning but they did not wasted time to wait could of ordered for less money through summit and got them today

My van broke down and I walked 1/2 mile to the store to get parts and rental tools needed. After being towed home I started disassembling what I needed only to find out the rented tools were not complete. After calling the store multiple times and no way to get the rented tools replaced, the store refused to find a way to replace the rented tools....which would make it right. With no way to complete the repair on my only vehicle I was in a big bind. Having to inconvenience my family and borrow a vehicle in the middle of the night for extended time just so I could get to work due to not being able to repair my vehicle on the only day off, I decided to return all parts purchased and rented. I will not do business with this store ever again. This store does not have customer focus or care like my hometown Oreillys.

Kayla and Cody are great employee's, I was in a last-minute bind before leaving out of town and needed a trailer adapter. They looked for ten minutes and found one, it saved my trip thank you very much for going the extra mile for me!

They are nice and knowledgeable. They price matched a part from a competitor for me. They have messed up a few of my orders and made me unnecessarily go back to the store but that'll happen with older cars.

I went in for a spark plug wire for my son's car was in a hurry for him to get to work and told the manager Mark this and he stops and takes a phone order making we just wait and when i said something he said this commercial account is more important. I'll never go back and I'm telling as many people as possible.

I was missing one lug nut on my car stop to find out what size I needed to purchase and the guy just gave it to me at no charge. WOW!! NOW ... THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU O'REILLY'S!!

I t took 3 trips to the store to get my tune up parts for my 2000 Honda Civic that I believe is ridiculous when I called them in to be pulled and ready for me. When I got to the store, the parts were not pulled and I waited until they pulled them and when I got home they weren't the right ones so I exchanged them and they had to send them from another store. I came back the third day for the parts. Day 4 Did the oil change and finished the tune up. Started the car and they gave me the wrong oil filter and all the oil is now in my driveway. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with O'Reilly Auto Parts!!!!

always been pleased with O'Reillys at any location. if they cant find it on there computer they will get out the books to find it. always greeted friendly. A+ stand behind there guarantees , which is more than i can say for autozone

Just like everywhere else for parts..the prices have over tripled in today's market while nobody gets raises in this economy..we might as well go back to horse and buggy and go to orcheln farm and home for horse maintenance
