Worst mechanic shop that my husband and I have ever delt with. I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday night and they told me it would be looked at on Thursday. I never received a call from them. I called Friday and left a vm and never got a call back. I called Monday and never got a call back. Finally today (ONE WEEK LATER) WE CALLED THEM again and they told me my grille shutter is bad. I'm no dummy. My vehicle is sputtering, that has nothing to do with the grille shutter. I called a couple mechanics in Warrenton and Wentzville to see what they thought about this and they said that "that absolutely doesnt sound like the issue" and reffered me elsewhere. Upon calling and setting up this appointment i was told they do free estimates. I just went to pick up my vehicle because theres no way in hell I'm allowing them to touch my vehicle and they tried to charge me over $100, just for looking at it. They were rude, and YES MAYS SERVICE IM COMING TO THIS PLATFORM FOR MY REVIEW, I SEE THATS YOUR FAMOUS LINE NOW. WE BROUGHT UP OUR ISSUES WITH YOU ALREADY.ALSO, IF YOU ALREADY LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE AND KNEW "FOR A FACT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS" WHY WHEN I PULLED UP TODAY WERE YOU GUYS JUST HANGING OUT IN MY CAR?We should've read all of the recent reviews. Since the new owners have come along they have had nothing but a bad reputation. If I could leave no stars I would.GET IT TOGETHER!

Used to be great since the new owners not so much. I ended up having to take my car somewhere else Because we asked to have this spark plugs replaced When we were having our alternator done, they refused and said it didn't need it. We in fact, knew it needed it. They could have just said they didn't want to do it.

Jeremy, the manager of this location, has astounded me with his flawless character and top notch customer service. I won't be taking my car anywhere else even if I move out of town. I can not praise him enough. Absolutely amazing.

They had my car over a month and quoted me $1500 and only fixed half of the items. They offered to tow it back and I said no, come to my house and fix it because now I don't trust them. They will be here Tuesday to fix, will keep updated.

Went above & beyond for us. We broke down day b4 Thanksgiving & he got us right in & fixed our alternator & had us back on the rd in 2hrs. HIGHLY recommend

Thank you all so much! While traveling into STL (from Houston, TX) our emergency light came on. We found them via google pulled in and they were able to diagnose our car problem in seconds. Even though they had a back log of work they were so honest and caring they sent us to another mechanic in the area who got us back on the road (same day) Their advice that we wouldn t make it to STL with the alternator we had was spot on. Car barely pulled into the other service shop if you want honest men stop in here

The original owners have sold the business and it isn't the same place. I have been there two or three times since and have left each time regretting going there. I was a regular before it switched hands & would have my small fleet of vehicles serviced there. I have since switched mechanics as these guys just plain suck. Check out Mike's towing & automotive. This guy is my new mechanic after trying all others in town. He is a professional & knows his business. He fixed my truck when 3 other shops (including May's) couldn't. Go to Mike's, for real.

We broke down on the interstate near Warrenton 2 days before Christmas and the guy who towed us recommended this shop. These guys were able to look at and fix the car the next morning and got us back on our way before Christmas. We are so thankful for the kindness and service!!! Took my car in for all running lights being out. They spent hours going through the wires trying to find the problem, discovered it is something with the fuse box that will have to be reprogrammed by a Honda dealer so unfortunately couldn't fix it. But even tho they spent alot of time trying, they only charged me $99 plus tax. They could have gouged me for alot more in labor fees for the time they spend going through everything. Very honest people that won't try to screw you out of money and they do their best to go above and beyond trying to fix the problem! Will go there again for any auto repair needs that doesn't require a dealer to do the computer stuff lolService: Electrical repair

My Dad has been using their services since about 1990 (I think, I was pretty young so I could be a little off) and we've always had a really positive experience with them. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and reliable. I recommend them to anyone with car trouble. I will say that sometimes they aren't the cheapest in town but they're by no means over priced. Reliable, honest, they do not overcharge. This shop is busy due to their good reputation, great services and their honesty. So it may take a little longer to have your vehicle looked at, but you'll be happy you waited. Our family has used them many times, and will continue to do so. I have used Mays Service for years. They will fix your car without overcharging you. Kenny and Skip are honest and will not screw you over or take advantage of you. I highly recommend May's Service for any of your cars needs.

My family has been using May's for about 25 years. We have NEVER had a problem or been over sold anything. They do a great job and I send anyone I know there go back ed there car/trucks taken care of . Very friendly and upfront and honest.

Picked up my truck today and didn't notice right away till I parked it that parts were not put back on my truck? Also someone had there lunch in my truck? What is that about? They took of my blue pearls on my mirror? I had my motorhome there back in May of this year, right before Kenny, and Skip, retired and gave it over to the one that runs it now! And I was told by the new owner I would still get the same treatment and service, that he would honor the the costumers and treat them well. That is not so!!! I called to see if I could get an oil change, I was told "We now longer have that capability " my hubby took the truck in the other day and asked about the motorhome! He was told "Sure see what we can do" I go in today to make an appointment and get told "No we won't be able to do that " made me look like a dumb a** I was so upset I started to cry, I was able to hold it back till I was outside. Look I am a person if a business, or person gives there word I expect them to keep it! especially made it a point to ask before I left in May if they will keep working on my motorhome? And I was told yes!!!! And now this I miss Kenny, and Skip, honest man, loyal and true to there word. Marines don't forget

My young daughter had a blow out and no one was around to help her. These guys went right out to help her after I called. She said the gentleman was super nice. Price was more than reasonable and I was grateful for the fast response so she didn t have to wait by herself for very long.

My husband was stuck in a ditch on highway 47. I called, they answered right away. I told them my husband was stuck in the ditch, (due to snow & ice storm). They were available/affordable & showed up to help my husband out of the ditch soon after my call. They were professional & polite. Meant a lot to us. We would use them again & recommend them to anyone.

Was on a road trip to see grandma for a couple of days when one of the engines coils failed. We asked a local shop (friday) and not only was it an open ended outrageous quote, they weren't available until Monday at the earliest. I found May Service which was in close proximity so I gave them a call. The gentleman informed me that they were pretty busy but if I could drop it off they would fit it in if possible. A couple of hours later I received a phone call that it would be ready at open the following day for hundreds less than the other "mechanic" quoted. Not only did we get our vehicle back in great timing to enjoy the rest of our trip, we were charged a fair price and returned to Colorado safely on Sunday without a problem. Will recommend to my family in MO... thanks May Service!

10/10 reccomend!! I had a tire come off while on the highway and had it towed to them.
