Got in with same day service and reasonable pricing. The employees fixed two tires that had roofing nails in them it's a week later, same tire pressure, all good!

The owner is incredibly honest and transparent. I was fully prepared to pay for a new tire and he insisted it only needed to plug a puncture. He charged me $20 and sent me on my way. Hoping I don t need to return but he would be my first call if so.

To start off, the owner/whoever was working at the front desk, was rude. He asked why I thought I needed an alignment and got more rude when I responded I purchased new tires and wanted to check the alignment to make sure the tires wouldn t wear. I am a certified mechanic myself and normally do my own alignments, etc. When I came back to pick the vehicle up and pay, I paid the $89 charge for an alignment that my vehicle didn t need. All of the specs were fine and in the green on the before measurements. However, when I picked it up one of the specs is in the red and not in spec now. I am extremely dissatisfied with not only the service but getting charged for something my vehicle didn t need. I absolutely CANNOT stand shops that charge customers for something they don t need! Have some integrity! If I would have preformed that alignment check at the shop I work at and saw everything was in spec I would have showed and informed the customer that it wasn t needed. Not charge them almost $100! Will NOT be returning and will make sure anyone I know doesn t EVER come there!

Scheduled an appointment here for a diagnostic. While the severity of the findings came as a huge shock to me, the tech was very informative. Owner & staff are incredibly kind. They went above & beyond to do what could be done to remedy a unfortunate situation. Highly recommend Jaeger Tire and will absolutely return for services on future vehicles

I ordered 2 tires for my son's car yesterday afternoon, and they were available first thing this morning. I was originally told it would likely be afternoon before the work could be done but was pleasantly surprised to get a call just after 10 am that the car was ready to roll! The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone and in-person were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely refer friends here for their tire needs!

Fast, friendly, and honest! I brought my car in for an alignment after I got new tires. After they got it up on the lift, they said it did not need an alignment. They did not charge me for the alignment. I really appreciate the honesty.

A service shop you can trust means a lot, and this is one of them. Ladies have no fear you will be treated the same as any man who walks in the door. Not sure what you need? Dwayne will figure it out and not gouge you in the process. He will give you the best options even if it doesn't include their services. I don't buy tires anywhere else. They always get what I need and at a fair price. You might buy cheaper, but you won't buy better.

When we had a blow out on our camper while traveling they got us in and replaced all 4 tires in less than an hour. GREAT PLACE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES.

Refuses to mount and balance tires unless you purchase tires from them directly. We're quite short about it too.

The staff here is super friendly on the phone and in person. The interior is really cozy and they always make you feel welcome. We called on the 5th of July for an inspection and this is the only place that had someone available to do it. I highly recommend this place!

I love this place. They do so much more than tires! Currently getting oil filter & lubes done and they are checking my brakes.The people are wonderful and the prices are competitive.

Been here at Jaegers, a couple times now just for courtesy requests, like getting air for my car tires. But the last time, the proprietor gave me a rare and honest evaluation of my tire tread which saved me $300 in comparison with some other business with more mercenary motives. The very next time that I need tires or car service...I will come here!

I've gone to jaeger tire three times now and I've never had a single problem. These guys are professionals and I always feel like I'm being taken care of. Can't beat their prices. Thanks again jaeger tire. You guys are awesome.

Took our car in and found out it needed new wheel bearings.. Was told they could fix it but to take to ford that it may be under warranty, we did and it was covered.. They saved us over 600 dollars, thank you so much for your honesty

I fixed my brakes myself, but messed something up. I called, had my truck there and was home in an hour. $40 to take a look and repair my mistake. Great friendly and fast service!

Jaeger Tire is the only place to get your tires and have your vehicle maintained the owner is the best in getting you the right tires and price.

I was told they were going to install a set of Coopers on my light duty chevy, instead they put on a set of Avanta tires, which are cheap chinese tires. Check your tires before you leave. Won't be back.

I've been buying my tires from Jaeger Tire for 12 years. I am a Transportation Coordinator with responsibility for 15 vehicles. I also buy tires for my personal vehicles from Duane. I highly recommend his expertise.

In from out of town and low tire light came on. Stopped by Jaeger's where they checked air pressure in all tires and filled as needed...and they charged me nothing!!! Can't beat that for great service!
