Bought a 2012 chevy cruze here in May 2023 and the experience was top notch. Kami was willing to help with payment arrangements when I was going through a hard time and keep me on the road. The staff are friendly and attentive but it's always a relief when Kami answers the phone. If I could give her more stars I would

I have had the best experience here at the Warrensburg Car-Mart and I highly recommend that if you need a vehicle that you come here. The truck I just bought was priced right and did need a few things corrected on it and let me tell you, Megan was freaking awesome and got it scheduled for the corrections and not only got it scheduled into the shop right away, but also made sure that it was done when they said it would be. To this day every time I see Megan she asks how my truck is doing and if there is anything she can help with. That is service and dedication! I cannot tell you how priceless it is to deal with caring, honest, and thoughtful people like the ones at this Car-Mart Nathan, Zach, Megan, and ALL the employees here make me so proud to purchase and drive a truck from this store! I m so proud I left the Car-Mart plate on the front of my truck so everyone knows where I got my Truck!!!!! C. Coose

The staff was super friendly, easy to chat with, and made the whole process a breeze! Tabitha made sure we were informed about each car we looked at, amazing customer service! Nathan, the GM, was such a cool guy! Very down to earth and personable! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Worst possible place to get a car. I ve had my car in the shop several times and still has stuff wrong with it. Haley is the worst person for customer service, has no knowledge of anything and has an attitude of you bring anything up about your car and wants to smile about everything when you tell her what s wrong with your car. Megan, tabitha, zack, and Nathan are amazing though highly recommend talking to them first!

Hello!! My name is Amey and I'm a real person and this a real review...I spent about 2 hours on a Saturday to try to get a car, was told car needed to be inspected and a few minor things fixed and that all these issues would be fixed by noon the following Monday. I went to shop at 11am on Monday to get this car and was told they still hadn't gotten it in to be fixed at the mechanic shop and I was there with no vehicle. Waited until 5 for them to pick the car up at the mechanic in which it had still not been fixed. I told them I could bring the car back at my earliest convenience because, I, too, work a full time job and live about an hour away. I was told to bring the car in on Friday and then was told not to put to many miles on it because of the things wrong with it.... I understand that but I still have to drive it to work. Megan was extremely rude over the phone and while we were there in person was just hateful towards us. Nathan was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted, regardless of what the circumstances were. Huge thank you to Nathan. Can't say the same for Megan. This is the 2, and last car I will buy through them as long as Megan works there. She needs to work on her custom service and the way she comes off towards customers.

All of the staff is great and helpful. Megan Rogers always greets my family with a big welcoming smile. She makes it a great experience to lose money and get a step closer to paying off our car. Thank you for all you do!

Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or no credit at all, this place will help you get a vehicle, judgement free! Tabitha is a super kind salesperson who makes the process easy and not intimidating! She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable through the whole process and is very knowledgeable! It s nice to go somewhere where you can feel like you can trust the staff and that you aren t going to be taken advantage of!

My husband bought a car here about a year ago. When we purchased it there was some big problems that needed fix. When we got it home we called about the issues, we were told they would take care of it because it was within the time frame where we could have gotten a different vehicle. The first major issues was the ac not working. It took us MONTHS to get that fixed. It also has a noise in the front end but the mechanics they chose said they couldn't figure it out...we took it to have it diagnosed, like they told us to do, and it's the tie rods. We had to email corporate just to get the ac fixed. It has been over a year of them saying they will fix it but they ALWAYS have an excuse...oh and EVERYTIME we call to talk the Nathan the manager he is always to "busy" to talk to us.

I just want to give a big shout-out to Tabitha Nathan Zach and Meagan... You guys are such amazing people thank you so much for all the help you guys did for me and the good lucks. You help me get my very first vehicle and I couldn't be more happier with it. I want to especially give a big shout out to Tabitha. She was so very kind and sweet and very caring. She is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure meeting. She knows her job and what she's doing. All these people want to do is help others and that's what they did with me. My kids are so thankful for the vehicle we got. Thank you guys so much for everything that you did. I will be referring you guys to people.

I got my first car couple month ago. From day one I had issues they got me into a new care then that car had issue about they fixed it. Then I lost my job and started a new one job held check for a month. And they have worked w me all the way now I'm caught up again and don't have to stress about losing my only transportation thank you Hailey and Nathan for ur dedication customer service

My children and I was without a vehicle after their father passed. We had an extremely rough time getting anywhere since we live out of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. They definitely made us feel important and a priority. Thank you for getting us into a safe reliable car that we love.

I have been through a lot this past year or so and the last thing I needed was to get into an accident. I decided to go to Carmart instead of the other dealerships. They made my situation so much easier to deal with and I was able to get into a car right away. Not to mention, the entire staff is very friendly and professional. Over all I had a wonderful and pleasant experience. I definitely will continue to use them and refer them.

I have bought many cars from carmart and as I'm struggling and said I got everything caught up by first u asked talk to Nate the people call u refuse to let u so much more we try so hard but seems as we keep failing they don't care or listen just want be rude and hateful and go against u after they tell u one thing have u sign contract so they Force u to do stuff that u even explained first place may not be possible til first of month

Super nice and friendly. Tabitha went out of her way to help in every way possible. Even had a car I picked out in a different city brought to their car dealership for me. Took one day, and my car was ready to go. Would DEFINATELY recommend Warrensburg Car Mart.

NATE AND THE RUN AROUNDSo after that initial credit app online we have been contacted over course of a few days several times . Being told that we need to come in and they would get us driving away in a new car that very day! The necessary paperwork and information and let him know up front that I had two jobs I want to which I had just recently started. I was assured this was not going to be a problem! We borrow a car to go to Warrensburg we picked out a car that.... that i would be able to get for their $399 down special that was being advertised! Then we got down to it and she needed check stubs from my second job to be able to included as verifiable income. So after spending several hours assuring me that he will get everything taken care of and even meet me after I got out of my second job after hours the following day will it be able to get out and backed the car still be available to us they would not sell it. Following that promise we trusted what he was saying and reluctantly left without a vehicle. I was able to obtain check stub from my new job and emailed it to him as he asked me to and from that point on we've got the runaround from Nate the sales associate. He said only unavailable as well as the car that we were promised would still be there we have not really heard of word back! I felt like he knew when he sent us away the first day that something might happen and he assured me everything was complete he just needed one more thing and that the car would still be available. Just giving us the runaround now when we call a guy named Zach answers and we've never heard from Nate again in regards to anything let alone the car we were supposed to be able to drive away in the following day. I feel like we were completely lied to and now being avoided. I would not recommend this place to anyone UNLESS u want to be lied to and feel set up and LET DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with car mart. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile and came out to help me. They worked with me on all of the vehicles that I liked. Highly recommend for anyone who can t go through a traditional dealership. Thanks guys for the help

They have let me go a month without a vehicle. My car has been in the shop more than I have drove it. I have temp tags on my car that I haven't even got taken car of because I haven't worked in a month to take care of it. Furthermore I've been stuck at home for a month without working now I'm without food, laundry, toilet paper the necessities. They refuse to put me in a different car.

We have always recieved pretty good customer service, so when we were ready to buy again we came back. Our 3rd car from this store, and this was by far the best experience. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable.

The people themselves are amazing! And to take into account the time I got these cars were during covid. Over two months ago is when I originally started looking for a vehicle. My fianc� and I went to car mart and like I said the people are great Nate, Michelle, Zack everyone we worked with were great! As much as I would like to blame someone for the issues with the vehicles I got, it really isn t on them. It s been a verrrry frustrating experience however if it wasn t for these great humans I probably would have just went completely nuts! Both vehicles I had gotten had issues from the start. The first vehicle was taken back after it continued to stall out on me. The second, I love it, however it s been three mechanics now. I would really like to say it s been easy all throughout but it hasn t! I just can t wait for all the bumps to be smoothed out and just to get on with life! However, a lot of places would just say sorry bout your luck! But they are taking initiative and trying to fix what is wrong! I have been quite impatient, as this is my work and everything vehicle! But I would like to tell ya guys at the end of the day I really do appreciate your great customer service!

Absolute best experience i think i could've had! Everyone listened to me and they worked as a team. Nobody tried to sell me something i didnt want, and you can tell they cared about what i did want. Amazing atmosphere, very positive and smiling people! Blayly, Krissy, and Zack were amazing! Im excited to say i bought my very first car with them!!!:)Ps: they really do work to get you appaprved and make sure u can actually afford your car!
