For everyone out there looking for something nice, not run of the mill common vehicles, a clean Carfax report, and a decent deal, go out and visit Scott. Call first. He may not be there at the hours listed, but he will surely make you an appointment that fits your schedule. Scott does this as a hobby, so he's not doing this to put the screws to customers. I had been all over the extended St. Louis metro area, into 5 counties in Missouri and a few over in Illinois looking for a specific vehicle. Then, my son, while home on leave found just the vehicle we were looking for. We went there on a Saturday, knowing that he was closed, called him, he came over, my son and I test drove, then we came back on a Sunday with my wife to let her see it. He was like family. He courteously addressed all inquiries and issues and took care of us. No sales or sales talk on Sunday though. He put the vehicle in a trusted mechanic's hands to get it ready for us. Also, he showed us how he takes care of his customers after the purchase. I don't know how anyone could give Scott a bad review. Thank you Scott for what you've done so far, and thank you in advance for taking care of us in the future.

Scott is a great guy. Very communicative in all the steps leading up to the sale of my car. Very punctual and never late in any appointment. Fair negotiation. I will do business with people like him! Highly recommended. And I will definitely buy from or sell to him again.

Just go somewhere else. Apathetic business. Sold me the wrong warranty, had a major vehicle issue 40 days in, and he had left town for 3 months. Then preceeded to threaten me if I wrote bad reviews. Avoid this place.

Extremely racist and condescending. I inquired on one of his motorhomes he had online. He just kept going on about how I needed my throat slit and that I am a "towel head". DO NOT support this kind of behavior. All because my wording wasn't perfect

My entire family has been taking our cars to Scott's (owner) shop for years and we've never once had a bad experience. We get nothing but honesty and great deals when working with him. He lets you know what needs to be done to make your car safe and reliable, and never tries to talk you into anything that doesn't need to be done (which we all know is a rare thing these days). I'd feel comfortable recommending his shop to anyone.

Sent my Daughter there to get some tires put on her Traverse he had a Excellent used set of 4 Goodyear that he gave a great deal on (which included the mount and balance.) While he was putting on tires Scott found a wheel sensor not working properly and fixed for no cost! Good honest shops are hard to come by these days! We'll be back!

After a week of searching for the best deals I could find on used tires, this place stood out from the rest by lacking price range competitors.As a 1st time customer with no prior knowledge except used tire prices.I figured this process would cost me 1-2 hours at least.Not at this place!! Was kindly greeted upon entry and quickly came to a very appreciated deal that made my day.Awesome quality tires and quality service, all said n done in 30 min cuz I kept talking lolHighly recommend and will go back there for sure. Scott and his team listen to your needs and solve them. They know cars. They know what needs to be fixed and what does not. They don t sell services or repairs you don t need. They are timely in their reply and communication. If you are looking for great work, pressure-free at a fair price, give House Springs Auto a try.

Owner is an absolute #@*!@$!. I was being helped by one of his employees and he pulled in and started screaming, yelling and cussing at me & his employee. My daughter was with me. Extremely rude!! Never even asked if he could help us or if we were being helped just started yelling immediately. Will never go back for anything!!!! Not even air!!

They did a great job repairing my vehicle. Finished when promised, will be back tomorrow to purchase a vehicle I saw there. Friendly people !!

Went an hour before close on a weekday to check out some tires they had listed online for sale. Shop was empty and locked. Owner said they were slow so they went home.

Don t stand behind any vehicles on this lot. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. This is his second lot wonder why he had to move.
