Stopped in at the Sakelaris Ford dealer in Versailles by chance this past weekend and so glad we did! Jim Dykzeul was a pleasure to speak with. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. His honesty and integrity was refreshing. We purchased a vehicle from him and felt comfortable with the process. It was so nice not to be passed from person to person and not to feel pressured to buy anything. We would happily work with him again!

Just got my 23 Big Bend Bronco today!! Talked to Jim Dykzeul back in April about the possibility of ordering one. He put together all the things I wanted and got the quote back to me in great time. He was very responsive through the whole process and stayed on top of the production. Was super surprised when about the time considering just last year it took upto 2 years for a new Bronco to get in. It got built in September and delivered within a few weeks. Jim was awesome and went above an beyond when it came in. Highly recommend Sakelaris Ford of Versailles!! Thanks Jim!! You are the best!

First of all: You need to know I have NEVER purchased from a dealership due to less than favorable experiences, but we were in the neighborhood last week to see some friends, when I saw the car I have been looking for, for over three years. We stopped in just to ask the year and the price. Jim immediately gave me the information that I requested. I was surprised. Never in my life have I been to a car dealership asking about a car and actually received the information I was asking about! We took it for a test drive, and both of us went in to talk to Jim . At the time, we weren t sure that it was in our price range, so we asked Jim what he could do. He said he would let me know as soon as possible. That is exactly what he did. He was able to meet us in our price range, made sure the car was ready the next day when I came in, and took the time to show me all the different features that I would need to know. Jim runs the business with integrity and an easy going attitude. I live two hours away, but I ll be sure to check in with him to purchase my next vehicle!

Do not special order any vehicle from Sakelaris (my case - 2024 Maverick). I experienced very deceptive sales practices once vehicle was delivered. My experience was a MAJOR shock once I found out from Ford corporate my order was delivered to Sakelaris on 1/29/23 . Salesman denied it was delivered, stocked, and no dealer prep complete.. I also emailed him asking why it was advertised online (question dodged).Per Ford Corporate, the Maverick was delivered almost two weeks prior on (1/29/23). I was notifying the dealer throughout the process instead of the other way around. Truck was listed for sale online at least 7 days prior before I found out. Once I replied to the online ad stating that was my truck (yes, my VIN#), I was contacted the next morning the truck was ready. Coincidence?I waited 6 months to have my truck almost sold underneath me until I caught it listed online by googling my VIN# online. WOW!!!More to the story, but this is the crux.

The salesman was great and so was the finance person. From there down hill. Did not back up warranty on our brand new lincolin. Service was terrible. We go to the Ford dealership in Jefferson City (Machens) and have great service, and they have taken care of the warranty that Sakelaris did not.
