Joshua at your Versailles Mo store is a 5 star employee! Pulled in with a very dead battery and he had us fixed up and ready to go within 20 min. This young man went above and beyond to please his customer! Thanks for hiring such amazing employees!!!

Wanted to send a shout out to John! I came in just for a back windshield wiper and ended up having some unexpected car problems, and John helped me through it all. I am so grateful for his help and time and just wanted to say thank you!

Only reason for such a low score is "ONE QUART OF 5W20 OIL - $11.95!!" That's ridiculous! 5 quart bottle - $23.95. They only had 1 - 5 quart jug for a 7 quart oil change. Simply BS. Oil prices have NOT gone up that high - quit gouging the customers. Same oil at Walmart - $8.78 a quart!

I went into get lug nuts for different rims the gentleman helping us was so polite! However he went to ask his coworker if she needed help with her coustomer she came of so rude to him for trying to help. Even at work coworkers should respect one another I just felt like wow stright disrespectful.

Service at O'Reilly is awesome, needed help with windshield wipers! He was fast and knowledgeable about the products! He also put my new wiper blades on! I know they do that as part of the service! The young man was nice and very helpful!

Clean well staffed ,they are usually helpful, some don't know anything about cars so look up what YOU say in the books only. and mostly have a lock on parts here. SO you PAY dearly for every thing in the place. ONE good thing is there is a veterans and active mil. 10% discount (but they NEVER tell you ) you have to know.

I went there on Friday Oct over 1st to buy screws for my license plates. I just bought the truck and had no tools on me. I am 60 year old female with bad back and I tried to put the plate on by myself with no tools but couldn't. Normally O'Reillys staff will help will help without hesitating but this guy looked at me like I was crazy acted like are you joking? So I just left and had my grandson Landon put it on in Barnett. I didn't get his name but he was really rude.

Went in to get just some details on prices of different parts for a new used vehicle I purchased they the staff were very very knowledgeable and quite understanding and patient and spent over a half an hour just going over details with me and giving me lots of information and details about my new used purchase without purchasing anything great customer service very knowledgeable staff especially for somebody like me who doesn't know much about Automotive it was a very informative experience will definitely be going back to purchase my parts

I don't normally like being assisted with a purchase but I had a large one, oil and filters for 4 vehicles. Kyle stepped in and gathered a list of yr/mfg/model and researched the filters as I pondered synthetic or regular. He also edited my "O'Reilly's card address" because of a recent move. Boxed up my purchase and helped carry it to my truck. Damn you can't beat that service.

Had what no one else had the day I really needed it. A bit pricey, but quality and service is worth a lot these days. Plus 3 year free replacement on my battery.
