Went in for an inspection, was told I needed to make some repairs, front left wheel bearing and rear break pads. Got the parts on the way home and spent Sunday morning changing parts that didn't need changed. Will not be returning and do not recommend going to Clark's for any reason.

I drive the extra 15+ miles to go to Clarks in Versailles vs the local Clarks 3 miles from me. Versailles is NICE and appreciates my business, unlike the JERK that runs/owns the one in Sunrise Beach.

Very poor customer service. I have done quite a bit of buisness here over the years but not after today. i wasted a bunch of time, delt with a smart A** at the counter and still have a leaking tire that was patched and now 2 unbalanced tires

Went in for a motor vehicle inspection and was told I needed a wheel bearing and a lower ball joint and that wasn't the case at all upon looking into it for myself found out that it didn't need them parts went back in to have them explain what they seen come to find out the wheel bearing was fine and the ball joint had the same amount of play as the other side took it to a different shop and it passed with no problem problem problem problem I would be very careful they are failing vehicles for a profit .

People at Clark's tire are honest and hard-working. They're just regular folks like you & me. The prices are fair and they work hard to earn your business. I have spent most of my life in the automotive industry & recognize a good repair shop when I see it Clark's in Versailles Mo. is one the best. I give them 2 up!

They are a fantastic shop!! If you need car repair or tires, there's no better place to go. Honest mechanics!! Great for mechanically challenged females as well.

Amazing Customer Service... they are prompt and friendly... they even sent someone out to our property to do a VIN verification so we didn t have to bring our Skoolie Tiny House... back down the ridge to get it titled in Missouri... We will go to them for all of our Auto Needs...

My 94 year old dad and I pulled into Clark s tire in Versailles with a low tire.Barry and his team SWIFTLY prioritized our little crisis. The tech discovered a nail/screw in the tire and was still willing to address the tire problem without making us wait.The customer service was exemplary by both Barry and the tech. I have known Barry my whole life, but haven t lived in Versailles as an adult. He was still that good guy I knew long ago.My Dad said Go to Clark s. They will take care us. And, did they ever. Not only did they quickly respond and solve the problem correctly, my dad felt like royalty!Thanks Barry! Your dedication to running a great business that leans heavy on good customer service is noted and appreciated!

Clark's tire has always been our local go to place for tires l, oil changes and service. They are even able to service our 32ft Motorhome. With many mechanics working daily there is never a long wait.Friendly knowledgeable staff, fast service, convenient location and reasonable prices !

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices on parts and labor. Can get tires very fast. Mostly next day. In most cases. They offer SNAP financing for those tight situations as well. I was suggested to use a different shop for timing chain replacement. Although they will do it.

This place misled us. Had an inspection done. It didn't pass due to a broken rear brake lens. I gave them permission to order one and went back the next morning to have it replaced to pass inspection. When they finished they gave me a total of $186.00 I was in shock and said for a lens? They inform me that they changed the entire taillight and that was the only way they could order it. Why did they not explain this to me when they asked if I wanted them to order the lens??? My family is struggling very hard right now with the unexpected passing of my father. This was his truck and we are trying to get all his affairs taken care of. Certainly did not need to be treated like this on top of everything else!

We have had brand name tires installed here for many years. They do more than just tires, so if you need repair or service like oil change or alignment they can fix you up.We have found their customer service to be beyond just normal.

Always makes time to get you in and out as fast as is possible while doing it correctly - A++ for that.I highly recommend.(Only 4 starts because they never have fresh coffee. LOL coffeeeee )They're seriously good at what all they do. Known for the tires, but loved for great mechanics always on duty and then never chincing anyone or making up problems. Good people here!

Let me start by saying that Mickey is very professional and great to work with I got to meet Buck today, not a good experience he was rude and arrogant. I will no longer do business if he is there. I talked with a person in Versailles about him and stressed my dissatisfaction but I never got a call back. I guess once they get their money they don t care about the customer or how they are treated.. avoid this place

When I originally came in I was very happy with being greated while they were busy around 2pm on a Wed and quickly helped to make an appt but on returning for my appt the following week after my tire arrived I was told by a different man at a relatively slow time that I didn't have an appt and hadn't been there before etc which was off putting. He was able to locate my info later but then waited over 2 hours for a single tire replacement, alignment and oil change. Very helpful after I paid but didn't feel as welcome as the first day compared to the frequent flyers that arrived after me

Service was awesome. Answered all of my questions and was very polite. Although I'm sure appointments are appreciated they worked me in and took care of my needs very quickly. Storefront was clean.

On January 28th on our way back from the Lake of the Ozarks, my wife and I had a flat tire, we happen to be right in front of Clarks Tire, I walked in and after a short amount of time they got us right in, made the tire repair and had us on our way back to Kansas City. The young men that worked on our car handled everything and I want to thank them. If I'm ever in the area again and have issues you can bet I will call them. Thank you

I went in to have my brakes looked and the guy who worked on my car rolled down a window that didn t have a button on it ( never mind the other window buttons were there and could of used any other one) and tried to blame it on me. When I told him the only way to get the window up was to take the door panel off, he hesitated but did so. He came back out and tried to argue with me about hooking the wires back together. The wires were connected for a reason. Then broke part of my door handle cover and before asking tried to use super glue. I m not a mechanic but I went in for brakes not everything else. And half way home I realized that he didn t shut my hood right. Honestly he should quit while he s ahead

We traveled to Versailles from Sedalia because of price savings. My husband bought two new tractor tires for his pulling tractor. My husband had to educate those working on the new tires how they were to be put on the wheels, that tubes would be needed and how much air pressure was required. The boys seemed to listen well and appreciate the information. It was well worth the drive on such a pretty day. We will be pricing tires through this company in the future.

Picked up an unwanted wood screw in my tire. Thought I could plug it myself. I Failed. I'll stick to woodworking and let Clark Tire Company of Versailles continue to do a GREAT JOB of repairing my tires. Fast friendly and coffee for a great price.

I have been using Clark's for about 5 or 6 years and i have felt like family there, they help me out with everything that I need. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of like I am at other places. I will always continue to go to clarks
