Outstanding auto body shop!!! Highly recommended!!!I want to thank John and his team for the excellent work and customer service! Thank you, Angie for answering my hundreds of questions on day one.My Subaru outback was rear ended with not only damage to the body but the Blindspot sensor. John (owner and tech) provided a very thorough, accurate estimate to the offending party s insurance company, being certain nothing was missed. He communicated well and quickly with the insurance company any initially unseen damaged he discovered as he worked. This made things very easy and stress-free for me. John always kept me informed throughout the whole repair process and was exceptional in using the right technology to restore my blindspot sensor to good as new. My car looks and operates with no trace of damage. I will definitely use John again and referred The Dent Co to my friends and family.

I highly recommend John for paint less dent removal. Customer service and communication were great. The work completed on the vehicle was timely and of high quality. I was in an auto accident in December of 2022 and needed repair work done on the back end of my Honda CRV. I was referred to The Dent Co by another auto repair shop that couldn't get to my car for several weeks. It was the best referral I've ever gotten. John and his team worked diligently with the insurance company to get me exactly what I needed to make the repairs. Communication with John was exceptional. He always kept me informed with the progress of what was going on with my car. He even took the time to have conversations with the insurance company and the company that had my car in storage for almost two months. They had problems delivering my car to The Dent Co. This was such a stressful situation for me, but John did everything he could to get my car to his shop. John is very friendly, personable and is always, always honest. He makes you feel comfortable from the first phone call. He and his team did an amazing job on my CRV. In fact, it looks better than it did when I bought it twelve years ago! He's my go-to guy for any future body work. Thanks, John for answering the phone when I called way back in December. I worked with The Dent Co to have a large door dent repaired on my SUV that resulted from a hit and run incident. Kelly immediately gave me a quote and scheduled my vehicle for the repairs to be completed right away. Upon completion of the repair work, my car was delivered to my home sparkling clean and looking in as great of condition as it was on the day I bought it. FIVE STAR WITHOUT QUESTION!!!! I had what I thought was a minor fender bender, and it turned out to be quite a bit more work. I was referred to John @ The Dent Co by a client of his, and now he will forever be my go to for any major auto repair or body work! The man is an absolute artist and a perfectionist! I am a laryngectomy patient, and therefore communicating by telephone is difficult, so John kept me posted every step of the way via text. He noted some other items that needed attention & he helped me get those issues fixed as well. He even did some additional work on scratches in the paint to make my 2008 look like brand spanking new! In today s world, it s tough to find people in the auto repair business that care about their craft. John is one of those business - one with quality & integrity behind everything he does. I will forever refer him to friends and family and hope he remains in business for a very long time to come. The quality is OUTSTANDING! I recently had my car broken into and had to have my regulator and window replaced. I drive for Lyft and had John as a passenger. He had given me his business card and I contacted him about my window and he got me in within a couple days. Amazing work, such a nice guy had he helped me out so much! He got me in so fast and the price for the repairs were unbeatable! I will be going to him for my car concerns for now on! 1000000/10!

Recently suffered damage to the left side of my vehicle from a sideswipe. John got me in immediately, replaced my finder & bumper, repaired scratches on the doors, repaired a tiny ding in the door (old), replaced my cracked windshield, changed my oil, & located a new tire (on line-cheaper than the tire chain shops nearby) for me. His prices were AWESOME, he was very professional, honest, quickly available via text or email, & extremely nice & helpful with additional issues. I contacted John about a front bumper dent my daughter caused. I took it to 3 other auto body companies for bids. They were all more expensive to either fix or replace the bumper than John's estimate to replace. They also would've taken longer to do the repair. John took less than 2 days to replace and paint it. The bumper looks phenomenal and my wife and I couldn't be happier about the results. I will definitely use his company for any other auto body needs in the future.Service: Body & Trim

The front right side of my car was damaged(Mainly dents with some scraping. front side paneling had to be replaced. It looked like new when done. Excellent work. John(Owner) was easy to work with and knowledgeable about how to handle the claim with the insurance co. He supplied a detailed damage report which was accepted by USAA insurance. I would recommend his company for any body repair and auxiliary work listed on his website.Service: Body & Trim

Kelly was so wonderful! I was so stressed, and she reassured me from the start that I was in great hands and walked me through the repair process. I couldn't even tell there had ever been damage to my CRV by the time they were finished!! I would definitely recommend The Dent Co to everyone!
