They helped me find a brand new set of 14r shipped in 1day flat! Better quality and at an honest price cheaper than 2other places for the tire i needed! They do mostly have more construction sized tires on hand though!!!!!

I had a tire go completely flat while I was running errands. My husband was out of town and thankfully this company was able to get to me in less than 20 mins. Removed and repaired my tire on the spot and installed back on in 30mins.

To the rescue! Wonderful! I was in a terrible bind, had a horse on a trailer and a tire which wouldn t hold air! I Googled tire repair near me and up popped Pomp s. I got there and the service guys immediately helped me, had me back the trailer up to the tool bay and they got to work. They diagnosed the problem pretty fast, repaired it right away, checked the pressure on the other tires, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes!Everyone was so nice, and so can-do , helpful and kind. It turned my day around and I am so grateful! God Bless you Gents!

Had a front steer tire blow out. Pomp s responded in a timely manner was a very reasonable for the price of the new steer tire. Would highly recommend! Everyone was friendly and very professional.

Been using them for decades, long before they were Pomps. For equipment and industrial needs they have always taken care of me.

I had a flat trailer tire on the highway and needed a specific size tire. They didn't have the tire in stock but could get in from their warehouse in 4-5 hours. I was not willing to wait this long so I purchased the tire elsewhere and had Cross Midwest install it. When I arrived I was informed that they charge DOUBLE to install a tire if I didn't purchase it from them. It cost me $38 to have one tire mounted and balance. Their technician was so slow that I swapped the tire on my trailer MYSELF so that I didn't have to wait for someone that was incompetent to figure it out. Almost 40 bucks to swap out a measly 14" trailer tire that they didn't have to take off or put on the trailer is quite outrageous. Obviously they knew I wasn't from the area and were willing to take advantage of my need for a new tire.

I had a flat tire. I went there because of the 5 star reviews. I had a feeling that they didn't have tires for regular cars but still decided to ask. They said that they could order it if they didnt have it. One of the guys went out and looked at the tire to see what I needed, he then instructed me to go to the "office" part and told that person what I needed. I sat there for 15 minutes she said nothing to me, I finally asked would they be able to order a tire, she said that the guy never told her anything (even though I heard him tell her) and that they wouldn't have it today. Hmm, I think that I understand ordering and that usually means it won't arrive that day. She started to say something about ordering, I was frustrated with their lack of customer service skills and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Don t ever go there stay away. Worker was about to do my tires manager come in stops him. To something else in house told me to come back in 45 minutes. Proud boys

Had a tire hissing got me in patched ordered a new tire less than an hour. Tina was fantastic.
