These guys were so helpful. I can pretty do anything but just need a little direction. They knew exactly the parts I needed and allowed me to return the part that didn t need to be replaced. They had everything in stock which was great because my trailer was down and I had to get it going! So glad I found Croft trailer.

***WOW*** this place is amazing and magical! I needed a trailer hitch and bike rack and Croft Trailer was highly recommended from the car dealership and personal friends. Croft Trailer went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. The communication was spectacular and even when there was an issue with one of the parts, they provided updates and worked with my scheduled to complete the job as soon as possible. They were careful with my car and the installation went well. The associate even spent time showing me how to use the bike rack safely, how to remove it, how to change the different positions, etc. Just -- all around excellent service and experience.I HIGHLY recommend Croft Trailer for all of your trailer hitch/bike rack needs - this place will not disappoint!

I had some business in the St Louis area and on my way to St Louis, I had a slow leak in the right rear tire. Had to stop and put air in 4 times in 300 miles, gas stations are 50/50 on air hoses bc people keep stealing the ball chucks. I looked up what might be close to me for a look and fix once I got to my hotel. Found I was close to NW Tire and Auto and Croft Trailer in Valley Park. I was there when they opened and the guys went out of their way to help. In the end, the tire wasn't worth plugging and they put the spare on so I could keep going. Really appreciated what they did and how they did it.

This business seems to be able to handle any type of trailer or towing project or repair however they re not cheap, and unhelpful over the phone, they won t even give you a general estimated price of anything without bringing it in .Hopefully when you go drop it off you won t my experience of waiting about 35 minutes for the only employee to get done with his very long phone conversation with a potential customer instead of just putting them on hold for 20 seconds to tell me where to drop off the trailer. Then after I finally was told where to park the trailer I went back in to fill out the paperwork (which should have been done during our initial contact) and I was made to wait in line again behind someone who just walked in the door while I was parking the trailer.....

Traveling from out of town. Blew a tire on our little R-Pod. Took it here. They were able to take care of us same day. Very helpful, informative and honest. Highly recommend.

Needed a 2 inch hitch installed on a vehicle for a bike carrier and they did a really nice, expert install where most of the hitch is hidden. They were very professional to work with, answered all our questions, and had the vehicle ready at the time promised - all for a very fair price. We definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Good place, I couldn't wait the 2-3 weeks to get my trailer fixed. They helped me find the right piece and on my way I went to a welder shop.My only complaint was he took all my info, had me drop trailer..then tells me its gonna take at least 2 weeks.Work trailer, wasnt an option.

I had a flat trailer tire on the highway and decided that I was going to buy 4 new tires. I called and got a price on the tires (that were in stock) and arrived around 9am to buy them. I was then enlightened that they could not install the tires for at least 2-3 days because they were so busy. There were no other customers at the store when I was there - I find it very hard to believe that any reasonable business would refuse immediate service to someone in need that was standing there with cash wanting 4 tires. I needed a specific size that I could not find elsewhere so I opted to purchase only 1 tire. Their mount/balance/disposal charges are INCLUDED in their price and they would not charge me less even though I was not having them install the tire (because they refused to). I can only hope that the people who run this shop have a similar experience on the road 500 miles away from their home and are bent over twice as hard as I was.

We are always coming here for our trailer parts. 99% of the time what we need is in stock and if something needs to be ordered its not a problem.

Super helpful and friendly employees. Helps with equipment for Boy Scout fundraiser. Very affordable pricing. Work quality is always realible. Would recommend for car tired, anything trailers, and much more.

They walked me through the process of getting a hitch and electric brakes on my car for a trailer that I didn't even own yet. But we knew what brand we were getting. And when we went to take possession of our new trailer, everything fit together beautifully.

I've called this place for days now with no answer!!! Not sure what's going on but I'm positive that my calls are during business hours!!! Very sketchy!!!!!I've been dialing the number that is listed so I don't understand!!
