We learned of Economy Car Care through friends. They have serviced four of our family cars through the years. I have found them to be very honest in estimates and pricing. They also get the cars done when they say they will.I have recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so. Give them a shot, I do not think you will be disappointed.

I was starting to doubt the estimates I was getting from Dobbs. Especially for front and rear brakes & rotors for 2k. Economy took a look and beat that estimate- by a lot! Pleased with the work.

We take all our vehicles here and have for over 15 years. These guys know what they're doing and the prices are competitive! Leroy is an amazing addition to the already great crew there! Wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else for service!

Came to Economy Care after years at an automotive place that totally spoiled me. I was pleasantly surprised right off the bat at their easy going and not out to get me attitude.They are kind and friendly and have made my repairs and necessary maintenance with true customer service. I have referred two friends and they are quite satisfied.They are great about getting you in and out quickly and I highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are amazing. They're incredibly knowledgeable and professional. But beyond that, they're committed to ensuring your service is done in a timely manner and right. Their prices if anything are too low for the quality of service that they provide!I had a busted oil drain plug and instead of telling me I had to just leave my truck there and wait until they get the part in, they called around to find one and they went and got it and installed it in the same day. That's a commitment to service that you just don't find a whole lot of now a days!I cannot recommend them enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My Lincoln Navigator had a misfire. I took it to Economy Care Car and they diagnosed the problem right away. They fixed it and had me back on the road in a couple of days. I felt they listened to me and took my concerns seriously. They communicated with me all along the way about what was going on with my SUV and what needed to be done to fix it and provided an itemized list of parts needed and the costs along with labor costs. After the repairs, I took it on a long weekend trip with no worries. It drove great with no problems and even got better gas mileage than before.Service: General repairs & maintenance

John and his fellow mechanics went above and beyond in restoring my fathers' car to drivable condition. My father, who suffers with mild dementia, took his car out one morning, not knowing where he was going, hit curbing and blew out both right tires. Continuing to drive, he destroyed the wheels, hubs, brakes and bent the radiator as well as the bracket holding it. My Sister and I put no rush on this project and John and his crew were up for the challenge. They meticulously pursued it in a progressive and timely manner and John continuously kept me updated throughout the whole process. He and his crew are as honest as they come and we will continue to support Economy Care Care of Valley Park with our business.

I have an 1997 Chevy Astro and the service they provided, on several occasions, was excellent. I don't have to worry if the work will be done correctly. They are patient and good customer service. I found this company when I was searching for auto service. They had good reviews, so I thought I would give them a chance. Our a/c lost the cooling the year before and we were able to recharge it, but that was not a permanent solution. I scheduled an appointment with them over the phone and was able to have my vehicle fixed within days. They diagnosed the issue for my A/C in my 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500. It hit pretty hard when they told me the price for the parts and service! (not their fault) I even called another place for a quote with what I was told needed to be fixed. Economy Care Care gave me the best price they could, and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It has been over a month and the A/C still runs great. We were driving from Wisconsin to Texas and my mother in laws van broke down in MO. David was very nice. We left the van at his shop for repairs. He helped with arrangements for a rental vehicle so we could continue on our trip, and was nice enough to let us leave the vehicle at his shop to for a few weeks until we made our way back to Wisconsin. I would highly recommend using Economy Car Care Center.Service: Transmission

Update: my heat and tire went out on the coldest day this year. Economy car care got me right in and was able to get everything done that day. Thanks to them I am no warm and toasty in my car and I didn t have to buy a new tire since they were able to patch for me! These guys do great work and are fast, friendly and honest.I've been to this company twice now and they have always been great. Both times they have managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The prices are more than fair and the staff are nice and personable. I will be continuing my business with them.Service: Tires

I have been taking my vehicle to Economy for all my service & repair needs for years now. They have always done great work at a more reasonable cost than other shops around town. They are honest & will not try to sell you something you do not need. If you have ever wondered about an estimate for repairs from a dealer or other car service, come to Economy for a second opinion. Marc and his team have always done a fantastic job with all of our cars. It was great to find a place that you can trust to care for all our car needs. They do not try to up sell and make sure they have the work done on time when needed. I had been seeing another mechanic in the area 3 times about the same issue: my check engine light kept turning on. Each time, the other mechanic told me they couldn t figure out the problem. I took it one time to Economy Car Care and they were very respectful (hard to find as a young woman going to a mechanic!), quick, and able to fix my problem the first time. They even called me to explain everything they did in detail and wrote it down on the receipt for my records as well. David also reached out to me a couple days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend coming to Economy Car Care to anyone that wants the job done right the first time. Excellent service and at a great price. Air conditioning in my car was blowing out hot air only in the front seats. Went to another car shop and then Economy, and Economy Car Care Center was able to get the job done for $400 less! Air conditioning works great now and it was fixed at a great price. I stumbled onto this place on accident, out of sheer laziness, simply because it was close to my house. I am so glad I did. Both times I ve used this company, the man at the counter was exceptionally nice and helpful. Today I walked in without an appointment, with questions regarding out of state registration, and he helped me right away, answering my questions and did the inspection I needed right then and there. The prices are fair and they do a great job. I left today smiling, which says a lot to me, considering that s not usually how I feel leaving an auto shop. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

We ve been to Economy Car Care a few times over the years including for new brakes. Most recently we needed a safety and emissions inspection on a very tight timeline. They were able to squeeze us in the very next day. I highly recommend Economy Car Care; David expertly diagnosed an issue with my car. When it was determined I needed an engine replaced, he went the extra mile to call around to multiple places to find the best deal. Once the engine was delivered to them, he finished the job in the quoted amount of time as well as the price of the job. I would definitely recommend using him and the rest of the staff at Economy Car Care.Service: Engine repair

Took my car over there when my a/c went out, fully prepared to be without a car for days. Economy fixed it the same day, for a very reasonable fee. I am very impressed with the staff at Economy Car Care! When dealing with mechanics in the past, they have always tried to up-sell, and being a woman, I have felt taken advantage of, but David Economy is honest about what my car really requires. Their prices are fair and their staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Economy for all your car care needs! You won't be disappointed.

I've been taking my cars to Economy for 10+ years. Rick is great. He is honest and friendly. He keeps you up to date. His turnaround time is terrific. One time I had an old van towed in to his shop. After doing some diagnosis, he advised me not to put any more money into the van. He certainly could have made expensive repairs to keep it going, but instead he was looking out for me. Economy is my go-to shop.

Quality service, reasonably priced, reliable and trustworthy. My dad was a mechanic so growing up I never had to worry about my car getting fixed or whether I was getting a good price. The Valley Park shop took care of a fuel line complete rebuild on an older vehicle within 2 days of dropping it off with no appointment. The work was done right at a reasonable cost. I was VERY happy with the speed, cost and completeness of a recent repair they did for me. They asked me to give a review, which for me is a little like sharing the location of a favorite fishing spot. I'm not sure I want everyone else to know. Oh well I'll risk it. May 23Oil change and filter replacement.I always trust Economy Car Care to do a great job no matter how small.The car hums along nicely.My car barely made it to their shop. It needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. It was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I always go to them for my repairs. You should too!
