Bill s never disappoints. Always honest, fair and reliable. There may be auto mechanics as honest as these folks, but none more so than Ed and crew. My family and I gladly drive from 4 towns over to have all of our cars maintenance and repairs handled here.

Ed, the supervisor at Bills Automotive, and his staff are completely trusted by me personally, and my organization. I/we have been taking our many vehicles to Bills, for large and small repairs and maintenance, for decades. He has fair prices and rest assured the repair will be done right the first time. I highly recommend Bills Automotive!

Bill's was able to identfy the reason the check engine light came on, and discovered a secondary issue along the way....a mouse was apparently nibbling on the wiring in our driveway. Many thanks...great job. Bob D

Dropped suv off on 11/12/23, for a simple front suspension repair on Monday 11/13/23. Back door glass shattered both sides and some personal items stolen, my stuff riffled through. With the extra damage, took the rest of the week to complete. They didn't charge me for the back door repair, but did charge me for the glass and original repairs. I was forced to rent a car for the entire week. No police report available att.

I called numerous mechanics and Ed at Bills automotive not only knew exactly what was wrong with my car but he didn t push a bunch of things that need to be done in the future on me. Just did what was necessary at this time. He was dead on with the total price before even looking at my car and had it done within a day! I couldn t recommend Ed more! I will be going back even for everyday maintenanceike oul changes and tune ups!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Recently I purchased new tires for my trusty little 08 Honda Civic. The business recommended that I have the alignment checked to insure that the tires wear evenly. Then the A/C in my Honda went MIA.I called Bill's Automotive & was greeted by Ed with a calm friendly voice. Ed quickly worked my car into their busy schedule. Several hours later Ed confirmed that my car didn't need an alignment & the A/C system just needed a new relay switch.So LADIES if you're having car issues REST ASSURED you WON'T be taken advantage of. You can TRUST your CAR'S CARE with Bill's Automotive! You can expect trustworthy service/repairs & fair pricing!

I was recently referred to Bill s by a neighbor, and I m so glad! Every time I have brought my car in, they have repaired my car within a reasonable amount of time and charged a very fair price. They have been able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed it. Wonderful local business. Maddy my sister recommended Bills as I was having a pulley issue. Being from out of town it gave me Peace of Mind knowing I was going to make it back to Lexington Ky! Thanks for also noticing the upper hose was going to have a hole wore into it and recommend we replace! See Ed at Bills Automotive.. you ll not only get the information needed to do the job but leave with the satisfaction that you re getting a VERY affordable price for high quality and very experienced workmanship. I simply needed a drivers side door handle replaced and a passenger side rear view mirror replaced. Ed is a straight shooter, gave me a rate, quote and the time to do the job. Scheduling was easy to coordinate as well and I got my car back quick looking shiny and new. Thanks Ed and Bill s Automotive.. I ll definitely be back and send you guys business. I have used Bill's Automotive multiple time in the last several years. I used to check other repair shops but Bill's not only was the lowest price but Ed was always truthful and honest. First time using this company. Was in need of a new mechanic after mine of many years closed. Not many work on 30+ year old cars and the 3 I have need care. They were very attentive to my desires and kept me posted on progress of repairs all the way through. I felt very comfortable working with them. My experience was one of honesty, good workmanship, and commitment to my needs.
