I purchased my 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Brent at Shocked Auto Source a couple months ago. The entire sales process was very easy. They were negotiable on the price and made me feel confident that I was buying a good truck. I won't waste my time or money buying from any dealer other than Shocked Auto Source. If you need a reliable, affordable car or truck, Shocked Auto Source is the place to go!

So we drove 7 hours one way to get a truck I asked tons of questions via Facebook market place and if it would be able to make the drive back to Minnesota. it would have not made it was leaking coolant from the turbo the tires were shot radio didn t work blower motor was going out I gave up at this point there was at least 4 dent per panel on the truck. He did not know what to say when I asked him about background of the truck or anything to say at all. He said the coolant leak was from me taking the radiator cap off the puddle was there when we got there drove it came back and there was a new puddle under it. He then proceeded to delete everything from Facebook and block me to wear I had to call the business regarding getting my deposit back. He had nothing to say and told me I was being excessive when I was telling him what was wrong I tried to show him he wouldn t even look at the problem on the truck. Buyer be aware.

Having had many transactions with Shocked Auto Source in the past. I can say with confidence Brent runs a top notch operation and it would be tough to find an equal to the standards he's set in the used auto industry!

Drove 4 hours to look at a truck that was supposedly "rust free". Had fender flares on it. I asked him to pull them off so I could see and refused to until sale was final. Pulled up to the lot looked at it and the fender wells were rotted out with rust. Would not recommend going through this dealer ever.

Shocked auto source is truly a home town friendly dealership. Apon meeting Brent I got the feeling that I was at a true no bs dealership. Everything on his lot was just as described by him. No gimmicks no tricks no hidden nothing. I wasn't able to find what I was looking for that day and Erica was nice enough to inform me for weeks of what was coming in. And before I was able to make it the pick ups were gone! Great job Brent. Soon we'll make a deal I guarantee you that. 5 star place for sure!

Very Bad Business.. they will lie and hide flaws on vehicles.. Do not trust Brent Shocklee. I was told car had good paint with just a couple flaws that could easily be buffed out. See attached. Took Car into a trusted auto body shop and was told that it had been wrecked and whoever painted it did a horrible job and there were major issues. The paint was so thin it can not even be buffed. They actually said get rid of it.. The rear bumper had exhaust burns and melted clips which would have to be changed out due to possible accident. This was hidden until the reflector fell out.. Asked them to work with me on what we could do and even return the vehicle. I made them aware of some of these issues that arose after 2 days see attachment. His answer was for he knew I could have wrecked it lol. He knew exactly what the issues were and chose not to disclose them. This guy is a scammer do not trust period.. almost 9,000 in damages. I am sure he will have something to say in response but don't put much stake into it... a scam is a scam..... The major issues were hidden and until I took the car to a qualified body shop and they put it under UV lights it was hard to tell that the car had been in a n accident that was not disclosed. I would say the repairs were originally done by some back alley painter and not reported and then sold by you as accident free.. not the first time this has happened.. Driven Auto went out of business for these shady practices. It becomes a situation of pride and character.. you said and I quote "Paint is good. the car has a couple little scuffs. if one were to have a detailer buff this car it would look like new" those are your words and then on your website you guarantee satisfaction even after the deal is done. You are not standing by your words. The Car has been in an unreported major accident that pushed muffler up and burned the inside of the rear end and caused the car to need a paint job in someones garage.. all of which was not mentioned. I can have the body shop write everything up and share any proof with any potential customer..

Buyer beware bought a lemon here .... Looked under truck before I even asked to test drive, saw nothing leaking, no puddles, Says no leaks no rust, drive it 90 miles home, leaking, finally get it in the shop, rear main leaking plus 3 other leaks.... Will update when i pick truck up to take to ANOTHER shop because the shop I took it to doesn't even want to work on it

this dealership is owned by a young couple and they have it together if he doesn't have what you're looking for give it a minute they are very easy to work with low down payments and easy payments although paying on line you have to call them and they will send you a link to pay your payment kind of a pain sometimes but considering that you don't have to drive to the dealer that makes it not so much of a pain lol
