I placed an on-line order for a small package which was at the store the next morning, as promised. My only issue was with the NAPA on-line ordering system. It would not accept payment nor would it allow me to sign up for their Rewards program. Apparently something wrong with the NAPA server. Order arrived overnight as promised and I simply paid in the store. Store personnel even loaded me a wrench to install what I ordered before leaving the parking lot . MANY THANKS!

Terrible customer service at the parts counter. The little guy got all bent out of shape when I told him I didn t need a piece of tubing and slammed it back in the sleeve and his whole demeanor changed. I knew it was going to be a bad experience because he was completely put off by a customer walking in.

Really nice & smart people working there. Just didn't have what I needed on hand, but, were willing to order it for me !!! They went into a lot more detail about the problems I'm havin with my vehicle, then other parts store's did !!! That gave me MORE things to consider about, for fixin the problem or problems.. That's always a plus in my book !!!

We were at NAPA on 12/20 in the afternoon because of our van's bad battery. The service was above and beyond. I plan to go back here if I need anything else for our vehicle. Unfortunately I forgot to get the name of the person who helped us but thank you!!

Did not have correct parts, couldn't look them up. Not very helpful. One call to Napa at St. Clair and correct parts were available in 5 hours.

Great staff was able to get the part I needed for a foreign car the next day at 7:30am.

Helpful staff that will work through your car problems with you, they talk to you like your car problem is their car problem

This is the Napa to go to. Only one better in the area is eureka. They have the auto service center.
