I would recommend Jerry's. All the Men that work here were polite and keep you informed about what's going on with your vehicle. I hit a deer and truck was totalled. Thier claim guys were fast on getting my results for my claim. They are registered with USAA for all my Military Brothers. Thanks Jonathan.

DO NOT use this body shop. They refused to fix their painting mismatch and advised they would not make it right. Buyers beware!

My car insurance company is USAA and Jerry's Auto Body Shop is the preferred Shop for USAA insured car owners for the Washington and Union Missouri area.

Jim at Jerry's came very highly recommended as the only place to take my vehicle for auto body work. The reputation was well earned ad they were very easy to work with. My insurance company paid them directly and I upgraded the bumper on my truck with absolutely no hassles. They even were able to connect the new bumper lights to one of the auxiliary switches in my truck as I had requested. Quality work and easy to deal with, I wish more businesses were ran this well.

Great work, excellent communication with customers. The work on my car was completed on time for the amount that was estimated. They worked with my insurance and made this an excellent experience. I highly recommend Jerry's Auto Body.

I was given recommendations by others to visit Jerry's Auto Body Inc. after being rear ended a couple weeks ago. They were not unfriendly, not rude by any means, they were just ok....but i left with no more clarifications to my questions than i arrived with. I got my estimate ...which was not a very thorough estimate (actually 1/4) of what the other company i chose to go with estimated. Not because Jerry's was cheaper, but because he did not really look at things close enough to give me an accurate price as to what this damage would cost me to repair.

I haven't used them for auto body but their service department is great. I had one problem after they did some work, took it back in and they fixed the problem and gave me a free oil change. That is how you treat your customers.

My classic car was stolen and sent to Jerrys to repair some damage. Jim was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond making our classic car back to show quality. Before any parts were replaced, he contacted me to make sure I was happy with the parts or if there was a specific brand I wanted to use. I can't say enough how happy I am with the service provided and would recommend them above anyone else in the area.

Just want to say that I'm very happy with the work you did on our Dodge Caravan. It looks like new! And at a lower price than either of the other two estimates I got. Thank you.And please give my regards to the body worker that made the repairs. Nice work!Jack Foreman

You guys were great! We were hit in the back end right after Thanksgiving and were told that the scheduling was clear out to January. When it was determined that we were going to be without a vehicle, you were right on it. Parts ordered and car completed in 2 weeks. We can't thank you enough!

The work done on my 2017 VW Jetta was done flawlessly. The car looks as good now as it did when it was new. The best part was they finished a few days earlier then they quoted me! I hope I never need body work done again, but if I do, I'm going back to Jerry's.

Jim the owner told me I could get the bumper and headlight of my car myself and he would do the actual body work. He even said that if I could find a bumper the same color, he may not have to paint it and I could save some money there too. The day came to drop off the car and he totally denied and lied to my face and told me he never said I could get the parts. He lied about everything then threw the insurance check to me and told me to do the work myself. He was mad because he was not going to make the 100% mark up on the parts that he was going to buy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He will tell you one thing and the next day change it and overcharge you. Horrible people and I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

This place is amazing they had my car done in no time it was magnificent amazing how my car look just so new just like it looked when I pulled it off the lot I would recommend this place to everyone

This guys are amazing! They explained everything to me in language I could understand and then just kept going that extra mile.I would highly suggest using them for any motor vehicle needs.
