Fair prices. Fast service. He was upfront, which is hard to find. My only issue is that it can be difficult to reach them by phone. I m assuming because they re busy, but still frustrating.

Went there for the first time on yesterday and met up with Dave Zientara and let me tell you from the minute you touch that door handle of the business you will fill right at home. The patience he has shown me a complete novice to racing and now I know more then I could imagine already. See sometimes we don't come from racing backgrounds my pops I never seen change a tire change oil brakes nothing but I didn't let that stop me from reaching out and learning. This shop is the place to.not only work on your car but teach you. Thank you to Et Tuning ET Extreme and all the great staff.

The folks at ET tuning did a great job working on my Camaro. The car runs and idles way better than before. They were very thorough and communicated well. Brought my bmw in, had my ruger in the center console one of the employes stole it had to file a police report. Found a atm recipt on my floarboard so they were taking my car around town to do whatever. They used my oil i had in my trunk and then charged me for it. Looking to file a lawsuit as i had a camera in my car

These guys are awesome. Brought my new car in for an oil change and a general look over. Jon went over everything and gave me my options going forward. He really helped educate me vs just charging me for a service. 11/10

Horrible from the start. Said he would get my vehicle started on June 1st. Here we are on July 17th and he still hasn t even touched my vehicle. You will get a sob story and why his wife left him and all of his problems when you ask him what the deal is but he won t tell you how he s going to fix your problem. he just tells you all of his life story like you re supposed to care. His answer is you can just come get it Dude should just close up shop. DO NOT GO HERE !!! One tuner was telling me I needed to retune my wrx, and after a long talk with Devin, he told me this wasn't necessary. They have a good staff that know what they are talking about, and I will be using them again once I get a turbo and a short block

Great tuner, full service, they know what they are doing and have specialist for certain types of cars. I'll update with even more details as the project is completed, suffice it to say my car had been to 3 different shops in California while I was away in Australia, Detroit, and then finally got back to St Louis. ET is tracking down problems that would have never popped up till driving 70mph down the highway and setting the car up with attention to detail.

ET Tuning did a refresh on the suspension of my 997 911 Carrera S, adding camber plates during the process, and finishing with a great track/street combo alignment/camber change. They do high quality work, are great to work with, and communicate clearly throughout the process. Another great experience with ET. They replaced the PASM shocks in my 997 plus oil service and an assortment of minor issues.Everything was done properly, on time and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

They did an incredible job with a very complicated issue on my Porsche. I first contacted another shop in St. Louis County, but learned about ET Tuning later. Definitely worth the drive to Union. The invoice was reasonable and I will gladly continue going back here.

Jon is the absolute best I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable, precise, quick, and most importantly, a true enthusiast. I have been taking my 911's to Jon for years and have never had anything but positive things to say. He does wonderful work and has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I would recommend that anyone with a European or performance car give him the opportunity to earn your business on their next repair, he will exceed all expectations!

Went to ET Tuning to get my 15 WRX tuned for a new turbo and was very satisfied with everything. Very professional people to deal with. My car likes to cause problems and they were patient with it and worked it all out. My car is running exponentially better than before. The only thing I would ve liked is a few more updates on the progress, but that s on me because I like to be very involved with the process. Love driving my car way more now!

I have been trying to get a hold of this place for a while I need to know a price on my tires they want me to use and what brand name they are so I can do some research on them and I haven't got a price on mathenal and other stuff to cool my car the people I got are from paid 15 or 16000 to have the work done I'm trying to get it to perform Good and they will not call me back

I acquired a low mileage 2004 Porsche 996 turbo a few years ago. The previous owner (from VA) had 5 service events in the records trying to find oil consumption. They included Dealer and independent shop visits. I discovered this was still an issue, so I took it to Jon at ET tuning. He found it on the first try. He took care of a few other items as well.I even had a little mishap that Jon took care of with no resistance. I can t say enough about his high end technical expertise, attention to detail, strong communication, integrity and standing behind his and his teams work and workmanship.He is honest and fair. He also has a very impressive shop.I have recommended him and would not consider another shop in the St. Louis area.

I was looking at buying a car out of state and asked ET Tuning to perform a pre-purchase inspection for me, the car was an older Porsche 911. Jon claims to be an expert with these cars. He did say he was busy that week but would squeeze in an inspection. His two-hour (or so he claimed) inspection came back with a few minor issues, but according to him overall the car looked great and ran well. He claimed to have thoroughly inspected the interior, exterior, undercarriage and had driven the car. I bought the car, thinking it ran well and was in very good cosmetic condition for it's age. When it arrived, it was barely running and the interior was in fair condition. The interior was missing a few OBVIOUS items, and many of the electrical systems did not work, including the turn signals, which suggested to me that he did not even drive the car. The engine was running horribly and the transmission had issues. It's been almost two months since the car arrived, and I've had to spend dozens of hours with my hands under the hood fixing the issues, and had spent approximately $1500 in parts. Had I taken the car to a mechanic or dealer to fix all the problems that Jon had missed, the bill would likely have been another $2000 in labor.

Wish I found ET Tuning sooner, grateful for Jon and his crew. They were patient and precise on a very complicated, historic hotrod 911 and built 5.9 Jeep. We finally solved problems which eluded very expensive s cal race shops. Needed help with custom fab, ignition & clutch gremlins, rebuilt stoker engine and box and made significant headway with my strange swap aero challenges. So many shops out here charge top dollar but have children learning on your car... ET has adults and turned out to be the most versatile shop i have seen in MO. I could not believe the rare cars and fire breathing Subarus on the dyno in Union, was worth waiting for my turn in line. Good luck on your project ~

John Rhodes is the owner and I found him via the Porsche Club website.I found John because I had purchased my dream car, 2006 Porsche Boxster, and needed a great mechanic. My original plan was to use the dealer due to a bad experience with a Euro mechanic on Manchester Rd in Ballwin. I figured I would try John and see how it went. John exceeded my expectations and his prices are very fair but even better he educates and offers advice which translates to purchasing/investing in only the needed service items. My car runs extremely well and I recommend him to everyone. John and his team are in a class of their own and those in the know take their most precious Porsches, BMWs, Subarus, etc to him for outstanding service and value.

Took a VW GTI to ET Tuning that was dead from the battery draining during a download. Devin and Jon have lots of experience, and made sure the car was running great when they were done. Price was less than expected, and couldn't be happier. This a five star rating, I give ET Tuning a 6.

It has been a horrible experience. My car is now in worse shape than when I took it in. The gas guage no longer works, the air bag light is on (not the check engine light they said they fixed), and I don't know whether to believe there's a coolant leak or not. I will never use them again.No, it was not clear that tape was being removed. I was told on the phone that the mechanic was replacing the bulb while I was talking to him. That is quite a difference. There is no way I would bring my car back.

Took a day off work to get my coilovers and wheels put on, even though it was a lot of work to do, they did it in one day for me with great work. Im not very car savvy but Jon was very courteous and explained everything for an idiot like me to understand. Well worth the drive from Columbia. Will return for any other work I need.

Devin tuned my 2015 wrx stage 2.5+ tgv/egr delete, he was very fast to respond and got my tune dialed within 10 revisions from a cobb ots tune. Great customer service and tons of knowledge from these guys!

Jon is great. Did my track inspection for HPDE event coming up here and we threw my mustang on the Dyno. He is a member of the PCA, a driving instructor for HPDE and an ASE mechanic and races cars. This guy knows what he is doing.

It has been over month since i had work done there and i've been contacted by the owner to tweek his initial work.But,in my world you get 1 chance to make an impression and that one was for 2 stars.Communication was not good between us(his kid took the initial call)and the fact i drive a Bimmer and he is primarily a Porsche guy.My opinion is he has taken on to much business and doesn't have the experienced techs to do the work in a timely manner.but that's my opinion.but,as a member and past president (whoopie) of missouri chapter Z car club i would say.try him when summer business cools down,i heard a lot of good things about this place but,just didn't happen for me.
