After not hearing anything for 6 weeks I called to see what was going on. Was told they couldn t find the part. I asked what the part was and was told what it was but would message what the model number was. Never received the model number. I called back and got an email so I could send the 9 eBay links I found to see if any of them were the one. After sending the email I didn t hear anything back. After a few more weeks I called back and was told he was just now looking at the links. He finally ordered the part. After a few more weeks I call back and was told the part came in but they were waiting in a bay should be that day or the next. Called back the following week and was told they were working on it later that day. So after just 2 days shy of 3 months we got the car back. That day noticed a big gash in the side of the door from something white that had hit it. Some lights on the dash came on that evening (the original light and lights that weren t on beforehand ). Everyday (4 days) new lights were coming on and off until we finally just parked it.

Amazing. Easy to get an appointment, and they fixed something that I didn't even mention for them to look at. Very competitive prices. Will be going there for any issues in the future.

Called several times to get a price on a yasper engine installed. Or have my engine fixed was told each time they would call me later thet day or the next day. 4 call in 4 weeks

Year after year after year Garrick and his Uber talented crew have taken care of my vehicles as well as my parent s vehicles. It s been a faithful relationship built on quality and trust. I will literally butt into other peoples auto repair conversations to highly recommend his services. Honest, fair, and the best. Great place. I took my truck there for air conditioner problems, and they called 2 day's later, fixed!! Try them out, you won't be disappointed!!

I had them do some work on one of my wheelchair vans for shuttle R Us.They did a good job and the bill was much less than I expected.As a business owner.I appreciate the way they handled my repair

They did a great job rebuilding my starter. The problem is, I could have bought a brand new one cheaper than what they charge me to rebuild the old one. Another one of life's lessons learned. They did do a very high quality job though.

Can't recommend these guys enough. You can tell they hold each other to a higher standard of repair quality and take pride in their work. Garrett was extremely accommodating as we attempted to diagnose a complicated issue related to my braking system. They have all the tools needed to diagnose late model to modern vehicle systems and take the time to make sure you are taken care of. If you are on the fence about bringing your vehicle here I highly suggest you give them a chance. Garrick was awesome!! He really did A good job in helping me, and was nice enough to let me make payments because I didn't have the money to pay all at once.I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Highly disappointed.Sent my BMW in for a full diagnosis on the non-operative IDrive electrical system and car overheating. My husband had a thorough conversation with Garrik ensuring this was something they had the capabilities and competence to handle before towing to their shop.3 weeks later.... my husband recieved a phone call that the car was fixed. (Was only suppose to be a diagnosis, until we knew what all was wrong with the car).Anyway, they replaced the water pump without discussion and didn't even address the Idrive issue.When brought to their attention they stated that my husband never mentioned it or that he talked to someone else. (Complete lie. My husband had only had communications with Garrik the entire time) Our main priority was to have the electrical issues addressed.Then he proceeded to tell me that they do not have the tools or know how to address the IDrive electrical system.To conclude, if you are looking for an HONEST shop... don't go here.I even gave then the opportunity to remedy this issue before leaving a review. Instead I'm told excuses and lies.

I had a great experience with advanced.While driving cross country, my car began to have issues. The local auto parts place tested the warning code, and said it was oil related but couldn't say more.Advanced was able to diagnose what ended up being a random electrical switch within the oil system which was then affecting my electronic timing. It took a couple of days, but mainly just because we had to wait on a random part to get to us.They were very thorough and ensured that I was safe to get back on the road. I highly recommend them. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable.

If u want the job done correctly this is the place to go. They treat ur vehicle as if it were their own and only use quality parts on each vehicle and this i know because i work for an auto parts store. Garrick and the guys are all great people.

We have taken our vehicles here a few times for heavier duty work. My wife's van needed an alternator and power steering pump. My car needed the AC worked on. It was just overfilled. Then I had two inspections done while I waited. The waiting area was nice with a TV. I have some cute photos of my daughter sitting at the little school desk in the waiting room. The service was really quick.

Used to go there all the time, but since Jerry retired and Garret took it over, the quality of work has went way down. They dont call you when they say they will. Last time I went down there for a front end alignment. They had it for 5 days, cost me $1000.00 and within a month tier alignment completely ruined my brand new $325.00 tire. I will not be using them again!

He had my car for 2 months. He didn't finish the work and lied about the repairs he did. I had to take the car somewhere else and have them redo the work he did. I regret taking my car to him.

Love these guys. It's no secret that it's hard to find an honest mechanic, but these guys have never done me wrong. The prices are average but they usually can get me in quick.

All of my in laws have always used advanced auto and so I started using them as well. Great experiences, fair prices, knowledgeable staff and mechanics! I will always go to AAE

Uhm so I got my car back after what I knew was a ground wire and all they did was the bare minimum and even worse. They only put a fuse in and now if my lights are on, MY CAR ENGINE WONT SHUT OFF EVEN WHEN I PULL MY KEYS OUT. I ve not even had my csr 2 months and it s brand new. Not happy about this at all. Not to mention my engine light also came on

Never again will my car go to advanced!!! I was in an accident and had my car towed here because I heard great things about them. They managed to prove it all wrong. I got new tires in December, had accident in march, they apparently did an alignment (the day I got the car back, may 5th). Here I am on the 15th of June with the belt showing on both front tires. If they did an alignment they did a horrible job. Thoroughly disappointed in more than just that wth my car. It hasn't ran the same since. $3,000+ worth of work done and it runs worse than ever.

Don't bother to call because they'll tell you they have something they don't have and then tell you that you're sol when you get there. Zero stars. Waste of time.
