Second time first time every one was real nice and took care of me... Friday on my was home tire light came on..stopped here Because the first time was awsome..the clerk that spoke with me was rude..it was 3.30 in the afternoon..he started pointed to and telling me what they other customers who were having work done!!.. by the time he got done with his speech he could have checked my tire... I left and went some where else..he informed me. I could sit and wait but they might not even get to me...REALLY!! THIS IS HOW YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS...

Was in serious need of getting my tired plugged before having to get to work. They got me in and out in time to make it to work, were friendly, and charged me a good price. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Quick, friendly, and affordable.Got me in that day and had my car back with plenty of time before work even though I heard the guy tell another customer they were short staffed that day. Very glad my coworker recommended this place to me.

Super nice folks!! Tried to squeeze me in after four o clock pm on a Friday afternoon. However their mount balance machine only goes up to 22 rim diameter.

Great fast work one hour waiting for a tire replacement plus it s just easier to go here rather than the other big store in town wal- your gonna pay about the same but it s all they re doing so just getting done faster than that other place.

Amazing customer service and a fantastic price. Got 2 used tires (tread basically new) well beneath what we expected to pay. I highly recommend them if you are needing new tires on your vehicle.

I've been a customer since I could drive. Always friendly staff, very helpful, good prices, trustworthy, efficient. Always take care of all my requests without much of my involvement, so I'm able to manage other things. Able to drop off, and return when ready. Always very knowledgeable. Was concerned and uncomfortable that nobody was wearing masks, and they do not request customers wear a mask, therefore no customers were wearing them except me and my son. We just waited outside except when transacting.

Unfortunately I just had a bad experience here. I have bought tires and service several times here with good satisfaction. My guess is the guy I spoke with wasnt having a good day. I took my RV to get tires rebalanced with the tires I previously bought from them. Before these tires I had zero vibrations. After new tires I got a little vibration around 65mph, I previously took it back and they just balanced the front. It defiantly helped but not completely. Went back to get the rear balanced or what ever it needed. I began to tell the counter guy I will gladly pay, but we have been having problems with the new tires. He immediately said, "There is something wrong with your RV!". He didn't even wait for me to finish the history. I understand it could be, but I doubt it and in any event he should ask me what's happening and lets discuss the options. When they immediately guess at the problem by saying its your fault,,,, I left! I knew this wasn't going to be a good experience! Again, I was willing to pay for what ever was needed and work with them on a resolution. To the Managers/owners,, this is why we go to he small town mom and pop shops! We'll even pay extra for you to listen and reassure us you are giving us the best product and support. Maybe make the coffee not as strong in the mornings, Maybe stronger. Another Hint, the other counter guy shouldn't have laughed. He should have defused it. Every customer counts.

I called around 3 on a Friday wondering if they had time to patch my tire, they said yes, so I took my van in and they said they would call me when it was done.. never called, and closed up shop so I had to find a ride to work. Get there the next morning, to pick up my van told them I was there for it and what was done, they charged me 20 bucks for the patch, no big deal, I gave the money and went to get into my van. My tire light was still on, turns out they didn't even do the patch. They just moved my vehicle around the parking lot. The gentleman at the front desk had no idea what was or wasn't done to my van... but charged me anyway? Communication was terrible. Got my money back and unfortunately will not be returning.. that place was always good to me and my family, just extremely disappointed.

Moving with family needed a tire on trailer. Nothing like paying 350$ for a 100 trailer tire, oh and another 50 to clean the rim after two hrs of waiting got the tire back. Decided it would be quicker to change it myself in a parking lot than pay another fee. Could have left a little lube on the tire for the bill. If you can, take your business somewhere else. Horrible service from the guy at the front desk . And wait for it .tire went flat two weeks later on a siting trailer. Pinched tube and will not take air.

This is the best tire shop in our area. They work on anything. I have been using them for all my tire needs from lawn mowers to vehicles to construction equipment to trucks and tractors. They are fast, efficient and affordable. When Paul bought the business from Mike he upgraded and gave a hint of professionalism to the enterprise, but it is still a classic small town tire shop. Don't go here for a fancy showroom. Go here for fast and efficient service.

Perfect service. Friendly staff. Two tires mounted and balanced. Was recommended the tires I purchased from the shop and am very satisfied with the look and ride. From the time I handed over my keys to the time I was getting into my car was about 20 minutes and there were other customers. So excellent time for me. Would highly recommend.

I was only in there for a safety inspection not tires. Overall the guys were very friendly and very polite. With my appointment, the entire time I was only there about 20 minutes. Well done on honoring the appointment and very nice customer service.

Over priced on tires they definitely upsell on off brand tires so be careful. There not fast at all if you want honest prices and fast service tire plaza is the place to go they were trying to sell me nokian tires that are priced for my car for 57$ so I needed two so all together with with my tires being balanced and disposed should ve ran me like 214 216$ they tried to charge me 280$ Pleaseeeee do your research on the tire brand and your tires. And don t let people upsell you be careful. Never doing business with these guys ever.

Do not go here. They will lie and charge way more for "work" they did not do. There's a good honest kid there but the company is no good. Take your business somewhere else. Guy at front desk needs fired if they want this company to survive.

Had a screw in my tire and they got me in right away. Fixed the tire in less than 30 minutes. Great service. Quality work. Won't go anywhere else.

Awesome customer service! Needed a tire change, 45 mins until close I pulled in the parking lot, 30 mins until close I was pulling out of the parking lot and I didnt have to take out a loan or spend my life savings because their pricing could not have been any better. Everyone of the guys in the garage were friendly, educated on their job and the same goes for the crew in the office. I will defiantly remember this visit next time I get a flat tire!!

Had them patch a tire for me. A few days later it started to leak again. I took my vehicle back, they remembered myself and vehicle and repaired the tire free of charge. Great local business for quality products, and guaranteed work.

I had tires mounted and balanced there and the sticky weights fell off and so I went back up there and to go have them rebalance them, I figured because the weights fell off they would do it for free. When I talked to them about it, they told me it would be $11 a wheel to rebalance them. So I said whatever. When I they got done I went to pay for them then the price changed from $11 to $15 a wheel, then it went to $13 a wheel all because the wheels took 5 to 6 Oz a wheel. I could have went to Walmart had it done for $10 a wheel no matter the amount of weight they took to balance out. I thought it would be better to support a small business but I was wrong. I will never go back. So after paying $88 to have them mount and balanced, I had to pay another $52 to have them rebalanced because there wheel weights fell off

Terrible waited all day for a tire to be fixed or replaced finally went back to store about closing because I had not heard from them. They told me when tire was dropped off they would call when complete but should take a few hours. When I went back, tire had not been fixed nor was a new tire put on - was told it was not fixable and they didn't have replacement tire. Had to take to Wal Mart next day. Tried a second time to shop local and went in looking for a used tire for my son's truck to get him through a few days until he received his paycheck. Went to counter stated I needed a used tire employee at counter said we don't have one. I said would you like to know what size I need he than went out to shop for a couple of minutes came back and said I told you we don't have one. Plaza Tire was able to help this time - I would never recommend this company and will never go there again

Fixed a couple of flats for us. Very honest, didn't talk us into more than we needed, actually saved us buying a tire we didn't need. Prices are fair. Workmanship & speed are very good. I won't look elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the way they run there shop! I called and made an appointment for this morning for an alignment on my vehicle! I was told it would cost $55 and it would take an hour to do the alignment! So I expected to pay $55 for it! I left it there cause I had other things to do! I called them after it was over an hour, and then they said it wasn't done yet and started talking about other services, remind you it was only in there for the alignment, I said no it's just there for the alignment! I hear in the background stop it's only an alignment! So I get there to pick it up and they try to charge me $65! I argued with him that they told me it was $55 and he tried saying it starts at $55! Well that's not what they said on the phone when I made the appointment! Then he couldn't tell me anything on the specs on what they had to do to get it aligned cause the mechanic wasn't there! I felt it was very unprofessional the way they handled my visit! I will never go back! I felt like they thought that because I'm a girl I don't know anything about car well that's where they were wrong I do 95% of my own work on my vehicles and do most of the work on my families vehicles too!

These guys are you classic home town tire company that take great care of us. Neil is my man. But this is how service should be. On a first name basis and being taken care of. Love my tires.

Driving south on 61, blew a trailer tire. Drove to Weinand Friday morning and got a new tire right away. They also had rims available, so I got a second spare too. On top of that, they also let me use a mallet to replace the dust cap I lost in the blowout. Great people!

We buy all our tires from these Guys! If they don't have what you were looking for they CAN get it or offer a genuine substitute. These guys are seasoned professionals and don't use any fear tactics, to make a sale.

I ve tried these guys several times because I try to do only local business. They do good work but forget about customer service. The guy running the front desk needs to be either put in the shop or fired immediately!

Excellent service. I went to purchase and have a tire mounted. I only had to tell them what I needed and they were on it. Fast, friendly and best prices in the area.
