They were really slow. The manager. Didn't know what was going on that day. We waited for 2 hours when they said roughly 45 min. to an hour. The manager called someone who came waaayyy after we were there to come back to the store for their tires. When they get there she tells them that she couldn't get them. They didn't even have our car pulled in for service.. I asked how much longer 2-3 hours. So needless to say we canceled. And went to Hannibal, and they had the car done within 30 minutes!!

They like to hang up the phone so they don't have to listen too it ring. Didn't really want to trust them with my vehicle anyway. Now I definitely won't.

I stood here for 10 mins waiting to pick my car up from a tire rotation and they would rather help the people that were here before me. And my car has been done since 12:30. And it s now 4:45Service: TiresService: Tires

First off I tried calling for 5 days straight but no one answers the phone there..I don't recommend this place whatsoever for anything for your car...first off we ordered tires online so I could have them put on my car there along with an oil change. We get there and find out that my order was canceled for no reason. We showed the guy the order and he said "we haven't had those in a year" I was like why does the app say that then? He said I'll check but we don't have them. He comes back and tells me they are there. Okay fine then let's put them on. My money still wasn't in my account from them taking it out and they wouldn't put them on. I had to wait till Walmart put the money back on my card a few days later. A manager was there when I pulled in and I wasn't in a parking space because I was having both rhings done, this guy comes flying out yelling at me about how I can't park there! I was being nice until I finally said I wasn't sure which lane to be in and told him I bought tires, he says YOU BOUGHT TIRES?? I said yeah I bought them here you want to ask tthe guys inside??? They were rude af when asked about putting my new hubcaps on since they had to take them off anyway, they snap on basically) .. We can, but they might break .. wow, okay, then never mind. I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself I was thinking...They didn't even bother to put my old ones back on even ... The attitude I got was unbelievable... nope never again

I purchased a new battery from Walmart. Put it in myself with no issues. 6 months later and every time I went to start the car, the battery was dead. I went to have it tested at Troy MO location. They confirmed the battery was defective. Since Walmart offers free installation I asked them to swap out the battery and they refused. The battery is located behind the driver side wheel well so you have to take the tire off to get to it. They knew this because as soon as I told him what kind of car it was he sighed and said "oh well that's going to take at least 2 hours." Fast-forward to after determining the battery was bad all the sudden they couldn't do it because the "thread on my tire was too low" (which it isn't) and made it a "safety issue" so they couldn't put the tire BACK ON after replacing the battery. They just didn't want to do the work even though I was sold a defective battery and had to be inconvenienced multiple times due to a dead battery.Side note:A couple months prior to the defective battery situation, I took my car in to get an oil change and fluids topped off. 3 weeks later my car was running weird so I checked the oil and it was 3 quarts low!!! I haven't had an issue with the car using oil before this or since I put more oil in it. I know I should've called but like the battery situation, I know they would have given some off-the-wall reason to place the blame on me or some other cause.Just beware of this location and if you must have your car serviced here. Double check their work. Better safe than sorry....

The employees at this center quickly tested my car battery and gave me a new one, however their tired mood made the experience not anymore enjoyable.

7/10 times I try and get my car serviced here I m told an insanely long wait time. I always drop my car off and get a ride home so when I say it s fine they back pedal and say they don t have anyone to do it. The long wait time is obviously just to keep people from booking . Either staff the center or close it.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

So, I took my car here before ever scheduling an appt to ask if they'd do my tires since the bumper is damaged. They look at it and tell me to schedule the appt. I do. It gets cancelled overnight at 3 am because they are "out" of the tires I just confirmed them to have. Ok. I call, they say "they're here the associate just didn't look hard enough" wow but ok. I bring the car up. Its the same guy. "Oh I told you the other day I couldn't do it"......No, you actually didn't buddy...I can't give it half a star or less, or I would. But that's the story of how I went to Highway K Walmart in O'fallon and they changed my tires next day looking at my car and making the appt FOR ME for the next day. HWY K Walmart is just a superior beast. Not to mention troy never has anything and their cashiers are EFFING RUDE!!!!Service: Tires

I shopped for a few minutes. While in the store saw the low level employees working their butts off. Saw a heard of middle level employees roaming the store doing absolutely nothing, goofing and playing around in a swarm. As iwent to the back there was a group of somewhat upper management leaning on merchandise doing absolutely nothing. They have a walk around the store. No need to walk around the store it is a disaster. I got back to automotive the techs we're diligently working. I was excited to see a older lady did my oil change. Yay girl power. There were men waiting in line at the counter. The electronics girl was nice she said she requested someone to come back there and wait on them. No one bothered to show. I yelled we need help back in automotive customers are waiting. The upper managers just looked at me, stopped leaning and walked to the back room. A little later an angry elderly lady manager named kim with a mustache and a hunched back came back there and said, "that's uncalled for". She didn't do anything and walked away to the back room. I imitated her and said, "that's uncalled for". She sent someone after a bit who was really nice to wait on those men. I saw two groups of employees about a dozen not doing anything acting like whip crackers then there is Kim the overseer of the whip crackers. The actual store manager was definitely not present because the clowns were running the circus show into the ground in his absence. They need to ditch TL's and GL's those titles are some liberal democratic shuffling scheme much like the green new deal. A excuse not to work and watch others work.Service: Oil change

Waited 2 hours and 44 minutes so far for three tires! The service and attitudes are horrendous thus far, I ve seen at least three people walk out. We planned on leaving to do other things and we ve gotten two calls both times we ve left so now we just have to sit and wait in the parking lot- if I could rate 0 stars I would! I d try Wentzville, the last time I used them it was so much smoother, faster and the guys there were at least friendly!

Associates not friendly. Have an I don't care attitude. Took car in at 930am for 2 new tires was paged at about 1030am went to get car and had to call the store from my cell to get help at desk. Manager of the dept saw several us waiting and walked away. Finally the girl showed up. Said I was paged by mistake. Car wasn't even pulled in yet. Another customer said they had been there since 8am. It was now 11am. I said I could not wait. She told me to get my keys from the workers out in work area and she walked away.

I went to change 4 tires for my Jeep. They said it s gonna take an hour because there are 2 cars ahead of me. Went to shop while waiting and in less than hour I heard my name on the radio announcing that it s done. Good deal.

Ordered 4 tires on line scheduled an appointment to have them mounted . Get there early morning only to be told they can't mount because they are different than what came on truck even though smaller than what is on truck now. Never mentioned anything about it during phone call when setting up appointment. They have a don't give a dam attitude.

90 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Employees pleasant in spite of working short handed. Several customers walked away from desk because there wasn't anyone there to wait on them. Employee too busy performing duties of at least 3 people..

Had several bad experiences here. First time they told my wife they couldn't change a bulb because they didn't have the tool. It took a Phillips screwdriver. I took my van in recently for an oil change and they told me that if they broke the dipstick they were not liable. I asked "could you be careful with it or?" He replied no if it breaks it breaks....never mind then I guess...Worst Walmart auto center I've ever seen. If you don't want to do something just tell people that but lying to people about a bulb is insane.

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Most of the employees and the manager seem to dislike their job and customers. My son went to get his headlight bulb replaced. They told him to wait outside and someone would be there to assist him shortly. There were workers standing around knowing he was standing out there waiting but no one came to assist him for at least 10 minutes (note there were no cars inside the shop). Eventually someone came and took his information just to inform us 20 minutes later that they were unable to replace it. This is not the first negative encounter with this Walmart automotive. Everytime we've been there, they seem irritated and aggrivated with customers. I'll take my vehicle elsewhere and pay more just for a more postiive attitude and environment.

I was just trying to call and find out how much an oil change was and couldn't get through to anyone in automotive. Customer service called them 3 times and my call just kept going back to them.

I went to get 2 tires on my car. They said it would be a 2 hour wait. Turns out it was a 4 hour wait. Longest day ever! I'll never go back.

We were quoted 45 min to get 4 new tires. It has now been 2 hours! The most frustrating part is when people are staring at my vehicle rather than putting my tires back on. I do not suggest coming here if you are in a time crunch.

I have had wall-marts viva2 tires installed and in two month both went flat on me stick with a real shop and get a real tire it costs about 20 dollars more but they last. I am all about saving a buck but if it costs more to save that buck it is a no drainer. this is a rip off. The service they did was ok just don't buy their crap for tires that they sell.

As a former tire tech being able to change 4 tires and balance them all in 15-20 mins. Now here it's been about an hour plus to do one tire. And not even busy. Maybe should work on productivity

They are always very friendly and prompt when I'm in a hurry or patient with me otherwise when I have other shopping to do. It's quick and convenient when it's right there in town and I can turn two or three stops into one and get some things from the store while my car is getting fixed.

They actually took the time to make sure I had a good tire so I could make it home right at closing when they where very busy two out of the three people that helped me where very kind helpful and understanding one actually wouldn't speak to me when I was trying to be friendly it's as if I wasn't there at all I thank them all they didn't have to take the time to do this

Inept tech tried to put a wheel from a different vehicle on my truck and it took 2 and a half hours to mount a set of tires. Not getting that time back, but I'm never giving them any more of it.
