Always did an excellent job. Went above and beyond to even check my air filters, which I did t realize was so dirty. Thank you all for your help! Always went here for tire rotation & oil changes.

Oil change went smoothly, but I found out later the air filter they sold me had a 500% markup on it. The prices are bad enough without that kind of markup on add-ons.

This place is awful. Somehow they put an incorrect drain plug on my vehicle and stripped the drain plug bolt. A went to two different places who were unable to get the drain plug off. I spoke to the customer service center who directed me to go back here and Ryan would take care of it. They ended up replacing the drain plug with what I have to assume is the (correct one). Best they could do Is 25% off for their screw up. Save yourself the trouble and DONT GO HERE.

If you want a quick, fairly priced oil change, then you should head to Valvoline. You get to stay in your car (you could get out if you wanted and go to the waiting area) and they communicate with you while the employees are changing your oil. They let you know about other services they offer and ask if you're interested, but they don't pressure you. Then, very quickly, you're paying for the service and on your way.Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service! I always leave here with my car problems fixed and a smile on my face. August helped me out today. He was kind and knowledgeable. Every worker here is amazing though. Been a customer since I moved to Troy 5 years ago and I will continue to come.

Way over priced. I usually go to the Ofallon location but needed an oil change for an upcoming road trip so i stopped at the Wentzville location. I have never paid over $100 for an oil change. They wouldn't accept my coupon. I won't be using the Wentzville location anymore.

I was told at other places that I had a temp plug. I don t and thank to Valvoline in Troy I have a place I can rely on to throughly change my oil in my Subaru Outback. The manager Katrina was great to work with. The other folks there are great too. I highly recommend this place. I ll be returning for sure.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They're a little higher priced than a few other places I've been, but you can get in, get out and get your oil changed without even leaving your car. I couldn't get an appointment at any of the other shops around without waiting for a week out and we were really needing our oil changed before a long road trip. They got us in super quick as just a walk-in and even gave me a coupon without me even asking for it and they didn't try to up-sell me. I will be back just for the convenience!

I went here for the first time tonight. I pulled right up with no wait and a friendly welcome by Katrina. They explained everything in detail before they did it and I never even had to leave my car! Staff was exceptionally excellent. Made a last minute call to see if they can change my oil close to their closing time female voice on phone said sure bring it in and also sent my discount via text. Arrived and it was done within 30 minutes with me still in the truck and the mechs interacted with you .. awsum job .. definitely recommend them

Went on Saturday 10/8/2022 to get an oil change and they said their pumps were down so they couldn t. Wife took took the vehicle today 10/13 to get it done. They tried to sell her wiper blades two separate times in the same visit. They had her start the car, only to realize they left the oil filter loose so it leaked out. The employees need trained on focusing on getting the requested work done properly instead of trying to oversell wiper blades. Luckily the engine wasn t damaged (yet) but I guess we ll see. First visit, and we ll never be going back. Hopefully they didn t overtighten the filter or drain plug

Pulled in....was welcomed and they set to work right away. ..with in a few minutes of being allowed to stay in my car...they topped off my fluids and checked my tire pressure..and I had clean oil with new filter. Awesome...plus I had a 15$ off coupon that had come in the mail...Best service ever..

I wish I could give 10 stars! Katrina, the manager, and Phillip were amazing and went above and beyond their duties. I was stranded as my serpentine belt broke on my truck. I walked down to Valvoline and Katrina offered to order the belt, pick up the belt, and then walk up the road to put on the new belt in the parking lot where I was stranded. I was extremely thankful for their help. I highly recommend this location for servicing and will be taking my vehicles here once I move into town. Customer Service - 10 stars!!! Thank you Katrina and Phillip for saving my day!

I've been coming here for a while for both of our vehicles. They have an early bird special which works great for my schedule and is $9 off. It's a little expensive here but the service is better than most of the other options locally. They always seem to do a good job and work quickly. This is especially great when I have my kids in tow. I'm usually in and out in 15 minutes or so. They usually upsell one or two things while I'm there but the prices aren't too outrageous. They have a really nice waiting room with a restroom, tv and coffee available. The employees are always friendly and courteous too!

Sunday June 25,2023 I came here for a oil and filter change.I get on to 61 North and heard some noises I pulled over and check the oil .. gone ..I had this truck towed from just north of Troy Missouri to Waverly Iowa costing me about 2 thousand dollars.I checked there is no oil filter on it .

I have never been to this location. I went in for a Full Synthetic oil change and Tire Rotation. The Assistant Manager explained to me that they will be getting the lifts, but he wasn't exactly sure when. Understandably because of the issues with cargo ships, Covid etc. He was very knowledgeable, and both the technician and Asst Manager were thorough, quick, and friendly. I will definitely go back to this location.

This is the first time I used Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I have always been hesitant to use any instant or quick chain store. I don t believe quality or thoroughness can be done instantly or Quickly. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the way Ian the technician & Katrina the manager were professional. They seemed to really want me to have a favorable experience. Because of their effort, I will be a returning customer. Thanks Ian & Katrina.Services: Electrical, Oil change

I was very happy that I did not have to wait at all to be helped. No appointment necessary and sometimes that can backfire, but not today. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of course and the waiting room is comfortable with Captain's chair seating and a hot chocolate dispenser. I only wish oil changes were more affordable considering the frequency our vehicles need them.

I stopped by today on a whim to get my oil changed, and I m so glad I did! Ian, Joseph, & Gavin were great. They didn t make me feel any dumber than I already did about my obscene lack of knowledge regarding my car. In fact, they made it breezy, way less embarrassing, and got us out of there quickly! After using another company in town for my diesel oil changes and being upset, I decided to try Valvoline after a coworker recommended them. I was thoroughly impressed before the gentlemen even pulled my car into the bay. They were diligently cleaning the entire shop, they came out to help within 30 seconds of my arrival. They unfortunately did not carry the windshield wipers needed for my car (blame that on VW for being difficult) but they went above and beyond by replacing them after a quick trip over to auto zone to get some. Everyone that worked there was so polite and respectful. They were extremely quick and professional. I will definitely be back. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend. Also, I wanna say that I am SUPER happy I wasn't pressured into wearing a mask while there and highly support the freedom of employers allowing employees/customers to make their own choices.
