Called today and they said come on over- no need to wait five days for an appointment like other places and they helped me immediately when I arrived. Not only that, but they fixed my cracked windshield for free and said it was an easy job! I arrived thinking I might have to replace the entire windshield and was delighted by this turn of events! Very fast. Got an appt the next day. I arrived early and they started early. Finished the chip repair in about 20 minutes. Very friendly and would highly recommend

We had nothing but a great experience. The service was timely and efficient. While on vacation a molding came lose. We taped it down till we got home. Not only did they get us in on the same day I called. They also filled in a chip we got in our new windsheild at no cost. Great work, poor customer service. Older white / blondish / grayish worker/shop manager very rude. I Dropped off company truck and instead of giving options he started to patch window and got very rude when I advised him company said to replace the windshield he stated well that's a waste of my time. When letting the secretary know this, she said that's not the first complaint against him. I won't be taking my personal vehicles there.

Great customer service at a great value! All of my windshield glass work will be done here at Tri County Glass! Just great care and professionalism as a first class outfit. Had my windshield and rear window replaced on my Harley Davidson 03' Ford F-150. Very quick to get my glass ordered and installed. If you go up there tell em Jay Starr sent ya, you'll be glad you did!

I just had my windshield chips repaired. 20m in and out. Same day appointment. Earlier this month, a baseball shattered a back window of one of our cars. Same thing. Great service and quick turnaround. Not happy with the service I have recieved at this business. I had the factory windshield replaced on my 2009 Dodge Ram. The foam insulation along the dash was pulled up into the truck and the trim pieces along the windshield and door post were not put back into place properly. The gentleman who came out to look at the truck seemed reluctant to take my concerns seriously and did not fix the foam "it would be kind of a hassle because we would have to take the whole windshield out again"- " but if you can't live with it let us know tomorrow." The trim he fixed is still not lined up properly, I believe because the large piece of trim around my windshield wipers has been moved out of place and sliding the door piece down was not the answer. Customer service here is definitely lacking, I was brushed off and no real offer to fix the issues was given.

BUYER'S BE WARE!!!! My Husband took my 2013 Ford Explorer into Tri County Glass earlier this month to replace the windshield. They were so reasonable on their price or so we thought. When my husband went to pick up my car the Left side shield which covers the space between the windshield and the door frame had broke and they told my husband "well that happens sometimes" . They didn't offer to replace it or even offer to pay half on a new or used one. They didn't bother to advise us in the beginning that these sometimes "break easy". They told us to just go to a dealership and get one. These Shields cost $140.00!!This morning as I am driving into work the Driver side shield they put back on after replacing my windshield Fell off on the interstate!!! there goes another $140.00!!!Guess the phrase You get what you pay for rings true!! I will NEVER use them again or recommend them as they were recommended to me!

I had 1st gone to Tri County Glass for business but also to inquire about custom glass pieces as I often order from local people for my woodworking. Debbie was extremely sweet at the front desk and even met the owners. They are extremely down to earth and and will definitely be someone I use for my future glass needs!

They wete all nice and polite. Had to get a new windshield put they were quick and efficient. Plus the first 6 mos. They'll repair any chip you get .

I drove our 2013 Explorer to there shop for confirmation of a phone price for Front Windshield , they quoted to my Wife.Was talking to Bob a Owner/Manager.I gave him all information, he ordered the Window, I arrived on time and he proceeded to show me rock chips.At no time did he mention, the side guards on Explorer's almost always break or crack,Upon installation of Windshield.Until he brought our car out of the Garage after installation.He stated well it broke!!Good news Window has stayed in place so far.Bad news is $140 for this plastic trim, only available from Ford.I think it would have been better if he would have offered to buy or split cost of replacement of Piece.Nothing to that effect happened.Richard Godwin

Yes great place to have your windshield fixed if you have a crack in it size of a dime took them 20 minutes fast friendly... Bob is a very nice man and you even get a warranty!!!

They made it easy for me to get some replacement glass for a curio cabinet. I also went back to order some largee pieces of glass for a project. They cut it perfectly!!!
