Very professional and friendly sales team. Justin was a huge help. I decided not to purchase, however it was solely due to the truck not being the right fit. Everything else about my experience at Scott's was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car or truck

Justin, with Scott s Auto Sales, was a big help in selling my beloved vehicle on consignment. Highly recommend, whether you are too busy and don t want to deal with the hassle or simply concerned about your safety in selling your vehicle on your own. He did a great job in communicating and advertising for us, selling it quickly!

So, I found a gem of a car that I had been drooling over for a while now. The problem is that I live in Florida and the car was all the way in Missouri...1000 miles away...So I started inquiring about the Mustang through emails and text messages. The first person that I spoke with was Justin. Very professional and courteous. I had some doubts about the car because it was almost to good to be true. I was worried about it being located in a state that salts the roads to melt snow. I did not want to purchase a rusty mess. So, I asked Justin if he could please put it up on a lift and take pictures of the Mustang and a short video also. He did so. I was at ease at this point. This is a big financial decision to jump into. So, I decided at this point I wanted the vehicle. Then, one night Justin was off and I called Scott's Auto Sales and actually talked to the owner of the business, Scott himself. Same thing, professional and courteous! So, I flew out to Missouri and Scott himself picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle. Super cool to do so. Everyone that I talked to at Scott's had an excellent attitude. I would recommend anyone to make a purchase from Scott's! The Mustang was everything they claimed it to be!!! Please, if you are in the market for a really nice used vehicle, please give my new long distance friends a call and you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience purchasing a car here, very easy and straight forward. Justin was a great help and allowed me to take the car on a long test drive and even to have it checked out by my own mechanic. The car itself is great and I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Scott s Auto Service!

The only place I trust taking my SUV. They are really good guys that you can count on. Scott has always been good to my family. My son Tyson worked with at Scott's he was never happier at any other place like at Scott's. He told me himself there more like family there. So that is enough for us. After many months of trying to find a lower mileage, fuel efficient car for our college bound daughter, we stopped at Scott's Auto Sales. We found just the right car and Justin helped us secure financing. Now a Dad and Mom can have one less concern knowing that their child has very reliable transportation back and forth to college. One other note, Scott's Auto is a clean, comfortable building with respectful employees. Thank you, Justin!

We just "stopped by" on Saturday to look at a Denali that was on the lot....We first, of course, asked the price....And was pleasantly surprised!!!! After much in-depth conversation and HONEST answers, we bought the Denali!!! The SUV is wonderful and everyone at Scott's is fantastic to work with!!!! They've DEFINITELY got my future business and there isn't a single bit of hesitation when it comes to referring to Scott's!!!!!

Justin, the sales man, was terrific, no hard sell pressure, just down home honesty. He let me test drive the truck for as long as I needed, and didn t even ride along. When I had made my decision, he had the truck ready as promised and he worked within my price range. I couldn t be happier, thanks Justin and Scott too.

I looked at buying a truck from here. I got qualified on the truck and the next day when I came to finalize the deal I was told the truck was going to be $1000 more because they had to do a repair on it. After it was already on the lot ready to be sold. I walked away as the truck was already overpriced.

They sell lemons. Finally fixed the car after a year of trying to figure out the issues. They slapped bandaids on the car, and 2 days and maybe 100 miles later I tried to bring it back to which they stuck it to me with their bought as is agreement as well as wanted to charge me full price to even look at the car. Will never go to a small time car lot again, and I hope anyone that's ever been here has had a better experience.

Getting the truck was long in coming but they were great in finding a lender Also when a small part broke they were promote to get it fixed for me. How the handled everything was up to par. They are a stand up bunch and anyone can go there for a vehicle they want.

Sold me a car telling me that all car dealerships go off NADA value and not KellyBlueBook. So after buying the car for $1000 over KBB, because hey who wouldn't trust a car dealer (first mistake). Then sold me the extended warranty and part of his explanation was, between the two warranties one you have to pay a $100 copayment every time you need any shop to service your vehicle, and the other which was more expensive said all you would have to pay is the diagnostic fee, and I asked how much that normally is, and he quoted "oh normally $20". Which after being around cars for two years since this took place have learned that all shop diagnostic fees are around $130, so thank you for lying to me Scott. And funny how if he sells cars at "such great prices" and is "fair" and "doesn't play any games", yet the next day after talking to family and friends realizing he screwed me over asked about a buy back, and he explained that he made a fair deal and sold a fair car at a fair price. (Which when you just screwed over a young naive couple out of thousands of dollars, who would buy the car back? Right?)Last year between my wife and I, and two other family members, we bought three cars from Paul Cerame in St. Louis which is a large reputable dealership, and all three cars were sold at KBB price or lower, one was $1000 below KBB price. So moral of the story, don't let Scott's screw you over.

Very comfortable atmosphere! Scotts was the best experience of 4 in the last week that I have gone to and the process was straight forward and up front. These guys are the best, forget the rest!

Failed to disclose a fairly major accident on the add for the vehicle. It was obvious once I arrived that the body work was done poorly. Trim left loose in the cabin from the repair. Waste of time.

Nice place. They have always gotten me in fast for service. They quoted my nephew double the diagnostic fee they charged me though.
