Took my daughter's car (was my car) for an inspection. It didn't pass...huge list of things wrong and he priced me at 2300 for repairs!Funny I got a passing inspection somewhere else! This man wants money and nothing more! Byeeeeeee! I won't be back and I suggest everyone else take their vehicle somewhere else!

Ben is absolutely the worst. Didnt fix my car. Still charged me. Always in a hurry and does not care. He's rude. Always seemed annoyed when I asked a question, that wasnt even directed toward him.. I was talking to the other mechanic (who is super awesome btw) only good for getting safety inspections quickly. This is a warning.

I went in this morning for a safety inspection they failed my car they said my tire was showing cord I went and bought a new tire had it put on and the tire that was on there was not showing cord at all I got it all done called them he said be here by 4:30 or we can't do anything because we start closing procedures at 4:45 I get there at 4:31 and he tells me I'm past 4:30 so they can't do my reinspect all he had to do is look at my tire to see that it what's new Ben came up behind the other employee and proceeded to make faces at me mouth words at me flip me off cuss me out I highly recommend nobody go to that place they are horrible they treat you like your trash

Ben the head mechanic here is absolutely excellent. He's honest and upfront and will search to find you the best parts at the lowest price. One time we had a small issue with one of the vehicles we had recently serviced. Ben came out no questions asked to help us make sure that there were no other issues with the vehicle and that the vehicle was running properly. We have used this place many times and always been a hundred percent satisfied not only with the work but the prices.

Mechanic was good just not a very friendly place didn't want to give information about issues with vehicle unless I booked with them to fix issues with car didn't offer a diagnostic, while I was waiting he looked up codes and then was told about the fix but not a diagnosticService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My husband took it there yesterday morning to get an inspection his boss just replaced three out of four of the ball joints and the old ball joints were sitting in the backseat of the car and the guy tries to tell him that the ball joints are bad when in plane sign there was brand new ball joints on the vehicle in the old ones were sitting in the back. He is trying to get money out of people do not do business with him. After the fact he screams at me on the phone and does not let any of his customers talk he screams over them.

We just couldn't be much happier with the service we got at Quality Auto. We were on our way from North Dakota to Tennessee for Christmas on a Saturday when the battery light on our van came on. It was a pretty stressful situation for a family of five. We were referred to Quality Auto by the AutoZone attendant in town. The mechanic carefully looked into the problem to make sure that the alternator was the issue before replacing it. He gave the van a good, thorough check to make sure it was good to go before sending us back out on the road. And he provided me with a list of things to get checked out on the van when we got back home to North Dakota. The cost for the service was very, very fair (more than fair, in fact). They even called to check and make sure that we'd made it to Tennessee safely. We are very, very grateful for the help they provided to us. It was above and beyond the call of duty. I took my SUV to Quality Auto by another mechanic's suggestion. My SUV had been running rough for years and multiple shops, even the dealer would hook up the code reader, it wouldn't show any codes, so they dismissed it. Ben ignored the lack of codes and dug into it. Thankfully he did because there was a gas leak! There were multiple things wrong and the year of the SUV made it not worth fixing to most people, but I love my SUV and wanted a new motor put in, and Ben and Shannon did just that. I have had amazing service with this shop and will NEVER go anywhere else. Please ignore the ignorant review about not answering the phone. They are a small shop with one line and they always get back with you in a timely fashion.

HONEST, QUALITY work and fair prices . Ben is a top notch guy! Tells it to you straight. This needs attention now, that can wait a bit type experience and I appreciate it. Highly recommend!

This guy will get you for your money I replaced my ball joints wheel bearings and took it up there to get inspected he told me all my ball joints were bad I have the old ones in the box in the back seat of the truck and yet still tries to tell me they are bad he is a liar no good man
