Plaza Tire in Troy is an outstanding tire shop! They mounted and balanced my tires in under an hour and they look amazing! Pricing is very reasonable as well! Great place to go if you have any tire problems! They will take care of you!

We had a flat tire we brought in. Nerves because we are about 7 hours from home if they would be able to fix it. Very kind, friendly and fast. We went to have lunch and back on the road in about 45 min. They also looked very busy. Thank you for your hard work and getting us back on the road asap.

I've used Plaza Tires for years, and have always been impressed with their customer service and workmanship. Today I just popped in to have a tire repaired, but they worked me in quickly and I was back safely on the road. Highly recommend!

Before my son returned to college, I wanted to get his brakes inspected to see if work was needed. First I called the dealership and they wanted $100 to diagnosis it first. I then went online and found Plaza Tire had a coupon on the website for Free Brake Inspection. So I quickly cancelled my appointment with the dealership. Plaza Tire worked us in the same day. I was fully expecting a quote to service the brakes. I was pleasantly surprised they reported the brakes passed inspection and have half life left in them. They could have easily pressed for a sale before it was necessary but instead they were honest!! This builds good faith and trust and we will be a returning customer when anything is needed. Also upon arrival to pick up our car it truly was a Free Inspection with no total due. Thank you Plaza Tire of Troy!

This was the second time I personally used Plaza tire. The first time was a great experience but unfortunately the second time was a disaster. I scheduled an 8am appointment on a Saturday. I dropped my car off and they said they would call when the car was finished. We didn t receive a call all day. After having to contact a different store to get a hold of the manager, I was able to get my car at 5pm.

Took me in on a Friday afternoon.. check out my low tire light... check the low tire.. got it aired up and back on the road!! Friendly fast service very knowledgeable.. where ya need to go for a Great tire experience!!

Great service, good price. Had a flat tire that morning i put on a spare and heading to get a new tire. Ended up getting all 4 tires changed. They were really busy with concrete being poured going in the shop and their normal services but managed to get the job done quickly while me and 3 kiddos waited.

Sterling, Tasha and team do an amazing job! Anytime I have gone here they have always gone above and beyond to help me. You truly will not find better. Service is quick and you would be hard pressed to find better customer service at any other tire shop. Thanks Plaza!

I needed a tire patched with a slow leak. The staff was great to work with. I dropped off my tire and when I came back they loaded it in my truck and was ready to go. Service was fantastic.

Was pleasantly surprised when I needed new tires for my Encore and they were able to put them on the next day! Fully expected to hear the earliest we can do that is next week. Very friendly and professional service. Thanks!

I called to schedule a front end alignment, was told I could drop it off and they would work it in. I dropped it off about 1 o clock Thursday afternoon and I got a call by 9 o clock Friday morning letting me know that my front end alignment was done. They do a good job of accommodating the customer as best they can. Friendly and courteous at the front desk.

I was on a 7 hour road trip to visit family when I felt a pretty severe vibration while driving. I was by myself and not really sure what to do. The guys at Plaza Tire did a thorough inspection and got me back on the road in no time. They were awesome!

They got me in for an oil change and tire rotation, help me choose tires for another vehicle and they were extremely professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. Sterling is the best and his staff follows his lead!

Failed to successfully patch a tire that i could hear leaking. Went back 3 times to remedy this and was told the wait would be 2 plus hours each time.When is a (re)repair NOT free? When it takes 2 plus hours of your day.Ownership might want to think about that.

Above and beyond service! You can tell that the owner loves what he does and loves serving people. They helped me in an inconvenient situation and went out of their way to help me in my time of need. Forever thankful and much respect to Plaza Tire!

We have never had a bad experience with Plaza Tire. Sterling always goes out of his way for us when we need their service. The staff are nice and friendly. I would recommend.

After making an appt at Walmart in Troy waiting over an hour for them to tell me they couldn t put my tires on I went into Plaza Tire extremely upset, They ordered tires for me on the spot, told me when they d be in, called when they came in and as soon as I arrived they immediately got me in and I was out of there in less than an hour! Superior service all the way around. Everyone was so nice and very professional unlike my experience prior. A million percent would recommend this Plaza Tire location!

I didn't know I needed an appointment. The Troy, MO Plaza Tire location graciously serviced my car anyway. They were quick and efficient. Didn't over sell. Everyone kind and friendly.

I can honestly say that Plaza went above and beyond for me when i brought my car in. Ashley was a gem. All of them were so nice. Not fake like some places that try to sell you more just for the money. I don't need to go into details, but i iwill definitely be coming back.

The service at Plaza Tire in Troy, Missouri was amazing! I was driving in from Houston and had a flat along the way, and when I got to Plaza Tire they got me in and on my way quickly and with a smile. I don t wish tire issues on anyone, but if you ever have them I highly recommend Plaza Tire!

They were super nice, helped me get my spare on when someone stole my Jack and my tire was so bad it just had to be replaced, got me a new tire ordered and was so fast to put it on. I appreciate all the help and how friendly they are.

I've had several great experiences. They showed me the best deals and saved me a lot of money and today I came in with a slow leak on on rear tire. They had me in and out really fast. I won't go anywhere else for my tire needs. I give them a BIG thumbs up..
