Great place to turn your garbage into cash. Attendant was kind and quick quick. I appreciated their friendly demeanors and all the Prices were good. The copper, and scrap metal was fair as well. Will be recommending.

Don't go here if you have anything else planned for your day. There's been at least a 30 minute wait past few times I've went. The guys stand around smoking and joking when they should be getting trailers unloaded. I tried to go around their road block because I got tired of seeing them just stand there and talk. Then he told me I had to get back in line. No I don't, I left with my scrap. You don't own me, you will not tell me what I have to do.

Great people, they are really nice. They make sure you get the correct part(s) you need. They gave me a good deal on my item. I appreciate them very much and I would definitely recommend them!

Highway robbery. Spent $40 for $23.00......figured a few hundred pounds of cast iron would at least be worth my time. Nope.From now on I'm just going to throw away all metals and I advise you do the same.

Right off the scale I was waiting in a line for over a half hour before getting my scrap unloaded. Everybody seemed to be in their own little world. Then waited another 20 minutes at the desk to get paid. Spending over an hour at this place should never happen..

Good, fast service but the lady at the scale- not so friendly & the prices weren't great, docked for almost anything, everything. Geez, not a good place to get cash for your old things but quick to unload your trash & clean-up so 4 stars.

Perlow Salvage I would recommend to everyone in the area! The Lady behind the desk is a Sweetheart, also is very prompt and professional, even during what should have been her dinner break hour. Prices are in comparison with others around the area!

Well I'll tell you what folks I went there with much copper they told me one price on the phone and charge me a different price when I got there and I don't believe the scales are right I kept putting my stuff on the end the scale and the guy kept walking on the scale you're not supposed to be walking on the scale you're supposed to put the product in the middle of the scale

Don't expect a call if your looking for a part and they can't tell you off the bat. Just assume they don't have cause you call back hrs later they tell you. The puller that verifies parts is with other customers. 3 days later still no call luckily I found closer to home would had wasted time and gas getting a answer

It's a scrap yard, what do you expect. The procedure was simple, drive across the scale, then unload and drive across the scale again and park. Go in and get your money. Employees were friendly and helpful. Paid a fair price on all my scrap.

Called this company 3 times for a price quote over the span of 3 days, was told I would receive a call back and never did. The 3rd time I called the lady requested my phone number for a call back so I told her I've already done that twice and am still waiting for a return call. She hung up on me. Lost my business for sure! Hire a new receptionist!

Thank you to Tracie, what a sweet, honest, lady. Ive been scraping at Perlows for years whether its $ 35 or $200 a ton they always are right there to assist, especially Gary , and not to forget Stephanie. This past week after unloading and collecting for my load I drove off leaving my wallet full of cash and my phone, thinking I'm blanked ! Wrong !! Tracie, not only are you beautiful, your honest. They're always very courteous while you're there with him and if you got something you have to unload my hand the guys jump right in and help you out if they can't lift it up there with the crane. The good people.

The good news is the yard guys are helpful, Gary makes my day his expressions are generally on point and he's always around to help unload, thankful. I caution those who go here to pre weigh your metals and know the current prices, Ive been shorted in weight several times. It's unprofessional, and so is the handling of my complaint. Perlows is an experience, they take little credit for negativity on their behalf. My front drive shaft/axle for my four wheel drive was thrown by accident, realising this the morning after my visit I was told sorry for that. Sorry, a main component to my four-wheel-drive was thrown when specifically I had said No Auto parts should be thrown just the steel beams. Sally showed little care let alone concern for the couple hundred dollar part the young man had tossed. Where was Gary when needed? So three stars I give Perlows, only one should be reality. Be thankful Perlows, Gary saved you from a complete failed review. Oh and if your feeling unfair in my writing, it's whoops on you I have to say. Discrediting my part as no big deal by smug Sally would be my reason.

What can I say, it's a salvage yard. Dirty and dusty, but friendly folks working there for the hot temperatures in July and inside the office behind a huge desk is just a sweet doll working there. Very easy on the eyes.

Made 2 trips within a hour and a half and are truck trailer weight was 2000 lb. Difference and they would not make it right stating we may have put diesel in ect and didnt do anything different! They got there last free 100.00 from us will never go back even after the lady stated they have had trouble with scale! 2000lbs???

Current time is 4:48 pm CT and I pulled in at 4:45 and was denied service immediately with no thought of being helped. I walked back to my vehicle and as I was getting in, another vehicle pulls in, stops on the scale and the lady ok'd his business without a second thought. I wanted nothing, but to check for a radiator fan for my Toyota Corolla which would have taken 15 minutes or less.Google says they close at 5, but in all actuality they close at 4:30. Why was I too late and the other vehicle wasn't?I've not been to the yard much, but I have never had any issue until now.

I was a little nervous about taking some junk to a scrapyard. The lady at the desk was very friendly and told me exactly how to proceed. The yard staff are friendly and unloaded my scrap in no time. They pay the same (or more) going rate as the other scrap yards.

I was a little confused when I got there on how to do everything and i didnt immediately see anyone to instruct me on where to go, but once I got it all figured out it went much better. All the people were helpful and I was able to get rid of a lot of scrap metal and make a little cash. I would definitely go back and reccomend it to a friend.

Don t bother calling, the lady who answers the phone is completely useless. She will take your number down but won t call back. If you need something, you gotta show up. I d find another place to go if you can.
