Don t bother asking for a time frame for your vehicle because they don t know. If you drop off you will be the last priority even if you have an appointment. Drop off and show up before your vehicle is ready? Make sure you tell the entire service department because only telling one isn t going to get you anything but the waiting room. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change but my car was ready even though they didn t bother to callPoor management and it s glaring

Said they fixed our car and got it back after a week or longer. I've never got a call from them to update us on what was going on. Now it's going back because they didn't fix it right for the 5th time. Once this work is done, I will be going elsewhere
