We cannot praise the employees at Greg s Auto enough. We were traveling through on vacation, and we re having some car issues. They took great care of us, and helped us to get back on the road quickly. We could tell they truly cared for their customers, and were genuinely interested in helping us as we were in a tough situation. Amazing customer service!

Super friendly, good prices, and the only honest mechanic shop I've ever been to. After a certain amount of years you start to memorize the pattern and schemes shops pull. Greg's are always the shop I choose, but the last I check with because all the other shops seem to have the same scam in mind when Greg's just want to fix your ride and get you back on the road.

These guys are TOP notch!!! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else to be worked on. They know their stuff and fix it right the 1st time. I've been with them for about 8+ years and I've NEVER had a problem with any of their mechanics or their work.You want honest and Trustworthy people working on your vehicles? I called all over Troy the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and Greg's was the only shop that was able to fit me in for 2 vehicle state saftey inspections. They got us in quick and completed the inspections. I noticed they even removed the residue from my old window sticker when putting on the new one. Highly recommend this family owned business! Super friendly staff.

I cannot say enough about this place my elderly father drop his truck off here and he has been told prior that it was going to be a five to $700 repair, a gentleman named Sean told him that it was just a fuse fixed it for him and sent him on his way. They didn't perform any work on my vehicle. They had it for 5 days and didn't to anything. It was a show car and they left it outside inspite of telling me they wouldn't when I took it in. I told them I would come and get it if they had to wait fir a part.I finally went and got it.
