19k in damages and took 7m to get back. Rust is showing not even a yr later which tells me they did not replace. Can't get a final invoice of what was actually done . And will not stand true to the loop lifetime warentty on there work.

The people here are great. I hit a deer in October and even with all the parts shortages etc. they were able to get my Grand Cherokee like new in 40 days. They were always in constant communication and did well to provide a great service. I have no complaints whatsoever. Dropped off my truck to have it appraised they took the pictures of it got everything they needed now here it is 4 weeks later with no quote to be given. I have called 5 times and everytime they push a week further just for a quote. Will not call you back when they promise too on a certain day and ghost you. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Ps... it's only a broken grill and a dented bumper.Service: Body & Trim

They really did take good care of me! From the beginning to the end. They made it super stress free... Which is nice since I was already working with insurance.. which tends to be pretty stressful. I worked with Brian the most... And the ladies in the office! Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend F&S collision repair.

My car was finished ahead of time, immaculate, and the job was superb. They continually updated me with personal phone calls about the progress, which was quick and the job is beautiful. Such a friendly staff and inviting, clean waiting area, too. I highly recommend this shop. My insurance company recommended them and they back my car with a lifetime warranty. I'll continue to recommend them.

My husband was rear ended and needed a new bumper. The guys at F&S were extremely professional and kept in constant contact. When my husband picked up his truck it looked brand new. Detailed in and out! What an amazing business! Hoping I don't need service again but if I do I'll bring my business to these guys!

Even with everything going on with Covid 19 and the new protocols F & S was able to give me back a perfect look truck! They handled everything from start to finish including my rental car from Enterprise Leasing. The body work was done to perfection and the girls in the office had to put up with Covid, an office remodel, computer problems and inpatient customers calling every day (like me) but still managed to get my truck scheduled and done on time. I had the unfortunate experience of somebody rear ending my SUV, loads of damage. F&S really went above and beyond. I couldn't tell anyone had ever damaged my car at all. I found them through word of mouth and I could not possibly be more pleased. Awesome work and awesome customer service. Highly recommend! If I could give them 10+ stars I would.

Was in a bad rear-end collision on September 24th, it's currently December 6th and they STILL have not even touched my vehicle to repair it. Now they're saying it won't be done until January. This is outrageous! We have a disabled daughter and depend on this vehicle to transport her. Absolutely horrible service. We have used F&S Collision Repair several times. They have always done outstanding work on our cars and truck. The vehicle is finished on time and they always go the extra mile to clean up the car.The estimates are accurate and reasonable.I would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly and accommodating employees during drop off for an estimate. Waiting on the estimate and can update review afterwards.EDIT AFTER ESTIMATE RECEIVED: The estimate was free, very thorough & completed as requested! However, it took quite a bit longer than the 2 hours I was originally told to expect. I dropped my car off for my 12 PM appointment, and left at 12:30 PM after completing my paperwork and waiting for my ride to arrive. The employee was super accommodating waiting for my ride to arrive so my young daughter and I could stay in my cars AC until our ride arrived. I was told I'd get a call when it was completed in about 2 hours, but hadn't heard back by 4:30 PM, so I called. This was already more than double the time I expected. When I called, I was advised that the estimate took longer than expected due to my drop off being during lunch. That would have been totally fine if the expectation of 4+ hours had been set during drop off, rather than expecting about 2 hours and planning my schedule around that expectation. I had to rearrange my plans, change plans with my ride back to my car, and also was late for another scheduled appointment to accommodate the timing difference. I wouldn't have minded 4 + hours for an estimate had I been told upfront and/or received a call between 2:30 PM - 4-30 PM to update me that it was going to be a lot longer so I could have updated my plans accordingly. Some additional communication would have made a world of difference in this aspect!However, the employees were very easy to work with and super nice the whole time. It was very comprehensive estimate that included photos and details. They sent me PDFs of the photos and a itemized breakout of costs for the estimate via email. And they provided a ton of detail that will be helpful for the insurance claim. I received a very thorough estimate quickly after completion. They also worked with me to get my car keys back to me the same day due to it being completed so late, and ready after regular closing time at 5.Overall, I'm very happy with the estimate, and would just suggest some more accurate and/or additional communication on timing with the customer. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience and a very helpful estimate!

This place fixed my daughters car after an accident. They also broke the hood latch inside the car to open the hood and are unwilling to fix this or even admit that they did this. They are saying it was broke when the car got to their shop but neglected to document it to the insurance company or myself.As a business they need to own up to their mistake and fix it. Someone at their shop broke this and is lying about it to keep themselves out of any trouble.I don't like dishonest people and I definitely do not recommend taking your vehicle here unless you take pictures before they get their hands on it!Service: Body & Trim

My car came out looking better than it did before the crash, outside and in (they had the interior detailed)! They did a beautiful job and put up with all my pestering phone calls. They did a horrible job on my total car repairs. Customer service was extremely bad. I do not know how they stay in business with the service they provided. Please be advise, I believe most of their reviews are fake. This one comes from a real customer.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

These folks were incredibly honest. My car was damaged beyond reasonable repair and they said so after getting it up on the rack. They didn't charge me anything for their efforts. When I have another situation, I will definitely use them as well as recommend to my friends.

F&S Collision is on our insurance company's "Auto Repair Service Network" list and deservedly so. Staff are professional, repairs were completed on time, and repaired area looks as good as new. Hopefully we don't need auto repair ever again (knock on wood) but if we do, we would definitely go to F&S.

I had a vehicle repaired by F & S after hitting a deer in 2010. There was major damage and they did a fantastic job. I recently had more damage to my vehicle and returned to F & S with a new insurance company. Progressive was difficult to deal with, but F & S persisted and went above and beyond what they should have done, more than making up for the lack of support from Progressive. I will always take my vehicles back to F & S (hopefully with a new insurance company), and I recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed!

Took my car in to get it repaired from a deer that ran into my mustang. They got me right in, replaced all the parts needed and detailed my interior as well. Great service by all. Highly recommend them to everyone that wants good service that they deserve.
