Jan and the crew recently completed upgrades on my 2023 Heritage. I experienced excellent customer service and workmanship. Highly recommend!!Returned Dec, 7, 2023 for installation of an 18 inch 60 spoke semi-Texas style- front rim and tire, for my 2023 Heritage. I am extremely picky about work on any of my bikes and it is rare that I give top billing to anyone-- I received outstanding customer service. The workmanship was 5/5 stars The customer service and explanation of the invoice was 5/5 star. I am very impressed with Jan and the crew at Chariots of Fire they are TOP SHELF!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

When I moved to Missouri from Illinois, I was looking for a shop that had a great mechanic, awesome atmosphere, trustworthly, and all-around solid shop... After the first visit, 2 yrs ago; I knew I had found what I had been looking for. Sparky is an awesome guy to talk with and knows his way around a bike... Jan is a solid guy and is always willing to talk and explain the details. I have had Roxy in for routine service and modifications. This last trip in the shop cost me a bit but well worth it. My spoke rims left us on the side of the road with a rear flat... (The previous owner used too much high pressure water on Roxy; rusted the inside of the rim). Anyway, thank you to the Chariots of Fire team for taking care of us and getting Roxy back on the road with her new Wheels!!!

My husband and myself both got upgrades on our Harley Davidson motorcycles that way surpassed our expectations. Not only was Jan and his team, professional, courteous, and cost efficient for us, but he promised everything that he told us and more. We would definitely bring our bikes back from Arkansas over and over again and we recommend anyone reading this that they do the same

Bent a wheel hitting a pothole, and the dealer was backordered on a new one four months. Chariots picked up my bike from the dealer the next morning and had me back on the road the day after, a day earlier than expected. Ended up with a much better wheel than what I was going to get for about the same price. I was able to salvage my weekend plans for a trip out of state. Extremely happy with the service and support I have received from this shop. Highly recommend!

They built this awesome new building. It is amazing, all I could say wow! And I had not set foot inside jet. My honey had some work done on his bike we toke it in Tuesday morning, he asked when will it be ready he was told Wednesday. So my honey thought next week right? NO next day!!!! They called 8:30am bike ready!!!!! We where both flooded not used to anyone now days getting work done in a reasonable time. But that was awesome. Price was right to. I of course have to see what they have for the lady rider! Oh yeah that's what's up. I'm just going to send pic. I will make it my religion to stop in regularly lol

This is a great bike shop! Jan and his staff are very Knowledgable, Courtious, Honest and Fair.The decorating is awsome, very ingenious use of materials.In addition, numerous motorcycle friendly events throughout the year (mostly benefiting charities).If you are in Lincoln County, Missouri it's worth stopping by!

This is a top notch, well run motorcycle shop! I was completely floored by the customer first attitude among all who work at Chariots of Fire Customs! Jan and his team are second to none in their field. Thanks to them, delay in my brother s and my road trip, due to an urgent maintenance need, was minimal. Jan even dropped me off and picked me up at our camp site to prevent me from being stranded. Wow! I recommend this company to any and all motorcyclists who demand known, reliable and repeatable service!

Chariots of Fire rescued us from the roadside, towed our motorcycle, and completed the repairs in less than a day. Friendly and courteous, and they made sure that we were comfortable while away from home. This is what service used to be. A great experience!Service: TiresService: Tires

Great place to get your bike worked on. Stage 1 kit last year and the bike continues to perform well. New tires this year. Jan is always willing to answer any questions I have had plus offering his opinion on the options for upgrades I may want to do in the future and I totally trust him. I have never taken my bike anywhere else to have work done on it. My many thanks to the team there.Service: Tires

I pass three other bike shops to get to Chariots of Fire and I would pass 5 more if I needed to! They do fantastic work ridiculously quick and they don't charge enough! Very knowledgeable staff. I wanted different handle bars or so I thought. Jan recommended a set of risers that would allow the use of the stock cables and bring the bars closer to me. When I went to pick up the bike, the bars were a perfect fit. Thanks for your guidance and great service. I will be back for future service.

Friendliest staff. Nicely laid out with large waiting area. Large outside space for large groups. They have answers and solutions for HD bikes. They recommended a 35K service on my bike, extremely glad they did it. Clutch, shifting, acceleration, and braking were improved and now it rides better now. Too early for my state inspection this go around, the last time i dit it though, it was an easy same day task. Overall, I am very pleased of this store, its service, employees, and their displayed merchandise. They can also get you whatever you need with their service department.

This is an awesome shop with great owners and employees! They took great care of my custom built 2001 softail and had it ready to go for our wedding! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that loves their bike and wants it taken great car of while haven it worked on. We love all the custom work they did for us.

We visited during a bike night event. Great turn out, live music, plenty of parking, great crowd and lots of bikes! After many recommendations to come here for both regular maintenance and upgrades we were impressed with the shop itself and the staff. Will be back soon for some work to be done and hope to attend another bike night!

New LED brake lights, saddlebag guards and upgraded my speedometer. The team made sure it was done right, even sent speedo back to factory to make sure I had a quality product. Absolutely love these guys. Thanks., Bob

Just stopped in to check out the place. I live close. And was passing by. Since I was there I needed a new pair of gauntlet gloves for my upcoming trip. The had them in my size, 5xl and they seemed reasonably priced. That's a win! Be sure to check them out. It looked like they were mainly v twin bikes.

Great place and very knowledgeable. They try their hardest to get u taken care of in a fast time. I always live going there and browsing around. End up buying stuff I don't need because I like it lol they have a lady who sees patches on and they have bike nights etc to bring the bike community together. Plus u got the eye candy bikes just begging u to buy them

Chariots of Fire helped me sell my Harley. Jan helped get the bike ready and marketed it professionally. I highly recommend doing business with him. By the way, we did all this on a handshake or a gentlemen s agreement.

I purchased a used 2016 Road Glide that had an aftermarket tuner installed. The tuner went bad and took out the ECM, the bike wouldn't start. I contacted the tuners technical support for help and was given a few ideas to try. After none these resolved the issue I tried technical support again and was told their tuner couldn't have damaged my ECM. I trailered the bike to Chariots of Fire where Jan and Sparky took over. They both confirmed that both the tuner and ECM were damaged. Both contacted the manufacturer of the tuner with the findings and codes and it was only then the manufacturer agreed to have the tuner and ECM sent to them for their in-house diagnosis. A few days later the manufacturer repaired and air shipped the tuner and ECM back free of charge. Sparky installed and tested the bike. It runs better than ever. If it wasn't for Jan and Sparky's insistence on the manufacturer I would have been stuck with the cost of a new ECM and tuner. Give this shop a try, you won't be disappointed.Service: Engine repair
