Our tire fell off our vehicle and we called Tim to come pick up our vehicle. It didn't take him very long to pick it up and he wasn't for sure if he was gonna be able to get it fixed that day. We'll about an hour he called and told us what was wrong with it and we told him he can go ahead amd fix it well about 3hours later he called again and said he had our vehicle done for us. Tim was amazing and very reasonable and we will be going back to him again for any towing or fixing our vehicle for sure..

Mero came to our rescue in below freezing temperatures after 9 pm when our car was stranded on a hilly icy backroad. Their expertise and care for the vehicle and getting us home safely was their only concern. And they delivered with flying colors and our deepest gratitude.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I live an hour south of chicago, and my car got totalled while visiting some friends. My car was towed ,serviced, and the owners helped with the insurance claim! Very professional, high integrity, and honestly went above and beyond. Definitely 5 stars
