Very rude the entire time. All I needed was an oil change, my warranty is supposed to cover. He said, go take a seat then because it ll be 3 hours to get ahold of them. It took 1 minute. And proceeded to be extremely rude to me. If you re a girl, do not go in by yourself because they will rip you off and treat you like you re stupid.

They get you in at a reasonable time (that day or next) and quick on their work. Fair prices in general. Not only is it great for tire work but also great for when you need to take your car for inspection. They have NEVER lied on inspection and they make it as stress free as possible.

Not at all happy. Went for a front end alignment, it wasn't bad, but planning on a long drive. After the alignment it PULLS to the right so bad. I have to take more time off work and drive back 30 miles fir them to redo it. And you can look at the steering wheel and see that its not aligned. So p.o'd. Wouldn't add a star, but you have to

I usually do my own mechanic work, but if I run something in for inspection and they find a ball joint or tire rod or something loose, I'll sometimes just have them go ahead and change it. Never really had an issue with their mechanic work, but I have never been happy with the alignments they do. Had them do a mustang for me, and they said they had to change out the camber bolts (to adjustable ones) to set the alignment, which added like 50-60 bucks to the cost. I thought that it was kind of weird, considering the car had aftermarket caster camber plates on it... After I picked up the car, it tracked the grove of the road really bad. I took it to one of the local dealerships and had it realigned. They said there's no way it needed the camber bolts, and after getting it realigned it tracked just fine... That's really the only bad thing I can say about them. Otherwise, they have done right by me. Maybe not the cheapest, but never had any other issues with them (besides their alignments.) That's been a few years, so maybe they got a better machine or techs now?

I took a truck with 12 inch lift and at 70 mph had a terrible wobble and I left with a 12 inch lift and kids don't do this at home but at 85 was like driving a Cadillac.

Everytime I call for a price or set up a appointment , these people are rude and short with me.. they over quoted me on balancing my tires at $100 . My bf called the next day and they quoted him much much lower. My advice get a man to call to be treated fairly!

Wanna talk about feeling like family! They are always super accommodating, willing to work you in, and have the most competitive pricing in town. The works fantastic, the people are even better. Always going above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend.

Blew a tire just before they closed, they replaced two tires in 15 minutes. Only thing I d change is the amount of options I could ve chosen from, but zero complaints from the service and crew.

We have gone here twice. First time was when our tire blew on the side of the road. They told us 2 to 3 hours to change our tire. When it got to 2.5 hours I called to see when it would be ready and their response was "Oh it's ready and sitting here." Last time was last week. We took it in on Saturday even though they told us they would not do the diagnosis on a Saturday. We asked when it would be ready and he said he would have to diagnosis it. It was diagnosed on Monday and we were given a price, but yet again they could not give us a day it would be ready. They told us we needed 2 new tires (which we do) but they wanted us to pay $250 when the first time we paid just over $100 for one tire. $50 more for...? We rejected the tires. Tuesday I waited all day with no call. I ended up calling at 5p to see. They did not get it done and ordered an additional part. There was no communication until the call I had to make. They did not ask for our approval to add the part. They did not call to tell us it would take more time. I asked when the part would be in and how long it would take. They said hopefully Wednesday, but probably Thursday. We did get it back Thursday. When I spoke to the manager about this issues we had, his response "Well we've been busy" and "We try but some things slip" Nothing about the $90 part that was added and nothing about the lack of communication. They were never rude to us which was the only redeeming quality about the entire thing. I will never take my car here again. Ever.

Super fast and very friendly! We had a blowout on our boat trailer and they got us right in, serviced and back on the road in less than an hour!

One of the worst service ever I got I gave my car twice and they didn't do my work done. I skipped my last appointment they were like I won't give you another appointment and telling me drop my car if he is free he will work on it ! This is how they treat their customers.

Had an appointment at 1:30 for emissions. I was punctual as were they. Always satisfied with them. They also shared how to online renew my plates. That also went very well.

Great service! Had a front end alignment on wifes car. Appointment time was met, done in reasonable amount of time, and price was reasonable as well. Great experience overall.

We had a flat on 44. While waiting for roadside assistance we called to see about getting the tire fixed or replaced. Randy said sure we'll fit you in as we are a bit busy. They did better than fit in: they had us on our way with a new tire in less than 30 minutes.Thank you Meramec Tire Center!

Another shop charged me 79.95 for an alignment which was much worse after the work was done, had to take it back and they spent more time w/out being able to resolve. Took to Meramec tire and they had it completely fixed in a short period of time and only charged me 59.95. I worked w/Tom, he was polite, friendly and did great work. I will be taking my vehicles back to Meramec!

My wife and daughter were on a trip to St Louis when the car abruptly died on I-44 at Sullivan. The vehicle was towed to the Meramec Tire Center for service. We had to leave the vehicle there for a week, only because we live 4 hrs away. During this time, we were in contact several times as they checked on the issues with the vehicle. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problems, the office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fees for the work done were very reasonable considering what all they did to get us going again.

Been coming to have my van serviced here and they are wonderful. I drive 45 minutes, because I trust only them to work on my vehicle

We had some repairs done here on 1-20-20 when traveling through our service engine light came on and was "flashing and dinging." After working on our vehicle all day and replacing a coil over plug and a fuel injector on cylinder #1, the service engine light was unable to be cleared. We were told the problem was in the engine, and since the engine was still under warranty they recommended we take it to a dealer. We were somewhat assured that the vehicle would be OK to drive if we "took it easy" so we headed out that day and ended up in Tulsa OK. The next morning when we started the vehicle fuel was pouring out of the engine. We had to have more repairs. The mechanic in Tulsa said if you had removed the upper intake manifold to assure proper seating of the fuel injector under the fuel rod, our problems would have been solved. However, driving the vehicle with this improperly seated and the cold storm caused the O-ring to crack and break, which created our fuel leak. I post this so you will know what happened and pray it become a teaching moment for your mechanic. I can say that people at the desk were very pleasant.

Great service! 5 stars goes to Meramac Tire Center. A tire on our car kaddy blew out that was being towed by our RV and I called and we went to pick up a tire from them and Todd and his crew were "on it"! It took less than 10 minutes for them to have it ready and we were back on the road headed towards our rig. Many thanks! Don't hesitate to go to this business. Very professional people!

This is the only place I take my vehicles. Friendly customer service, great mechanics, and all at a price that beats the dealerships. I've been extremely satisfied with their work for over 20 years that I've been coming here!

I dropped in for an emissions tests & was told they would work me in. Sat down with a great magazine & 8 pages in they were finished. Wow! Very efficient & personnel were so nice.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER. VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNWELCOMING. they will see you and not approach and offer you their service like any ordinary car service place. NOT POC FRIENDLY

Very friendly people. However, had an issue with my car making noises when I turned and I took my car to get looked at by them. They drove it and initially didn t know what noise I was talking about (which was shocking bc the noise was so loud) went for a drive with one of the guys and showed him the noise. He then said he thought it was the axel. They took it back and looked at the car on the lift. They said they couldn t see anything wrong with it and that I needed to take it to its dealer and have them look at the transmission. They charged me for putting it on the lift and then that was it. (I never did take it to a dealer bc it was an hr drive for me) I took my car in again to get a tire replaced and tires rotated. They did the job, all seemed fine. Fast-forward a few months, I take my car to another local mechanic to address the issue of the noise. They drove my car and immediately knew what was wrong after taking a look. (Didn t charge me a lift fee) Made an appointment and had it fixed within a few hrs. I went to pick up my car and they asked who was the last to change my tires. I told them and they said well, they tighten the Lugnuts and such so tight that they had to break them off to get my tire off and then replace them. Which I of course had to pay for when the tire got put back on. So now I m worried what will happen when I have to change my other tires. It was 16$ all together to replace the appropriate bolts for the one tire.

Had them install 2 new tires mount balance and alignment. I got the car back the alignment was way off. And the car shook at highway speeds. took it back 3 times they couldn't get it right and said it was fine. It shook so bad your teeth rattled. I took my car to a performance shop in the city and he fix their alignment mistakes and the balanced the tires correctly one tires was .5 oz out one was 1.25oz out.My car now drives great. My fiance calls to get the money back they agree to put half back said it would be on our card in a few days . It never showed up then she called again to figure out why and they back tracked and said they weren't refunding it and a bunch of BS. Long story short don't ever do business with this terrible crooked shop. They'll screw you over with a smile.

We had a flat on our rv , they got us fixed and back on the road. But dude at the counter was kinda rude and I think he price gouged us 40 bucks or so . But I guess that's the price you pay when maggots see your out of other options

Excellent place. I had 4 new tires that I bought online. They got me right in, had all the tires mounted and balanced and inspection done in less than an hour. Great price too
