They tried to get me sign off on a $4000 estimate before they even looked at the truck. Don't recommend.Stage 3 Jake wasn't engaging so they were gonna do a $1150 overhead valve adj. regardless of actual jake diagnosis. $290 to diag a oil leak. funny because I told them to ignore the oil leak because I already knew about it. oh, $290 just to tell me we would need to take the whole front cover off huh. $150 to install a bolt. I asked if they could recondition the battery plates because the trucks been sitting. said they'd look at it. $190 to "test the batteries". I could buy 2 brand new batteries for that. Plus the parts desk guy wasn't helpful when I asked about a few body parts they had on site.I was very thorough over the phone so they knew what was wrong so we could come up with a gameplan. When I showed up it was like the phone call never happened. I wasn't in a rush or any "I need this done right now" b.s. either. I just wanted the work done for a fair price and instead they were gonna run up the bill.

I bought the front and back rear ends there. 6 months later the back one went out and they blamed installer error (too much silicone) and wouldn t cover under warranty.The front rear end made it about 2 years and was out of warranty. I replaced it again with a TCS reman and again in under a year it was out yet again. They begrudgingly replaced it but swore this time it was driver error.I sold the truck and I got a call from the guy saying one of them was out yet again.I don t know if they don t know what they re doing, bad parts or what the problem is but I would definitely proceed with caution.

Clean and professional store and crew , sadly we didn t do business but I still appreciate their operation .Note that if you sell them anything they only issue checks a couple weeks after verification processes.

Great, affordable service. They were able to rebuild our fifth-wheel hitch for less than half what the dealership wanted, and I was able to acquire a connector for a wiring harness that saved me thousands of dollars.

I'm an Mexican exporter & I'm really happy doing business with TCS special mention to Seth Engle who I think it's the best in business and know how to do his job. Definitely a place you can find a screw for your truck or even an entire truck.

Got me going back on the road but couldn't fix my electrical issues w my starter because the didn't have the software. Don't take your freightliner there if it's electrical issues w the starter, but great bunch of guys friendly professional Tim thanks.

Very disappointed with the service I received. They sold me parts without verifying if the vin# matched. I called to let them Know and was told after verifying the vin# they didn t have the parts and if I wanted to return the parts it would be a 20% return fee. It seems this place doesn t want to take any responsibility for any mistakes they do and they try to find a way to make you feel like your at fault for getting the wrong parts. This was after I talked to the sells person and manager. It seems from the reviews that I m not the only one that had an experience like this.

They put a new high pressure oil pump on the lemon of a truck they sold me! Paid for the pump they put it on and two months later it goes out! I had a different shop work on it because it took tcs almost a month to fix my truck last time. The current shop sent the pump back to tcs to warranty it out because it was new! Tcs told me that it could take up to two weeks before they would get it back, so I just had the new shop order one and it came the next day and it was done. Now I m dealing with tcs again because they should refund me for my pump or at least give me my old one back but now all of a sudden they can t find in there computer that I ever paid for the first pump to begin with. But they were able to warranty it out? Makes no sense to me. I bought my dump truck from them because it was low mileage but I ll never fall for that again! One year of ownership of that truck and I put 50k just in repairs in it.

TCS out at Stafford is a great place to go if you're looking for truck parts and a team of people that not only help in every way possible but go above and beyond for the customer. When you call out there be sure to talk to Brady because he's super attentive to the needs of everyone and will jump thru hoops if it becomes necessary. Always pleased with the service and I've been dealing with the TCS and the Larsons for over 20 years.

Not a very bright staff and extremely greedy. I've never been to a salvage yard that operates like this one. They act like you have no choice but to buy there overpriced used parts.
