Horrible service, did not fill tire after putting on I had to fill when I picked up, was told I would have FREE mount and balance for my troubles and that did not happen they just took some off,they drove my car I had 3/4 full tank at drop off and picked it up with a qtr of a tank left my mileage also did not match with what they wrote down by a good 10 miles so I highly don t recommend this company it was my first and last time going there. Not to mention the hostility and lack of profession and organization skills that you can visibly see when you walk through the door.

Have had good and bad experiences with them. They did a great job replacing an oil plug but another time, charged me for unauthorized work. Today they told me they refuse to file a claim with Carshield on a covered repair. I have used them for the last time.

I really wanted to like this place. Family owned local. However, as a quick change if your going to rotate tires fast and efficient, use a lift instead of floor jacks would help. Also a torque wrench was not used to retourque. Also as every car is different in realize that but they had to look up standard oil capacity on 3.5l.Employees were also smoking around vehicle with windows open, and no protection was used inside vehicle to keep dirty clothes off seats. While they did the job I m not sure I ll be back. Better locally owned places in area. This is just constructive criticism. Some people would rather not have cigarette smoke filtering into there car.Services: Tires, Oil change

Owners Joe and Jackie might just be the kindest and most honest people I ve met in years. Service is like their sign says Quick. The staff are knowledgeable and respectful of your belongings. Prices are the fairest in the business. I would say the world needs more shops like this but it doesn t. Just stop by and find out for yourself their service is awesome.

I always trust them. I ve been to other shops and they take advantage of women and charge extra for things they shouldn t. I never have to worry about this place. Whenever I get a quote, it s going to cost around that, no surprises. Also they know what they re doing. I won t have to worry about my car having the same issues in a couple of months.

Forgot to put my oil cap back on my vehicle after the oil change , really upset that whoever serviced my vehicle did that very unprofessional and a sorry does not fix it. The guys working in your shop need to pay attention luckilyI discovered it before something catastrophic took place.Im thankful its only a 7 dollar fix but this seriously not at all exceptable.

Only came here instead of my regular mechanic because a friend reccomended them and said they're great for electrical issues. My fog lights, hazards, and turn signals arent working. Paid nearly $70 for them to tell me to put new bulbs in and use my hazards instead of my turn signals, and then not believe me when I said the hazards also dont work properly. They didn't even look at my turn signals or hazards and attempt to find out what's wrong. Went back to my regular mechanic to find they lied and my fog lights arent even getting power like they said and its definitely not something new bulbs will fix. Just lazy and rude and took advantage of me. Waste of money.

After having fraudulent activity on my bank account, all payment on checks were stopped. After trying to work something out twice, i get a letter in the mail from the bad checks dept of greene county. On top of that, 2 weeks after they "fixed" the engine mounts and sway arm.....i took it to ace transmission and they had to re fix every single thing that Quick Change supposedly fixed.

They were very busy but worked me in and were able to work me in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection while I waited.

My vehicle wasn't leaking oil before I took it here. Had good luck before, but I'm afraid to go back! No I'll find somewhere else!
