I've been to this Car-X on multiple occasions and it's always been okay.Today I went there to get a tire switched out on my truck. I called ahead because I just had knee surgery and knew I couldn't wait there very long .The guys took great care of me, they even pulled my truck up to the front door and held the doors open so that I could get back in with as little of pain as possible.This is a great crew they have in there now they are extremely friendly and helpful.Highly recommend!!!

Front end alignment and 2 new tires.Tires were more expensive then the cheap ones I had been putting on. I forgot how good quality tires feel. If the rear tires had been worn I would have replaced them too.I m not sure if everyone can tell, but good rubber on your car is like putting good shoes on your feet.You may be used to cheap shoes, but when you wear good shoes you just feel better and want to take better care of yourself.

Xenos at Stockton is an Amazing manager and person!! I got a whole in my tire and found it about 6 minutes before they closed. Called out there and he said come on out and I will wait for you, he got my spare on for me and showed me the problem. He is Awesome and we go back and our tires from him. Thank you for your kindness!!

When I come here I typically try to get donuts for all the guys in the shop due to them always being so helpful on my 8 vehicle that need regularly serviced. The last time I was here my ford equinox sprung a leak but these guys fixed it right up and didn t use jb weld like some people around here. Keep up the good work boys and I ll bring those chocolate donuts next time for the big guy. Go Joe Biden!

I always take my truck to get looked at here. The guys working there are always courteous and quick to help you. Prices are fair, service is relatively quick depending on the day and staffing. Stockton, MO

New management is on point always go above and beyond my expectations would recommend 10/10. Also able to get specialty tires if you have an odd size or in my case low profiles if your in the area and need tires or a quick fix these guys are def. I 1st brought my truck there 2 years ago, they insisted I needed a battery. Last week , again. Guess what, same battery still starting it. They also told my wife all the tires needed balanced. They are only 2 weeks old. This place will try to sell you stuff you absolutely do not need. Stay away. Especially if you're a woman, they treat you as if you are stupid.

I have never picked my car up from an oil change and could see everywhere they touched the interior! Thank God you can wipe off the leather but, this time it is going to cost me new floor mats!

Came by just to have a flat fixed. Nobody wanted to come into the office to wait on me. They all saw me-they just ignored me. I know they don't make much money fixing a flat but I really needed it fixed to get to work. You guys suck! So I took it to my husband- manager of Greenfield store

Stockton, Missouri Car-X, manager Xenos Martinie:Great place to receive service, my wife has a issue with a tire pressure sensor. The manager help evaluate the issue and the team found the problem and got it corrected very fast. We were back on our way very fast and at a good price. I would recommend this shop to others. Thanks for the good and honest work.

We came in with a flat tire on our boat trailer. Xenos worked on our tire right away to make sure we were safe to get back to St. Louis. Staff was friendly and honest! Can t ask for better than that! Will definitely be going back if we have anymore tire troubles!Service: TiresService: Tires

The customer service and professionalism from this place is above and beyond. I had a tire emergency trying to drive home with my two kiddos. I got a flat tire late evening and was two hours from home. I called right before they closed and I was still too far away to make it in time before they closed. Xenos Martinie said he would stay there until I got there to take care of me, as he knew I was stuck given my situation. Xenos diagnosed and fixed my tire quickly and professionally, and I was able to still make it home that same night. These guys customer service, expertise, and care was incredible. I would ve never found that kind of personal service and care in Kansas City.Service: Tires

There I was, 2,000 miles from home, caught in a hail, with a completely flat tire. My roadside assistance couldn't help and told me to find my own towing services. It was late on a weekend day and the few towing shops that were open were slammed because of the hail storm. I was resolving myself to a worse case scenario, but had a little more try in me. I crossed my fingers and called Car-x, they were still open and fairly close. I was told by them that Car-x doesn't do roadside assistance, however, if I could get my jeep towed there they'd stay open and try to help. I excitedly started looking for a towing company, and one said they could get to me in an hour. I was thrilled, however, I didn't even get the chance to call Car-x back before they were calling me! The Car-x guys had decided that they were sending an employee out to insert a temporary plug, allowing me to follow them to the shop for a proper tire repair.... and best of all they would arrive in 10 minutes! They also advised me to cancel the tow so I would not get charged needlessly. These guys didn't know me from Adam but they cared about helping a stranded stranger. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure I got to my evening lodging safe and sound. They treated me like an old friend and charged accordingly. To say the least, I hope I tipped them enough!! If I lived within driving distance of these guys, they'd be my go to mechanic! Bar none!!!

We were camping down at Orleans Trail, hit a sharp rock that poked a hole in the tire. Called Car X, they were unable to assist me with getting my tire off the car, but was very helpful and courteous in helping once I got the tire to the shop. I need my tires replaced since I had a hole on the wall of my tire. Instead they tried patching it, it didn't last long so I had to spend more money on tires than I should have. I ended up going to another business.I had originally given it 3 stars but now it's gone down to 1. DO NOT COME HERE! We just brought a vehicle in so they could just order the tires we needed, NOTHING ELSE. Instead they proceeded to do work we did not ask for now have to spend $600 for it. This place just needs to go or go under different management.

We had an undercarriage piece of plastic that was dragging on the ground. They got us in and done in about 20 minutes and we were on our way. I understand this place is under new management. They certainly helped us quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Xenos .

Had appointment for 9 Saturday. Got here early, it's now 9:40 an just getting it on. Only two people working doing their best but people make other plans according to appointment times. Now late for next thing. Not real happy with this place anymore.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been coming to this location for years, mainly because I can get in and out quickly for an oil change or a tire repair. I was happy to see that, under the new owner, it's just as fast. The employees are friendly and helpful and they didn't pressure me into getting unnecessary services. I was able to get an oil change and a tire repair without an appointment in less than an hour.

We were visiting from out of town going to the lake. Unfortunately when we came back from being on the lake we noticed we had a flat tire. We were lucky enough to get it aired up and the hole wasn't very big so it held air for us. Sawyer tire was already closed at that time, but the next day we went in first thing in the morning and they got us right in and out and they were able to fix our flat for 20 bucks and had us back on the road less then an hour. Great service and great people I would recommend them definitely if I was local or to any out of towners who are in need of tire service to get back on the road.

Had both of my vehicles inspected for state inspection within the last two months. Was treated with amazing customer service throughout the process, by each person I delt with during each visit. Also service was done in a timely manner.

The best place to go to get anything fixed on your vehicle! I highly recommend Car-X in Stockton, MO. They are very trust worthy and will not screw you over like a lot of other places will do. They did an outstanding job on changing my rear drum breaks and replacing a wheel bearing along with a tire that was about to pop due to my wheel bearing. The price is very affordable and they get the job done extremely well in a timely manner. The workers are also very polite and will show you what needs fixed on your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable at what they do. Roger is the man to go to!

Took my car in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. They called and said the wear on the tires indicated it needed an alignment. After doing the work, the car drives worse than before. It drove fine, and now it won't drive straight. I took it back and they balanced the tires, and said it drove fine. It clearly pulls and the steering wheel isn't even completely straight.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change
