Can t say enough good things about this place. Tyler is an absolutely amazing salesman and Alan is a hell of of a guy to help make a sale. We had a small issue with an ordered trailer and they went plenty out of their way to square things up so we could make a good deal for both parties. I live in central AR and drove 4 hours for a trailer and ranch hand. I promise you, the next time I need something, I ll drive back. Easiest equipment purchase I ve ever made.

Very good to buy from but when it comes to needing a new axle Tylor doesn t know how to respond back !! I wasn t pushing a warranty issue all though it was just over a year old just needed the measurements to get one coming couldn t read the tags due to the self cleaning flour which I love !!I don t usually write reviews but hopefully Tylor wakes up and treats his other customers with more respect as I was patient and sent multiple texts and calls but no response.

Our company was hauling equipment back from a project in New Mexico to Pa. We had an excavator on a 5th wheel trailer and noticed tire issues on the trailer when we picked it up. Weather was terrible and we searched the internet and picked Westgate Trailers because of good reviews and easy access off I-44. Let me say, they were great! They went out of their way to change the tires on the trailer while leaving the excavator on. My employees are very smart guys, and they were so thankful Westgate knew what they were doing. The guys at Westgate Trailer took my car hauler trailer in right away and did some great custom fabrication on getting my winch installed. They went way above and beyond my expectations! I'm sure I will be going back for them to work on my trailers in the future!

These guys are absolutely the best. They worked with me through a warranty issue on a trailer and made it possible for me to keep doing what I needed to do. I m serious when I say you won t find a more helpful group of people to say are willing to make sure they stand behind their product and their business. I am grateful to these guys for making sure I was taken care of. Thanks Allen.

These guys are Great! I had an amazing buying experience. I have been looking for a trailer for a while, and they were out of stcok when i fist went. The next week, they had what I wanted. They have a very large selection, and the staff is knowledgeable in every aspect of trailers and tires. If they dont have what you are looking for, they will find what you need. If you are looking for a trailer, this is your place to go. Thank you guys for a great trailer and overall amazing experience.

Our stock trailer had wiring issues and my son called Westgate Trailers. Now my brakes and taillights are working correctly. Westgate is conveniently located with lots of room to pull a 24 feet trailer in for repairs. This business also has great customer service and sales new trailers. I would recommend Westgate Trailers to everyone.

Had to rate it a 1 star to make the post.Took my brother in law there to look at and possibly purchase a trailer. We get there to look at it. He makes the decision to purchase it. We go into start the process of purchase. Only to be told be the salesman that he couldn't sell him the trailer because he didn't have a valid driver's license. He told us that wasn't his decision. He said it was the loan company decision. The name of the loan company was compass financial. I think that is really sorry of them to do that. He has owned a car. Why should owning a trailer be any different. Some people just don't understand what the blind community is capable of. Just be careful if you're considering doing business with this place.

These guys are Amazing, I called them with an Emergency axle replacement and they were Top Notch Pros, we weren't even in the yard and they had a crew waiting and ready to get us going, the price was way more than fair and we were very happy that they were there to save the day, thank you all so much for helping us!!!!Joe VallejosGravel

Great to deal with the sales counter with this company. They were awesome to help me make my purchase of a new dump trailer and had all the answers for my off the wall questions. I appreciate their help getting everything together and taken care of. I drove 4 hours for the sale and was definitely pleased. Thanks Luke and sales staff

I bought a 22ft iron bull trailer today from them. Soon as I got it home I drove the skid steer on the trailer to see where I would need to have it backed it off and the spring came off the ramp the very first time, the way the dove tail is on them it causes the loader to slam over coming up to the deck. When u jack the trailer up the handle hits the frame I was just very unhappy with it when I got it home and I liked another trailer they had. I called wanting to take this one back and buy the more expensive gravity tilt trailer and wouldn t work with me at all, not saying all the quality in the trailer was their fault but once they get their money they don t care about the customer anymore

Absolutely outstanding! The guys went above and beyond to get my new Bradford bed on and get my work rig back on the road! Couldn't have asked for better work or a friendlier bunch to deal with! I will definitely be a repeat customer and will highly recommend to everyone I know!!! Thanks again y'all!!!

I try to base my reviews on many different factors, and most of the time, businesses get from 2 to 3 starts, but this one, gets 1, based in the fact that not only they dont offer any warranty for their brand new parts after they fail within hours of install, but the fact that they will lie to your face. We came in there to replace a part that was just bought, they replaced the same part and charged me for it again, when I complained their very unprofessional service manager advised that there was nothing he could do. I left, not noticing that they had kept, the part I was trying to warranty, and the original bad part. Not only, they kept the parts, but refused to show me the video where the parts were sitting on the counter the whole time. My advise, go somewhere that will stand behind their products, and are honest.

Every time I called and spoke with someone about a trailer, they were kind and knowledgeable about their inventory, financing, upcoming deliveries, experienced with their products etc. I find that to be rare for a whole team of staff to be on the same page but every call was like that. Yesterday, I went to pick up a trailer and I thought I was going to have to settle with a bumper pull dump trailer but they happened to have one GN low profile dump in stock. Mind you that doesn t seem like a big deal but all the paperwork had been completed by a family member prior to my arrival, so they had to return and redo everything including title work! While working with us on the paperwork for the GN they made another customer happy because they now had a bumper pull dump trailer available in a specific length, so they sold the same trailer while I was there. I think the products and customer service speak for themselves. Overall they get 5+ stars all the way around and I will be purchasing another trailer from them soon!

They had the trailer I wanted for the price I liked. The people that work there a very nice and knowledgeable. Experience was very good. I recommend them with the experience I have had with them.

horrible service. no pride in workmanship. Had new hay bed installed and wires ran everywhere. Wires loose on connections. two new tool boxes installed and not braced. boxes bounced up and down going down road. Made appointment to take back to fix. dropped off in morning and they never touched the truck so had to pick up again same day not fixed. salesman blamed it on installers only making $12.50 an hour as to why it looks bad. No one there seemed to care of how bad the bed was installed. After 3 trips to springfield shop and not fixed, made appointment with Westgate in Mnt Grove and they agreed to fix boxes and wires on installation for no charge. was just out the money on all the trips made to get bed fixed properly. Will not use Westgate in Springfield again for any of my business

Awesome guys that care about the customers and the work they do. Had an enclosed trailer fixed here as no one else wanted to mess with it. Also just had a flatbed installed. Was fast and the quality was awesome. Fair prices and a nice guys. Will continue to do business here. Thanks guys! Kirk

WORST TRAILER COMPANY. After buying a "brand-new" hydraulic solenoid this morning to be put in and receiving a bad one that they took off another trailer. I go back to have this corrected and they charge me for another saying it's my fault it was wrong. Then charging me $100 an hour to wire in a solenoid ( at least that's what I thought was being done) turns out they also wired in my batter charger which has a busted wire on it still; They "fixed" the charger but wouldnt do anything about the solenoid in which they sold me that was bad. When I try to talk to them about it they got Irrate but at the same time charged me 2hrs of labor when it's something that should of been done in under 30 minutes.

These guys are honest and fair! They will get your repairs done quickly, I take all of my horse trailers there! Anything from aluminum repair to basic packing bearings. Also have a big selection of truck flatbeds and trailers for sale.

Heading down south from idaho and our cargo trailer break went bad. These amazing people got us in on the spot to get us back on the road . Never been this far from idaho lol and my gratitude for this cannot be put into words. Thank you so much! We appreciate the heck out of you!!

This place is terrible. The customer service was so awful. All they did was stand around and talk, I even heard them make a few racial slurs. So unprofessional. Something that usually takes 45 minutes to get done, took them hours. Oh and they had me make an appointment, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for my trailer to get in. I do not recommend this place.

Our trailers brakes went out with a load of cattle, after we let them off. We pulled in here and within the hour we were in. My husband was very pleased with the people and service!
