They gave us a fair quote that was all typed out. The employees were nice while we were there and we had another customer tell us how well they've done for them.

I went in everyone was real nice friendly people told them my car was running sluggish and AutoZone ran a thing said misfire get coils plugs checked they said I have to pay for diagnostic test so they did that came back and tell me what I needed. I said that s fine. Please fix it when they were done. I stayed from 9 to 230 at 3 PM. I headed home my car start jerking. Really bad call then they said bring it back in next day they looked at it I said for three hours. They said the part was bad I went home and before I can get two blocks the car messed up really bad again call them they said find a way to get it back and I said I got to get it towed. It s not want to go and I said I would just like a refund and they said what about your parts and I ll pay for the parts I just don t think I should pay for the labor. My car is not fixed. They said we can t do that and I said I need you to make this right and so when you can come in and will do another better diagnostic on it and but you ll have to pay for that and we will try to see what else it needs. Well you didn t fix it the first time you didn t fix it second time I d like my money back and I was told no and I go ahead and report them to the Better Business Bureau so I did and it s such a shame. They were such nice people but yet they handled their business so nasty I m very disappointed in this $600 gone exactly $598.06 for nothing

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY I went in for inspection, waited an hour, they came out with a list of things they would need to fix to pass inspection $1,200. One of the things that needed replaced was a bulb...no lights were out!? No blinker, brake light or low or high beam. So we went to oreilys and changed the one legitimate problem, the wiper blade. The rest of the stuff was ridiculous like crankcase is leaking oil or power steering needed replaced. Took it to another shop and it passed. No issues or worries. They tried to get us for $1,200 when only wipers needed to be replaced. Won't go back ever.

I went there to get a tire and they didn't have my size but patched the one that had a nail in it, only they left a nail in it so it still leaked air. I had to take it somewhere else and get the other nail out and patched again, so what should have cost $25 cost me $50.

We desperately needed to get an inspection done so we could get our minivan tagged and begin our travels. The team at Wells got us in and out when nobody else could. Thank you guys! I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I was expecting to buy 2 tires because the tire that went flat was barely but after they looked at my tires told me that other tires looked good and didn't need to buy the other tire.

I got my car towed to wells based on a recommendation. After they looked at me car they racked up a $1000 worth of stuff that needed to be done. I talked to several other auto repair shops and half of these services did not need to be done. After informing them that I did not give them permission to work on my car and I was going to get my car towed and taken to s different place on the next business day. That day when I proceeded to call to discuss when it was going to be picked up, they proceeded to tell me that they worked on my car without my permission. They did several services to my car that I did not want them to fix. Being a young female college student, I feel very taken advantage by Wells. Fortunately they didn t charge me $1000 for work that I asked to not be done, they only charged me for the parts. Overall this has been the worst experience I have had with an auto business. Not only did they work on my car with out permission, they had terrible communication over the phone. Trying to communicate with them was very difficult. I have felt more taken advantage of in my life. Very disappointing.

The family that owns this business is super nice and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me. They advised me on what work on my car could wait to save me money. These are honest people. The work for me (and for another lady there) was less expensive than what I expected. I would recommend them :)

I've been going to Wells for many many years and they have always made sure I was taking care of quickly and their work is the most quality that you can find in the area and they are so affordable Tina who works in the front is very helpful I forgot to pay for my inspection and she called my phone and let me come back up and pay it it was an accident that I didn't pay because I got sidetracked but they could have turned it into the highway patrol but they didn't they gave me a chance to come back up and pay it and I did I called him and she took payment on the phone that's just one example of how good this company is in the people that work there

Sold me a defective tire, and charged me $50 to replace it (with another used tire). Honestly, place is super sketch. Competition being closed and the urgency to replace the defective tire landed us back here. It seems all their employees smoke while on the job, including inside the waiting room and shop. Lots of gossip/chit chat and no working, while their customers wait for their vehicles, is just unacceptable. They are nice people, just not professional. Go to a more reputable place, I wish I had.

I have been a customer of theirs for 10+ years and i do not think that means anything to them. Purchased Four new tires and during installation, a wheel stud broke off. Rather than place blame or make the situation worse. I was quoted a price of 32.00+ and agreed to pay for the replacement. I was than told there is not enough time to replace it, to bring the car back another day. I brought it back the next day and was quoted their hourly rate and parts, told estimated time to complete was 2 hours. Giving me a price of nearly 10x the original price. If they tell you anything, get it on paper. There verbal quotes are about as good as toilet paper is at drying hands. The situation is what it is, i do not feel like an appreciated customer though. Will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed. They have worked on every car i have ever owned, i did trust them that much. Now? Trust is gone and i have an issue with my car that still requires my immediate attention.

It's Friday. I've tried to get my car inspected at 3 or 4 places and no one can fit me in until Tuesday soonest. Stopped here at Wells. 5 minutes and my car is on the rack. Not the kind of inspection I'm used to. They went over my car with a fine tooth comb. Took half an hour. Then took them 10 minutes to fill out a simple inspection slip, but at least it was thorough and done today.

I was pleased with their services with my first visit to have new tires that I purchased elsewhere and an alignment and the total came to 184.00. I called today to have the same thing done to my car and was told it would cost me 425 dollars. They called me a liar said that there is no way it was that cheap. He was very rude and I'm going to go up there Monday to prove to him that I 'm the honest one and show him my receipt. They will never get my business or anyone else in my family again.

I have been here several times for various needs to my cars and trucks and I have to say Wells has always come through for me, any work that they have done has always been done right and at a very decent price. I am a person that calls several places for estimates and do recommend that if you do this call Wells before allowing others to do the work for you. Very honest, helpful and it is easy to talk to any of their staff.

Best tire shop in town. Been in business for over 50 years. No frills or gimmicks. Just hard working people who run a excellent family owned business. My grandparents, parents and now I have used this shop for 3 generations. Quality matters here.

I have been here a few times and received fair service, this last experience will be my last however. I went in for an alignment and it was a great price at $50, $25 cheaper than any other I found but two calls later and 4 parts that they had to have to continue the alignment and it turned into nearly $400. I m all for protecting the customers safety but on a 10 year old car I don t know what caused that much wear to absolutely require being replaced. Aside from that I was charged $40 for a bolt I could have walked across the street to O Rielly and paid $30 myself and taken to them. I am accustomed to service stations getting a deal and charging less than the parts store but Wells is making 33% on their parts.

I went in for an inspection and was told two break lights were out. The mechanic would not tell me how much the cost would be. I asked if it would be less than $30 he said he would not guarantee because he did not know how long it would take to change the lights. I know there are books and software that tell labor costs but he did not seem to have them. I told him to fail my truck then I took it to oreillys and bought the bulbs and in less than 5 min I changed them myself. I needed my tires aligned but will take any future business elsewhere.

I took in my Pontiac Bonneville for a diagnostic for $39.95 because it is one of the cheapest in town. I also told them not to go over an hour because I didn't want to be charged per hour labor prices. I got there and found out it was easy fixes. Spark plugs and wires were not in the right firing order and battery cables were on wrong. So the mechanic told me he was going to take it around the block and to go back to the office to pay. So I'm in the office getting ready to pay and hear the amount of $85. I was like what?? The receptionist said I was being charged for an hour of labor. I told her I had called down and specifically spoke to her that I didn't want the diagnostic test to go over an hour because I didn't want to be charged the labor costs. She rolled her eyes and would only go down to $65. I had no choice but to pay it so I could take it home. I went ahead and paid it and she then tries to give me someone else's car keys! I said these aren't my keys and she tried to argue and say that yes they wereIt took her another 20 minutes to finally find them. I would not recommend thThem because they false advertise about the $39.95 computer diagnostic and the receptionist was very rude.

Th other day I'd run over a brick that had fallen off of a truck, th sharp corner did tear a hole in my L.front tire, and I was able to just make it to Wells Tire where I purchased 4 brand new Coopers for my truck, they had me fixed right up and going inside an hour and a half, and back on my way.Today, I stopped in for an 8:00am. appointment, they adj. my carberator, and timing, and now my truck is preforming much better.If u need tires, or a bit of work on ur vehicle, Wells Tire garage is a first rate consideration, and they'll price their work fairly.

Do not take your car here. They kept my car for 8 hours for a 2 hour job and I had an appointment. They broke a hose a taped it back together. A hose that cost $80. Plus screwed up my thermostat sensor so they can get more money to replace it. Smart people will help you and give you reason why you should get your car fixed.

Vehicle inspection was quick and I was back out the door within 30 minutes. This is the second time I've used them and both times have been just as fast.

I've been going to Well's for over 10 years. They have on at least 5 occasions explained to me that, "no ma'am, you really don't need that $3000 dollars of work done, the struts on your car are fine, " or, "no, you don't need that $250 part, you just need a cheap fuse replaced." It is a great reassurance to me that they are honest. They are also courteous, friendly, efficient, and affordable. I don't really trust my car with anyone else.

Amazing staff. I brought in a 97 SUV for alignment and inspection. There was a part that was still functional, but needed replaced soon. The technician that was actually working on it took time to show me the problem, and explain options.I was given multiple choices, with absolutely no pressure to choose any one option over the other.This level of truthfulness is very rarely seen at any shop I have been to in the past.I will continue to choose Wells Tire and Auto in the future.

Pros: Tire pricesCons: I was quoted X price for 2 new tires, rotate and balance, and an inspection. Had specific brand picked out via the phone call to schedule, as well as specifically requested to keep the old tires, and to rotate. I came back to the shop, checked the car in the lot, and tires hadn't been rotated. The lady at the desk told me they would fix it and then asked for me to pay X amount. I said "Sure, do you have an invoice?" They wanted to me to wait until the car was finished to produce an invoice. When they finished and brought in the keys, they gave me the invoice that still showed a disposal fee, that had been corrected at the bottom(in ink), without the inclusion of the sales tax I supposedly would have paid. It also had a rotational fee of $10, I've been to shop or two, hadn't heard of that, neither was it quoted to me in the original "exact without sales tax" amount. I want to include that I paid with a card, my invoice was settled out cash, and the lady argued that "sales tax doesn't apply to certain things within the invoice" even though I took the total times sales tax, and added that number plus the total, and that is the X amount I wound up paying. Not only was that incorrect, but as I was discussing the matter with the gentleman who gave me the invoice, the other two employees would jump in and argue behind me, between the four of us, about the issue. This shop not only showed a lack of knowledge in their own prices and services, but their staff is extremely disrespectful and rude.

I have had three flat tires in the last two months on my new car. Wells tire has been amazing keeping me on the road! Today on lunch break I ran over a nail. I took it to Wells Tire and they were able to get the tire repaired and I was able to get back to work on time. They are great people who do a great job taking care of their customers! Thank you Wells Tire!
