They gave me a 2 hour estimate to do an oil change, headlight change, and flat tire repair. 3 hours pass and I call to check, they say 1 more hour. I come in 6 hours after I dropped off my car and they d only done the oil change. I understand that wait times are hard to guess, and I m not unreasonable enough to assume it would be 2 hours exactly. But after triple the estimated wait, they hadn t even started looking at my tire or fixing my headlight. I cancelled the rest of the service. Based on other reviews, I have a feeling they started and finished other cars before getting to mine. Walmart also doesn t allow me to make an appointment for the services I need, so I have no reason to believe if I returned tomorrow I would be treated any differently.I normally would never leave a negative review over slow service on a busy day, but I feel compelled to because I don t think anyone should take their car here. After cancelling the rest of the services, I take my key and find they LEFT MY CAR UNLOCKED in their lot. Being short staffed/slow is unprofessional but acceptable. Being careless enough to leave a customer s car unlocked in a public parking lot is not. Luckily my vehicle isn t super nice and is not the type that thieves might target. They wasted my entire day off by not even starting 2/3 of the work on my vehicle and had I not cancelled services and picked my car up when I did, it might ve even been broken into.You might save $10 on an oil change here, but you also might waste an entire day and have your car jacked/stolen while it s there. Go somewhere else. I will never return.One positive note is Lee who did my intake was very friendly and every other employee I spoke with was as well, despite it seeming stressful/busy. Unfortunately, friendliness doesn t lock your car doors or give customers their time back.

Absolutely irresponsible. Opens are 7:00, they forget to open the door so I m waiting outside in 20 degree weather. I get in, wait in line for 20 minutes for the man up front to say that they re not going to do any service until 9:00 because an employee decided not to come in. Someone in management must not be responsible enough to keep their employees accountable, therefore, wasting customers time on a Saturday, which is completely inconsiderate.Do better.

Took my car here and I'm so glad I did. I had a lot going on with my car maintenance wise and they did what I needed done without judgment and VERY quickly. had them do a tire repair plus an oil change and a new battery and they were done in the time it took me to do some Valentines day shopping. very professional, very quick, very understanding. Thank you !!!

1 star because it won't let me give a 0! I brought my car in to have 4 new tires put on. One was incredibly bad, but I figured I'd replace the set.They did express to me that they were short handed so it would take approximately 3 hours. I said that would be fine as long as I had it by a certain time as my daughter had an appointment. That time frame was 4.5 hours.I got a ride to work, but at the 4 hour mark I called up to check in since I hadn't received a phone call.There was no answer and the phone automatically rerouted to customer service.At customer service the lady tried transferring me back, but the call got disconnected. So I called back and when I was rerouted again I explained that I needed to know what was happening. She said "I can't make them answer the phone", to which I responded that I understood that, but could someone go back and check for me...At that point she started saying "hello can you hear me, hello" I'm like yes I'm here. She kept doing it and finally I caught on that it was on purpose and she could hear me just fine. I voiced that I knew she could hear me at which point she laughed and hung up.Furious I got a ride up to check on my car and when I pulled in it was STILL SETTING THERE!! NO work had been done!I asked for my keys back! I have no proof, but due to the fact there was a whole different set of cars in the parking lot (yes I paid attention when I first arrived) and I wasn't on site waiting I am concluding that they were taking in easier jobs while mine just sat there instead of going inorder.This whole experience was horrible! I highly suggest not using this automotive center if at all possible!!

These guys are great stayed after hours put a new tire on my car make sure I was straight for the road definitely come here and see these guys specially that Mexican manager he's a real good guy. No disrespect I just can't remember what his name is. Cheers!

Went for an oil change, got home with a flat tire and oil leaking from the car because they messed up. Techs won't take accountability for incompetency.

Had my sister take me 08 Nissan to this garage today to get an oil change. They couldn t figure out how to unlock my door and almost broke my car key, then they ripped out the latch that pops open my car hood and didn t tell my sister. They also laughed in her face and tried to make her feel dumb because they couldn t figure it out. I do not recommend this garage at all. It was my first and last time taking my car here.Service: Oil change

I usually don t have an issue with this Walmart service center. Usually very friendly. There were two gentleman in the bay area. I walked through the door and there was about 6 customers waiting, and the counter was empty. The gentleman before me said he s been waiting for 10 minutes. He left, we all continued to wait, about 10 more minutes. Then two workers walk up one I recognize and being cocky to others. I ve never had to deal with him. He walks up and says WERE CLOSED as everyone was confused. A customer asked what time. He replied TODAY IS AN EXCEPTION, RIGHT NOW. We were all very confused. Another worker was just as confused and asked were closed? The rude employee said yeah. I think that was VERY rude way to address this situation. Like I said I ve witnessed him being very rude and cocky to others before he usually doesn t have his name tag/badge on. Not sure why he feels he needs to act this way to customers.Service: Oil change

I usually don t go to this one to get my oil changed but I was in the area so went here instead. The employees at this location are over the top In professionalism. They are friendly, fast and go above and beyond. Will definitely go here for an oil change again.

Took my 2012 Honda in for basic oil change. Was told 1 to 1.5 hours. Bought groceries. 1.5 hours later, it hadn't been started. Had some drive me home. 45 min later get a phone call that it will cost more due to high mileage over 74K. Yes, it has over 200K, because of the correct care I give it. Either change it as I requested or return it, I said. Tech says he will advise his mgr. 5 min later I get a text. It's ready for pickup. Go to get it, no surprise, nothing was done. Now here's the deal.If it's not leaking oil, high mileage additives are not necessary, and will probably cause problems. Additives are designed to expand into pitting and crevices and expand rubber seals that are result of wear. If you add those additives, it will expand those seals unnecessarily, causing them to shrink and create leaks UNLESS you keep using the high mileage additives. If it's not broke, don't fix it, applies. I get the "marketing" etc behind it. What I don't get is why there is no choice. Don't tell me what to do if I don't ask. Oh. And my 2012 Ford with 130K was done at a different WM 2 weeks ago, no problems. Followup: Took my 200K mileage Honda to an oil change chain, high mileage oil was not pushed on me.

Just was straight forward with an issue and they were able to resolve. The issue the issue the dealer has to take care of. But they were prompt and courteous and that they made sure I understood what was what's going on. Sorry I'm using voice to text but you get the idea

Got here at 9am and my car is just now getting in the bay at 11:15am (still haven t even replaced the two tires). Apparently all the techs take a break at once for 30 minutes because there wasn t a single car in the bay for about that long take your money elsewhere. No urgency by this crew either. WHY AM I STILL HERE!!?? Update: it took a total of 4 hours to replace 2 tires. When I asked for a discount, they told me no and didn t think I deserved one. Worst service experience ever, and it s not even close. Again, all I needed was 2 TIRES REPLACED. I m so mad, this is unacceptable.Service: Tires

The guy at the service counter had no idea what he was doing. I brought in a tire and rim in off the car and he kept putting the car info in, asked me several times here the car was, then asked where the tire was, if I just wanted to buy a tire, told me they couldn't squeeze my car in. Everything I WASN'T there for. He kept telling me he was new. Then, a tech had to assist at the counter, and the tech told me the guy was in no way new. All-in-all an unpleasant experience.

I had a great experience with the auto department. My wife got a nail in the sidewall of her tire a couple hours before we were leaving for a trip, so I got a new tire mounted and balanced, and had the tires rotated and was back on the road within an hour. Great service and I will definitely be back.

Everyone I spoke to was so friendly. I asked to keep one of my tires for a tire swing for my little boy. They took off the disposal fee, but then said my tires were too bad, with wires visible. So they found me a safer (and bigger) used tire and put that in the trunk for me! That was really thoughtful and kind, as well as being great service.

I got new 4 tires at this place and it took from 10am to noon first the man could figure out how to unlock my car even tho i told them how then the guys who changed them desided it would be fun to steal from me and have a little fun joy rind in my car so who ever that was deserved to be firedService: TiresService: Tires

Got in as soon as they opened to beat the crowd and was done less than an hour later. The guy didn't judge me for how messy my car was. Mechanics and desk person were all super friendly which always makes the experience better.

After conveniently not being open to provide warranty service all of last year, this year I got tires. No problem with valve stems before that. After tire was replaced, it continuously leaked air for 2 weeks. Came in to get service under the 'road hazard guarantee' or more likely undo the problem they caused. They will now charge me for replacing a 'cracked TPMS' valve stem (which was not cracked nor leaking air before the tire change). Logical conclusion is damage they caused, or a 'bead leak' they don't admit to and a little creative upselling. Not worth the damage and failure to honor the warranties here. Sam Walton would be ashamed of what China-Mart has become.Service: Auto tire replacement

Never again will I get my oil changed at Walmart. They broke one of the oil lines in the block and said it was already broke. Took it to my dealer and it's under warranty because the car is new. They said it was leaking oil and if I haven't brought it in I could have burnt up the motor. Never, never, never again. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I would give a zero if I could waited 2 hours for an oil change then when the car was ready they ignored me for 45 mins kept checking people out with food I was getting mad at this point 0 on customer service and will not use them again.....

Needed new tires. They were the only place in town that had my size tire in stock. Price was fair and they worked quickly. Less than 90 minutes and I was back in my car ready to roll.

Quick service depending on how many people are there in front of you because it is first come first serve. I usually come here because the basic oil change is only $20 and hard to beat that price. That oil change is just for the oil and not any other fluid checks but I don't mind because I check then myself. Overall a good shop and I would recommend to anyone needing a cheap oil change.

I have gone to this location many times. It has been about a year since I have purchased a new set of tires and have now had to replace one twice. I usually have to take my paperwork in with me, because they have trouble finding my information. I recently visited this location to get my tire replaced for a second time and spoke to a gentleman named Ryan. He was able to answer all my questions and give me an estimated price. He was very understanding to my time schedule and assured me that I would be notified when my tire would arrive. Unfortunately, not everyone is as concerned about their customers like Ryan. 4:00 came around and I finally decided to call, to find out that it had arrived awhile ago. Willing to over-look this, I drove in so I could get this over with. After handing over my keys, I strolled around Walmart until I was informed that my car was ready. The man at the counter told me the price; which was not what was estimated. I asked what all I was being charged for, only to get the response: "You're service." This is not any way to treat a customer. I asked if my road hazard discount had been applied and if so, why the price was so high. Needless to say, it took 2 other people to figure out if I did or didn't have it. I was informed that because of the damage on my tire, that road hazard would not have covered it anyways. They ended up discounting me for the road hazard in the end, but I still feel like no one was on the same page.The next morning, Ryan called me to ask if I had been taken care of. He had noticed that my original receipt had not been discounted and wanted to follow up and make sure that I had gotten everything I needed. This is above and beyond what I expected. Ryan is the best experience I've had coming to this Walmart. I would not recommend Walmart Tire & Lube, but I WOULD recommend Ryan. BEST customer service I've had in years. Thanks Ryan!

DO NOT GET YOUR TIRE'S HERE!! I've changed my rear tires here three times in the last few months. Every time they change them, they go flat THE NEXT DAY. They keep charging me to get them changed. Claiming it's my fault they're flat.
