Wyatt was amazing to explain the process and made it quick and painless. It was more expensive than I am used too but it was definitely worth the quick and efficient service! I will be back!

The customer service here is amazing. Wyatt and Joshua are very friendly and helpful. They explain everything very well so you know exactly what you need and why. They also take pictures of underneath the car and show you what it looks like. I felt very taken care of and I appreciate how kind and friendly they are. I highly recommend!

Workers here broke off a plastic tube piece from the evac into my engine. They charged me for the oil change and never put oil in my car. Manager Cody was not helpful and told me I basically should be grateful to him that they are paying the $2100+ it s costing to fix my car. I had to file a claim to even get them to confirm payment on their end for repairs. The workers actually working that day were very nice and helpful though. (Still haven t received a refund for the oil change they never did)

I have been to the Battlefield St location in Springfield MO twice. They are always quick and professional. They are very thorough, explain what they have found and why you may need a replacement. However, they are not pushy in their sales. They advise you of any issue they find and their price to replace the item. That's the extent of it. Great place for your oil change and general maintenance check.

I went here for a Job interview. Joseph was a great interviewing manager and over all a great person in general. Can't wait to start here and make my way up the ranks of the company! I hope I make manager and have my own store. I would love to see Valvoline move into my area. Yes I am going to drive a distance going to and from work but I feel it's worth it. Valvoline from what I've seen so far care's about the people who work for them and cares even more about the customer. Hit me up again in a few months and I will give another detailed review but as an employee instead of a prospect.

I know about cars enough to know about updating or false diagnostics. I love the convenience of being able to stay in my car, they listened to my concerns, offered me various options, and got me in and out real quick. The customer service is more than sufficient.

I had an oil change and another service done here and there was a very minor issue with the service performed but when I went by to mention it to them, with absolutely zero hassle Joseph addressed the issue. They promptly fixed the issue. All the staff is great but Joseph was tremendous in taking care of it all in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service!

We went through for our first time today and we really enjoyed going there! (Guys pop up from the floor haha!)It was incredibly fast and they even changed our battery for a really good price. The manager there -George- was professional, and great to work with! I m glad that they just gave us options but didn t insist that we had to purchase additional items from them that we didn t need. Great service, awesome job!I will definitely be coming back!!!

Excellent customer service, The guys were very thorough and efficient. It would have been more convenient to be able to make an appointment, however the wait ended up being less than what they told me when I pulled up. The oil change itself took a bit longer than expected because it turned out that Firestone, who had done the last oil change on my car several months ago, hadn't been checking the transmission and steering fluids, and both were nearly out. The car drives so much better now that it finally has everything it needs - taking it to Valvoline probably saved my engine.

After getting an oil change, the technician attempted to close the hood of our truck. After it didn't go down, they FORCED it closed, damaging the hood! They then tried to claim that it was already damaged and only after it was pointed out that they have it on camera they backtracked. They said that the battery was not installed properly and that's what caused the damage, even though the hood closed fine before. We have had the oil changed elsewhere before with the same battery with no issue. After numerous attempts of getting out of fixing it they reluctantly ordered a new hood, only to order and unfinished, unpainted hood. Now they refuse to paint the hood, claiming that it is our responsibility even though they damaged our finish and painted hood. Horrible and scummy customer service, I would recommend going anywhere else or they might damage your vehicle and do almost nothing about it.Service: Oil change

Got oil change and replaced brake light here. It was my first time visiting a drive thru oil change place, but it was incredibly easy. They'll guide you through everything. They ask you what oil you want, and look up your car model for recommendations, but won't try to push you towards anything. They keep a running tally of prices on a computer screen as you go along and will tell you the cost and what everything is for, before you get it done. Service is quick, not 15 minutes but maybe for the oil alone it is. They'll show you how to turn off that oil change warning light if your car has one. When you're done they'll give you an invoice and list of recommended next services, and a survey link for a discount on your next service. Highly recommend, and will return here next time!

Love this place, sit in your car, answer some texts , eat lunch , pay the man and leave. Asked all the questions, wasn't pushy, gave me the opportunity to get more done if needed. I declined due to time constraints. Had me in and out in no time. Everyone polite and happy, all In a good experience.

Took longer than the 15 minutes (others at 11:25 left at 12:50 2people ahead of me quoted 30 xtra minutes bc the two people) but I got a coupon so I guess that will make up for it

George, Anna, and a Chase did an excellent job. They did an excellent high mileage oil change. And added in some washer fluid, inflated my tires, and replaced my oil filter all for free. A total of 55$ with my $15 discount I got when I called. Again great job

Did great on my oil change but when they did my transmission fluid they only sucked it all out never changed the filter now my car is acting all weird and I gotta pay more to get it looked at or fixed Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

10/10 customer service every single time. The guys are all nice and respectful. I can absolutely tell the manager cares about his team. They are always honest with me about my cars needs in an educated but not pushy way. Appreciate these guys!

I was impressed by:Their adherence to process. This ensured my safety, and theirs, and that no detail was overlooked (failing to refill my crankcase, leaving a lug nut loose, etc..).Their approach to what they assumed were needed services. I say "assumed" because their system doesn't know my car's history. When I turned them down, they were respectful of my answer.Their honesty. They brought the air filter & cabin air filter to me and told me they looked brand new. They were. Replaced in February.Their attitude. Everyone seemed to be happy to be there.The greeting. When they saw me pull on the lot, one of the young men ran outside to greet me.Their battery inventory. None of the batteries were more than 4 months old. It was reassuring to know that if I needed a battery, I would have received a new, fresh battery, not some dusty relic.This was, by far, the best quick oil change experience I've ever had. I see some complaining about pricing. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap and don't mind sketchy, go to walmart. As far as I'm concerned, the value is there. Jerod, George & Joshua took excellent care of me, worth every penny.I'll be back.

They flushed the radiator fluid and didn't put enough back in it. I had to call a tow truck when my car broke down from over heating 20 minutes after leaving.
